Great service, we stayed three nights with my partner and Mrs. Monica took great care of us, very friendly, cooperative. Very well-kept and picturesque hostel.

We enjoyed our stay at Eifelhaus a lot. Ali is a great host. Always super friendly, helpful and patient with answering questions. The breakfast was awesome with self-made bread.

Perfect place for vacation in Pucon! We stayed 5 nights and Ali is the best host on earth — always so kind, attentive, helpful and friendly. He helped us to book attractions for a better price.

A guesthouse with true German charm: spotless, well organized, and exceptionally hospitable. The owner offers personalized, immediate attention and makes you feel genuinely welcome.

Everything is excellent! the attention, the price, location, everything very clean.

Fantastic space, felt right at home. Had a very cosy atmosphere and the host Ema, was great!

I recommend this hostel totally, excellent attention by Mrs. Ema, a very close person towards the people who arrive at the hostel.

A great, budget but comfy place to rest your head! Location is absolutely brilliant, and it’s very homely. The lady who runs it is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend :)

The host is very kind. Breakfast was good and convenient. Fast Wi-Fi, we were allowed to borrow the kitchen. Close to turbus station and a supermarket. A bit further from the tourist areas…

A wonderful hostel! The owner is so kind and knows everything you need to have a perfect stay. Rooms are clean and well kept, and we had a beautiful view of the volcano. Thoroughly recommend.

I was able to use the room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Without any problems. The owner, Haruo Sakamoto, is a very hospitable and kind person. Thank you for everything.

We stayed on the room with private bathroom and it was a very good price for the offer.

I love that place so much. It has a good location quiet between the center and the lake. The rooms a clean and not too big (3-4 people), eberything is ok, nice breakfast and garden.

We moved from a hostel in Pucon that we were not comfortable with to Lucky's.

I stayed here for a few weeks and really enjoyed my time; one of my favorite hostels in South America! The rooms and facilities are clean, and the staff is very friendly.

The place is a luxury hostel, it’s the best place i’ve stayed in 6 months of travelling central and South America. It’s so cheap and the owners are absolutely wonderful.

Pretty slick place, best deal we found in town too. Our room had a a kitchenette, balcony with a view of the volcano, close to town and had a second room for the kids! Boom baby.

Since the second I entered the Hostal I felt like home. Clean (and I mean really clean! ) and the Hosts at this place really care about their guests to make them feel comfortable!
