A gem on the side of a hill. The receptionist Ximena was waiting for us with the heating on in the room which made everything better on a very cold afternoon. He also arranged breakfast earlier than usual so that we would not go hungry to chaiten. Small room but very comfortable, cozy and very clean. I had thermopanel which helped a lot to reduce the outside noise. Highly recommended.

Very good attention. Clean, comfortable room, central heating. Small but clean bathroom. Breakfast is just right and necessary. Coffee, slices of white bread, pastries and juice, among other things, for self-service. Very cozy.

Built on top of a hill is ideal for passengers with car as parts approaching the center you have to go down a street with 118 steps.
It has a nice view of the city of Puerto Montt. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, well-equipped and with spacious bathrooms. It has 4 floors per staircase, something that makes it difficult to access the rooms. The staff is very friendly and with a very nice deal. Includes breakfast, a terrace overlooking the city, restricted parking.

We booked this hotel for its tranquility and a little away from the center, confirmed the reservation 1 week before with the receptionist Ximena via mail up there no problem. When we arrived on 20 February we were arbitrarily moved from hotel because according to Ximena we were going to be too many days. Lousy time to ever go back to this establishment. Nor do we receive any kind of apology from the management and less of the owner. A real fiasco.

The small but very cozy rooms, clean, warm and the comfortable bed. The bad: the breakfast; Very basic and little variety. When we arrived, there was no room to sit.

Hotel very nice, peri I became crazy with the parking, just for that I I'm not coming back, each time he went out to accommodate the vehicle.

Arriving at the Hotel was a bit difficult, as sign is not really visible, when not coming from the right side. Also there were people working on the entrance to the backyard parking, so we thought it would have been closed. Asking the receptionist, she was not really willing to come out and help us to getting in, finally we drove our car to the backside parking space, full of working cement, and 4 people renovating the entrance. Parking was for 2 cars only, and the receptionist went away, so we didn´t know, how and where to enter the house. Finally we knocked on the kitchens door and a nice lady from the kitchen let us in. Checking in was not really a warm welcome, as the receptionist maybe had a bad day. But finally we arrived at our 2 bedroom space, which was Ok, as the kids where sleeping at the room next door. The rooms are very dark and in the groundfloor space, so we had to close curtains, as the people where still working outside. No nice view. The bathroom was spacious, but really old, the tub was covered with mold in some areas, and where in contrast to the newer rooms. After all, the linen sheet from one of our pillow was totally outweared and had cuts in it. I had to go to the reception and get it changed, no words of excuse from there. One TV doesn´t work, cable problems. In the morning breakfast was after all really basic, toast, coffee, 2 marmelades. No eggs or joghurt was served.

Cordial treatment. Excellent predisposition of the staff. The facilities are new and clean. Excellent view and design of the place. Very comfortable. It is worth the price.
