The host is very kind. Breakfast was good and convenient. Fast Wi-Fi, we were allowed to borrow the kitchen. Close to turbus station and a supermarket. A bit further from the tourist areas…

A wonderful hostel! The owner is so kind and knows everything you need to have a perfect stay. Rooms are clean and well kept, and we had a beautiful view of the volcano. Thoroughly recommend.

Very convenient location near most of the urban attractions, just one block from the main street. A lot of options of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, travel agencies, etc.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. Everything was clean, the owner was friendly, and the breakfast was clearly prepared with a lot of care. It felt like a piece of home away from home.

The place is a luxury hostel, it’s the best place i’ve stayed in 6 months of travelling central and South America. It’s so cheap and the owners are absolutely wonderful.

Really lovely location and nice hosts. The showers are extremely inconsistent and several seem to run cold. My room was not the warmest but the beds are perfect.

Great volunteers and good recommendations what to do in an around Pucón. Cozy beds, clean bathrooms und enough room to cook and store groceries in the fridge!

A great value! Carolina waited to greet us, despite our arrival in the late evening. She was welcoming, gave us a tour of the hostal and told us about the building’s history.

A bit off center but great value. We stayed 1 night and found the double room clean and comfortable. It's a good price and the hostel has nice common areas.

Pretty slick place, best deal we found in town too. Our room had a a kitchenette, balcony with a view of the volcano, close to town and had a second room for the kids! Boom baby.

I really enjoyed hostel El Alcázar, it's an adorable place for resting. Moreover there are info about Mapuche culture, which is very interesting!
