Antofagasta Region Hotels

My partner and I found the hostel fine for just a couple of nights, but it wasn't the best of our trip.

Wonderful hostel and very welcoming team! My wife and I stayed here for around a week and loved the relaxed, calm and friendly atmosphere.

A great little hotel, quite close to the centre and with all the facilities we needed, including a free safe in our room and a delicious breakfast.

Andrea and Girardo (hosts) were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. They sent us multiple recommendations on places to eat and places to go, even though we didn't book a tour with

"One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! The vibe here is incredible from the moment you walk in. There are so many comfortable common areas and seating spots, making it super easy to meet

Loved my stay here! The grounds are huge and there’s plenty of space to relax and swim, as well as work/study/read.

A lovely little, homely accommodation! You get what you pay for and honestly this place is super cute and cosy.
The rooms aren’t huge but we hardly spent time there.

What can I say? A very nice hostel, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful.

Great value for money, secure parking and plenty of shaded seating outside. The kitchen was basic but functional and it was easy to walk to everything.

This was a really nice hostel. It had a good price and everything was very clean. The terrace upstairs had a nice view of the mountains, and there is a kitchen where you can prepare food.

Amazing experience! Lovely quiet hostel, great for couples, beautiful patio area.

Great hostel! It's a bit out of the city centre (max 10 minutes walk) but it's just 3 minutes from a bus terminal what's very convenient if you don't have a car.

One of our favourite places we stayed in Chile. It’s rustic and simple but that’s what makes it so charming! The owner is the sweetest lady with whom we felt completely at home with.

The best! Couldn't recommend more. The owner, Cuqui, is so welcoming, generous, and kind and will make you feel completely at home. Our room was also nice and there is a lovely hot shower.

From two Canadians on a wild camping trip in northern chile: my wife and I stayed at two different hostels in San Pedro de Atacama.

A nice budget hotel with clean rooms & wash rooms.
There is nice sitting area for reksxation.
Disadvantage is that it is about 15 minutes walk from the main market.

This was the perfect hostel which was like an oasis in the desert. The kitchen facilities were amazing and the breakfast was brilliant.

Good clean rooms. Nice hosts. Good breakfast. Excellent kitchen facilities.

Everything was perfect! Would definitely come back. It was super clean and cozy! The service was so friendly. I would recommend you to book with them directly.

We stayed 3 nights in Peumayen hostel. We loved your stay. Dayana is an amazing host, very friendly, always there to help you.
The room (for 4 persons) was very big and comfortable.

Good location, easy walk from the Main Street but far enough away to be quiet.

The property has a lovely relaxed feel. Everyone has their own outside space, but there are also other outside areas too. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked 3 meals there.

Absolutely recommend! Comfy bed, the shower does what it's supposed to do, very very friendly owner and managers. They also do laundry. Awesome hammocks in the backyard.

Great place to stay, ideal central location (including near West Car rental), friendly, helpful owners and a substantial breakfast included. Has good communal space and facilities.

An absolutely perfect stay. The apartments are lovingly furnished, and the service is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We stayed at one of the lofts and it was super nice — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The property itself is stunning, with amazing views and a really peaceful atmosphere.

Had an amazing time here. The view from my room was absolutely stunning!
Higher recommended.

Planeta Atacama Lodge was a perfect choice for us to stay. We were there for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit to the Atacama Desert.

Very good place to stay. They have a grill to make barbecues. It is a spacious and quiet place. Next to the Valley of the Moon.

Second time we stayed here, and in addition to the beautiful place, the cabins are very well equipped, with many details that are enjoyed.

This place is awesome, and quiet! The caretaker of the place, who lives on site, and I forget his name, is the most kind and polite young man I've met in a long time.

Andres is a total bro.
No A/C. But from my research it doesn't seem like that exists in many places in atacama.

This place is so bliss. Amazing location 10min drive from San Pedro de Atacama but you feel like you're properly in the countryside. Amazing views of the stars.

An absolutely amazing place!

Great stay! The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but it has a stunning infrastructure, plus a free shuttle service to downtown. The rooms are spacious, cozy, beautifully decorated and heated.

Nice place just outside of the main street of San Pedro, on the outskirts of town. Very comfortable rooms (with tons of space). Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was clean and contemporary chiq.
The water-saving shower system was frustrating.
