The hotel is lovely, and very accommodating. They put on a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner, with delicious food, and very entertaining Latin music.

It is a wonderful island where you'll never. That's why you receive and you will be dismissed with exorbitant prices.

Disgusting place! We checked in and were so disgusted with this property because of many reasons: — The front desk did not speak English — The beds were terrible; the beds sank and had no springs — The sliding door had no lock so they did not feel safe at all — All doors and windows were open, which attracted bugs; we turned on the lights and saw COCKROACHES crawling around — The water was not working — There were no working phones or Wi-Fi — The light was going on and off because there was little electricty.
The best part is that we didn't even spend 1 night in the hotel and the hotel refuses to give us a refund! They won't even refund us the other 4 nights we booked.
Ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nos registramos y estábamos tan disgustados con esta propiedad por muchas razones: — La recepción no hablaba inglés, las camas eran terribles; las camas se hundieron y no tenían resortes. La puerta corredera no tenía cerradura, así que no se sentían seguros en absoluto. Todas las puertas y ventanas estaban abiertas, lo que atraía a los insectos; encendimos las luces y vimos COCKROACHES arrastrándose alrededor — El agua no estaba funcionando — No había teléfonos que funcionaran o Wi-Fi — La luz se enciende y apaga porque hay poca electricidad.
La mejor parte es que ni siquiera pasamos una noche en el hotel y el hotel se niega a darnos un reembolso. Ni siquiera nos devolverán las otras 4 noches que reservamos.
Ridículo.

Nice hotel with cabannas on Easter Island. Close to the center of town but away from the noise.

I was there last year, and it really is very comfortable, the food and attention are excellent. Without hesitation, I would return again.

The hotel Vai Moana, is a special hotel for the family, quiet and with good facilities. I went with two kids and they attended me excellently. Really recommended, because it has no stairs so we don't have to be worried about them.
What if it had changed, is the day we ate an Easter Island Curanto (Umu) was fome, it is preferable to go to a restaurant that you spend clothes to take pictures later. But all the rest was excellent.

Only needed more fumigation in the rooms, the other excellent service, meals etc.

We had dinner at Vai Moana for our Family of 17 last week. The food was absolutely amazing. The service and hospitality was on point. Thank you very much to staff who made our dinner very memorable. Faafetai Lava.
