Excellent care, good food, strong and rich, very good family atmosphere.

Great place, everything very clean cosy and pleasant, the excellent care, ideal to rest 100 % recommendable and enjoyable.

Nice natural environment and very good attention… The bad is external… The noise of the road.

It is quiet, good food, it consists of many green areas, the atmosphere it has is ideal to relax.
Also unlike other places the hot tubs and sauna do not have an extra cost.
And best of all that the tubs are in the open air with a great view.

Good-level Hotel, located in a natural and tranquil setting on the side of the bio-bio River. It has a large swimming pool, gym and hot jars. Well taken care of.

Cozy and good place to rest, their tubs of hot water on the balcony over the river, gives it a big plus, especially in the night.

A wonderful experience. We were treated very kindly. We enjoyed the hot water jars for two nights, overlooking the Bio Bio River. Very good breakfast, with fruit, cereal and possibility to make tapaditos. We booked accommodation for five people, and we had a very spacious super king bed. All clean and nice. There is also a swimming pool and sauna, trampoline, swimming pool and games for children and adults. Ping pong table, bar, Taca taca and Basic gym. Highly recommended, we are grateful for the lodging.

Quite pleasant place, very good service, excellent view to the rio bio-bio, has a few services to be very good, but the only thing missing would be rooms with a better implementation.

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous 5-night stay at this property in January 2016. We couldn't have asked more a relaxing and comfortable setting to wind down after the New Year's festivities. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the grounds carefully maintained, the facilities (including two glorious hot tubs overlooking Bio Bio River) a pleasure to indulge in, and the food simply delicious. I would recommend Hotel La Turbina with rave reviews. A wonderful experience; we can't wait to go back!
