The view spectacular! Very tasty breakfast, I recommend it. Although we had a problem with the parking ticket which was fixed very quickly. Thank you for the service.

Very good service, very good breakfast, and the Sea View room was a little limited, it looked more the building and the pier than the sea directly, and the bathrooms were worn out, with lack of maintenance. They have little space in the cafetin and end up eating in the furniture. The same attention was very good.

Forget a belongings to check out and I want to emphasize the excellent management and dedication of Mr. Ricardo Rebolledo to reach my hands in Argentina.

I recommend booking. Because on the dates we were (January 2018) was fully busy. We saw many families arriving without reservation and Debian being rejected.
Two facts to consider: the parking (which share the hotel, the Mall and the Supermerket) is usually crowded and you have to park to be able to climb up to the 11th floor of the tower to do the Chek in. And beyond the cameras and security people who are permanently seeing the thefts are the order of the day. Loot the electronics that leave in the cars (although not visible) and no matter how high range the car, also take it.
Leave absolutely nothing in your cars the same as in the Mall (which has direct access to the hotel). The first day we saw several burglaries, both in stores and people.

The Hotel is very poor. We booked through the Holiday Inn page a fee in dollars, the reservation arrived by mail in Chilean pesos. When we did the checkin they converted it to dollars with an exchange rate of the hotel that ended up giving 10 dollars more than what we had booked. The hotel has almost all of its rooms overlooking the bay, except for about 10 rooms on the 6th floor that are quiet. These rooms have small windows that look to a lattice and through this to the air conditioning equipment (unpresentable). These rooms should not even exist is a scam for people and less for the price we paid (USD 152). There are many better walking distance options to the shopping for much better price and service than the one you will find here. A recommendation do not use the holiday page for bookings unless you want to take a surprise like us.
Good thing we only stayed one day. The good thing is that we already learned and we are not going to go back to this hotel or give it away, there are many better options nearby.

I had a really interesting stay here. It was fascinating to be here during an earthquake! The staff was super friendly and the room was comfortable. The view out of the window was nice and you could see the cruise ships coming in.

A good hotel with a great view. The reception desk and restaurant are on a high floor to take advantage of this feature. The food offering is good — breakfast is varied with local offerings, off-hours selections are available (great when you arrive after a long travel day). The meeting rooms unfortunately don't take any advantage of the view, but instead have a "basement" feel — no windows. The gym is also very basic (2 or 3 treadmills and 2-3 stationary bikes) but it does the trick. They should definitely add some way to clean the equipment though — wipes or spray for people to use after use! Overall, a good experience with extremely helpful staff and clean amenities. I would return for another business trip.

I've been to many seaside hotels that get it wrong when it comes to the view. This hotel, however, gets it completely right. Floor to ceiling windows make you feel like you are on the water. This, coupled with the exceptional service in Spanish and English, makes it one of my favourites!

According to recently discussed, I've had to postpone the accommodation booked for 2 nights for a habiltacion (confirmation no. 64235750). That is, release the book for your use.
According to the discussion with your Miss Gabriela Carrión the last Friday to 21 hrs (tracking number 98099661) confirm this week when will I be able to use the reservation I made.
This arises because I had to be operated of urgency the past Thursday 7/Jan and am waiting for discharge and medical approval to leave on vacation.

A spectacular hotel! their wonderful views of a dedicated staff, a wonderful and very nice breakfast. For my best of the zone without paying for more!

Excellent hotel in every way. Fair prices, good breakfast, good rest, does not pass on neither cold nor heat, etc don't understand how you can say that it is bad.

A pleasant surprise coming from a chain-hotel. Good views from the lobby (located on the 4th floor, BTW) and quality service.
