It is not in my nature to post a complaint like this. I still can't believe we were left (4 people) without hotel rooms. Extremely embarrassing. While on route to the city for a wedding, and checking to see if we might be able to check in early to prepare, I was told the room booking had been cancelled. It should be noted that this company emailed confirmation of the rooms. Staff took no responsibility for the cancellation error blaming it on booking. Com… who did not make the booking in question. No return contact from the Hotel Manager. Unbelievable!

Clean room and very friendly staff. We were forced to cut our stay short and they were kind enough not to charge us for our unused night. Will definitely stay again.

Service is great. Rooms are amazing. Beds are super super comfy. Definitely will go again.

We always stay here when we come to Port Alberni for our kids motocross races. We have always been treated well, never had any problems, staff is great! Kids enjoy the pool and hot tub. Clean rooms, staff always willing to accommodate us.

Friendly service, clean rooms. Only thing negative was there wasn't much light in the room so it felt very dark inside.

It's about what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Our non smoking room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, and there was mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The pool floor could use a good scrub. It was a fine experience but I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone. For slightly more money you could get a nicer hotel.

While in town on business for a few days we stayed at the Hospitality Inn. It was clean and everyone there was so pleasant. They bent over backwards to help us with whatever we needed. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Love the staff at the liquor store they are very friendly. Awesome loyalty program! Draws for a smart TV and $1000 plus other goodies too.

The hospitality is situated in a very accessable, convenient location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A great selection of beer, wine and spirits.

Everything was great got free breakfast at the smitty's. Pool and hot tub was amazing.

Room very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Disappointed that the Restaurant is closed and not much else going on in the hotel.

Not very friendly. Was told that my family was not allowed in my room as they came to visit and suprise me with dinner. They were yelled at and told they had to visit me in the lobby. I talked to the manager and he told me that all you First Nations were warned of no guest policy as you will just trash the room. I will not be coming back here ever again and do not recommend this place. Towels changed but bathroom was not cleaned like I had requested.

Generally good experience. The first room they tried to offer smelled as though someone had just been smoking in there. Was a little ironic considering right before that the staff member ensured we had initialled saying that we would not smoke in the room. We told them and she switched rooms for us. I felt the staff member we dealt with could have been a bit more friendly, but ultimately she did everything required.

Hotel is actually not bad, but they have the ungemütlichsten pillow of all time, also if someone if the room 110, had to feel the ceiling just breaks. As a last point of room 110, a smoking room was probably…

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was ultra clean, the bed super comfy and our dog was well treated and very welcome. The staff is very friendly and really, really helpful. The pool and spa facilities were great and again, really clean. The restaurant serves delicious meals, beautifully presented.

This hotel provides all the consistency of a national chain. The main difference I noticed was the owner of the property obviously spends extra money on the mattresses. They are higher end residential quality mattresses and sheets rather than hospitality grade. In addition, I was really impressed with the quality of the food in the lounge. I certainly recommend the property.

Front desk was outstanding, room was OK, walls very thin, dogs barking in corridor, pool too cold, hot tub too hot, and item we left behind (our error) was not tracked and we were unable to get it back. But didn't seem much better in Port Alberni.

Nice bed, room. Staff were friendly however the water was not was not even warm for the shower at 4:30am! I left it running for 5 minutes and still no improvement! What was really shocking was when I checked out, the maintenance man was there and when I complained to the front desk, she apologized saying sometimes it takes a couple of minutes. I explained I left it running for 5 minutes and the maintenance guy jumped in saying that "Yeah, it can take 15 minutes on the second floor". If this is a known issue by your maintenance staff, I find it very poor it has not been addressed! No guest will wait 15 minutes for a shower to heat up.

Super Stay! We loved evert minute of it! The room was clean and very quiet. The children loved the pool and we would definitely return!

Lovely room but the air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep-then the room was far too hot and we couldn't sleep. Very impressed with the front desk staff and enjoyed the patio by the pool. Complimentary PA map. Newspaper and apples were a nice touch.

Very affordable and decent size rooms. The beds were were very nice.
