This hotel is the. Best hotel I have visited clean at reception all very friendly I would totally recommend it.

Hotel in the city centre. The room was very nice and clean. The only problem was the heat we had to spend during the night. They have spectacular air conditioning, but we didn't want to leave it on for fear of Resfriarnos. The unhelpful buffet assortment. Overall very good place and recommended. Cold is not passed. Or.

Good central location you can take locomotion to any place. Clean, good reception service, maids and kitchen. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and air-conditioned (indispensable in a hot weather) good breakfast except that there is no coffee in grain but about. Complimentary coffee to perfection the good and worried breakfast they offer. I absolutely recommend it. Definitely a good stay, for a tourist city like Arica.

Extremely disappointing, beside the position everything was really not ok: heavily overpriced for the carnival; room only had a window on the common passage, meaning no privacy at all, plus the tend provided wasn’t dark at all and all night you had light coming from hotel lights (that are always on) ; bathroom with no window is disgusting; sheets were dirty and they didn’t even change them the second day, as they had exactly the same stains; beds had wheels which were impossible to block, you couldn’t avoid having the bed moving all over the place every time you touched it; breakfast only served warm dishes on monday after the carnival, clearly they don’t care about mantaining the same service when more people are in the hotel. But the worse of all was that the window opening on the common passage didn’t even shut properly and could be opened from outside without any problem; I asked at the reception, they said they would have fixed it, the day after they said they were going to do it the same day and nothing ever happened. As a result I had to spend 3 overpriced day in a room keeping everything in locked luggage as anyone could get in my room; I understand problems, but lying to your face just show total disrispect for the customers, they just don’t care. With what they charge I expected much, much more, you can find much better in arica.

The best thing is the attention of your staff. Everything clean and the location in the middle is another thing to highlight.

This is a good und cheap Hotel in the city of arica. The service is good and everyone speaks a little bit english. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Excellent, comfort, location, a full American breakfast and more important your staff… have returned several times for work and rest.
