I went with my family to be the long weekend of July at this “Hotel” which has very good references. Ask for two rooms, upon arrival there was only one front desk person that we income but not accompanied us to the room or to explain to us, just gave directions from the front desk, to the moment of entering one of the rooms had a smell sickeningly unpleasant as the mouse died, it was so much that we called and we were changed of room and they said they were the premises of the heating. The first day in the second room that we got in where we were staying my parents and sister, in the evening it started to rain a lot and it began to LEAK! Ibs leaks in a room, we took notice but no one came to see it, apologize, just told us that if we wanted to we changed of room, or that we put towels. It was about 11:30 and my little sister was fast asleep, so call us again! Because we never saw interest in knowing how we were… and we explained to the receptionist, who told us that it was ok. And that I could not upload because I was alone! ALONE, there was nobody else that she and the guests of the Hotel… this well-Pucon is safe, but that much?

Excellent location, temperature very warm with radiant floor, very comfortable beds, cable tv, Wi-Fi, parking. All excellent. Care and cleaning tb!

We spent a wonderful weekend with my son a year and a half, and my partner, all excellent, the care, the cleanliness, the beds luxurious, the breakfast wonderful! Do not hesitate a second in going, I recommend it a thousand times because I would come back a thousand times more. In a central place, with environments of Patagonia could not be better our weekend.

A very nice hotel with a rustic style, the rooms of a good size, with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The breakfasts are with natural products of the area, all very rich and fresh. The staff were very friendly and friendly. Yes, that's not a very big hotel.

Excellent location. Very cozy and very warm attention! We Had A little health problem with the baby and they were all the time predisposed to collaborate and attentive to the issue! It Has a very nice massage parlor and excellent massages!

Happy to have been in this excellent hotel. The room of all taste, very comfortable and impeccable. The location is central and surrounded by excellent places to eat and fine shopping in where to buy. The breakfast was very rich. And in addition, the staff of LUXURY. Grateful heart of Miss Daniela, from Ms. Sandra and Jose. Always loving and willing to give the best of care. Hope to return again to this beautiful hotel and this beautiful city.

Excellent, room spotless and the perfect temperature for the cold winter days. Very central location. Breakfast delicious and abundant. All staff very friendly and nice, totally recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not bad given the other places in this lake community. Clean, and staff was welcoming. Breakfast was fair. We haven't seen really seen nice breakfast spreads since arriving in Chile. Wish coffee was better. Some local shops serve espresso, cappuccino, lattes and have greater variety. Restaurants in area are hopping all night long. Shops are nice Didn't see a t-shirt shop in the entire township. Very nice community for a two day stopover.

I didn't like the piece. Overall carpet was very stained. Our room had a leak and there was a lot of noise from the outside. The attention is not bad. The other thing I did not like was the parking, is far away, for rainy days, considering that there is no one to help with the suitcases. There is no good value for money.

This place is gorgeous and the staff friendly. They had really great breakfast with local foods! And we could see the volcano erupting from our room!

Disappointing quality of facilities. While there are very good, I was claiming for issues of maintenance of the piece (closet will not close, the warm water, shower drop). Poor breakfast and asking that they offered products. Overview is missing more supervision. A penalty.

We saw on the road and online a huge advertising saying: promotion, $25.000 per person, room but breakfast and hot springs. We arrived at the hotel and said that such development was no longer available that cost $29.000. Hotel which makes misleading advertising and do not recommend it.

Excellent hotel, we stayed with my family in January 2015 and all good, highlighting the attention, staff and breakfast.

At this hotel I had very bad experiences we stole all passengers entered the room and we sacked… the hotel so far does not respond to anything and apologized in the research than this making sip of carabineros and not admit that your safety is what failure really security has no… take my comment as a reference to ensure that does not happen to others as well as me and my family.
