Room very comfortable, the staff very welcoming and with a professionalism not up to standard. Hilton is really the first chain hotel in the world.

First thought was, ” I hope the food tastes as good as the hotel looks”, and it did except for my last dinner… a little more on that later.
Absolutely great staff. All willing to help and with genuine smiles. Especially the “Night” manager. Can’t remember his name, but big bright eyes to go with the smile. My little french was able to see me through whenever I needed something. Laundry service spot on time and nice n clean.
Isaac at the pool bar friendly and efficient. Even the pool life guard noted where I like to sun bathe and would arrange the lounger with a towel, and had it facing the sun.
The pool (s) out of this world. Just wish it was heated or one section atleast. It was a bit chilly when I was there. I will add a picture if possible.
There is a jogging track around the perimeter its gravel 1+ km. The gym is good and adequately equipped.
The food is as expected of a hotel of this calibre. The breakfast is a fantastic buffet feast with varying menus during the week. I would love to say 10/10 but sadly 9/10 for the last meal. It was the worst fillet of beef I ever had Tough. I struggled through half and left the rest.

Rooms are big, beautiful and clean. Helpful and friendly staff.

Do not stay here or at least negotiate down below 75k XAF. I stayed here for over a month and nothing works in this hotel : constant power outages, sporadic Wi-Fi (cuts off every 30min or so), lack of hot water (I stayed in 4 rooms over a month and had hot water only twice), the food will make you sick, the staff means well but is extremely poorly trained (systematic mistakes on bills, extremely slow service, >1h room service, laundry returned damaged or not ironed etc. ), one of the rooms I stayed in was flooded during an evening storm as there are building defects, another was flooded because the AC broke during the night. Ah and it is not kept clean — my room was not systematically cleaned, twice I was given dirty towels with stains on them, once I opened the bed and there were scraps / brown stuff between the sheets, the stairs of the hotel had mud on them the whole time. When queuing to pay my bill (yes, check in and check out often takes over an hour), I noticed some guests were paying 150k XAF a night — at that level of service, that’s pretty much a scam. Many hotels in the region do much much better, and there is better value for money to be had in Ndjamena (including the Radisson, which is cheaper at least).

The food is not very good, overly expensive, and complimented with slow service. The cleanliness of the rooms is not kept to standard, if you are staying for more than a week I highly suggest looking elsewhere. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool.

I really loved my stay at the Hilton. Very good ambience, clean and good customer service. I would recommend it for anyone visiting Chad.

The staff here is very friendly and making sure customers are comfortable and happy is their number one priority!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful, clean, and had all of the amenities of an upscale resort. The pool and bar areas are incredible; you definitely feel like you are someplace else and you can get hookahs right up to the pool bar, which is nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is ok, but for central Africa it is great. Having good hot water right away is also a plus! The staff was friendly and most speak some English, but mostly French. The breakfast very good and there is a lot of variety and choice. Definitely recommended, (although it is not cheap to stay here). You get what you pay for, though!

Great hotel and scenic, well keep grounds. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and made our stay peaceful and comfortable. Special thanks go to the breakfast staff and two of the chefs Frida, and Leah. Further Jamina provided outstanding service with a friendly smile and disposition daily. Very nice modern hotel, services to international standards. Very nice swimming pool, the most beautiful of Chad if I do not abuse.

I stayed there from December 11th to 15th, 2017.
Weaknesses: — Organizational problems (arrival at 3am, I see that the shuttle has forgotten US despite the fact that we paid the transport 8000 F per person; and it also happened the next day to someone from my delegation who arrived at 10h 35) who made me Snatch my hair at the beginning of my stay and at the end: Because for an invoice whose transfer had been made 1 week before my arrival I missed my flight and I was abandoned to my fate before this unexpected expense.
— this made me clear that communication between services is not their strong point.
— fruit juices served at meals are not homemade or fresh fruit, these are industrial brick juices. And that's not great!
— At the restaurant I ordered penne with carbonara and I get spicy penne with real African pepper. I complain and the waitress to say "there is no pasta carbonara This is why I have served you this, but it is also good" no but hello what!

And the proof that the cleaning is done seriously was my earring that had fallen while I put it and found it the next morning by the room boy.
-The breakfast is divine and the buffet is well furnished/garni-free Wi-Fi, safe deposit box, iron, mineral water every day, essential for coffee and tea in the room.

Nice envrionment, reasonable room rate, but waiters and waitress could be a bit more active.

I come here everyday spending my spare time and my money. But some employees treat you with no respect. Just today on of them talked to us with an unbearable level of disrespect. I am so disappointed and I am not coming anymore. Worst customer service ever.

Still one of those big and famous hotel that obeys the protocol rules in all the offers to the clientele. If you leave on N'Djamena, here is one of the best hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean, modern. The hotel is relatively new so some of their amenities are not complete, such as the spa, hair saloon, and business center. The food is pretty good. I was disappointed by some of the dishes, but by far their buffet is their best, specially the breakfast. The pizzas are also good given the location. The best part of the hotel is the awesome pool area. It has three pools with a swim-up bar and lots of places to sit or lay and get some sun. By far, the best hotel in the city with amazing staff and facilities.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. There are many small touches that add to the pleasure of staying here most importantly the welcoming smiles all around.

I love this hotel it's total comfort you have everything you need to not miss anything.

Great room, great service. This hotel has a fantastic pool — someone told me it's the largest of any in the region. Food is good — but definitely "hotel prices" (to be expected). Has a fitness room, and a great view of the Chari river (you can see Cameroon on the other side, and lots of pirogues (river boats) going back and forth. Security is excellent — so you feel at ease.

The best hotel in all of alakska. Can see Russia from room.

Great accommodations, but most of the food is subpar. Bring your own if you can.
