➜ MISLEADING ADVERTISING
The hotel does not notice that it has 4 floors without elevator, so uploading luggage, bus cars etc is exhausting as there are no help staff.
The room. Standard suite category with bathtub, has whirlpool that you can not use unless you pay extra for its use!
It seems unusual that they offer a service within the room. And a sign appears in the bathtub that says "in repair", I ask for change of hab and they inform me at that time that I must pay for the use of the bathtub!
The hotel is very nicely decorated, very tasteful everything, but misleading advertising.

My family consists of my wife and my 3 children 10, 5 and 3 years old. We stayed 4 nights in the quadruple room 1 KING bed and 2 beds of 1 place. We chose this hotel thinking of getting a good service especially considering the price and that 2 of my children were with a picture of Rhinopharyngitis. Unfortunately and the product of one of the remedies prescribed to him by a doctor who caused him a lot of sleep, my 3-year-old son ored the bed the first night (controls sphincter for more than 1 year)
The receptionist at the Hotel told us about the situation the next day and I confirmed that it was because of the health situation etc She confirmed to me that they had solved and changed sheets. (as usual)
Unfortunately, the second night my 3-year-old son peed on the bed again. Being approximately 13 hrs and while walking through Villarrica, we are called from the Hotel indicating that we have to pay CLP$200.000 that costs the mattress because it is "unusable" and that they as a Hotel will not expose their successive guests to a mattress with urine. We immediately set out to assess how true we are told and whether it cannot be cleaned up to remedy the problem.
We were greeted by the receptionist who kept the position of collecting and indicating that we were "warned". She just told us that they had solved the subject of the first night.
