Great hotel near the downtown but be very careful if you walk outside the hotel property because the area is very dangerous especially towards the Biobío River. Other than this, is very conveniently located near downtown Concepción. They have adequate parking inside the fenced hotel property so robberies are not a big threat inside.
Really comfortable city center hotel with decent restaurant. Staff were mostly under training when I visited but were really helpful and made good local rexommendations. Will stay again.

This hotels always give the best, I totally recommend you this one in Concepcion, the food was amazing with a very tasty buffet, the rooms have enough space the haters work nicely in winter and the personal are nice and helpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they haven't room service and for me traveling for work some nights this is very important, But even without room service I totally stay here again without doubt.
