Confederation Inn

Do not stay here! To start there was only one spot left for parking. You would think for a conference center with a hotel and restaurant there would be more than just a few spots to park. The rooms were very run down. It was in a very sketchy neighbourhood. I didn’t feel confident that our vehicle was going to be there in the morning. We left at 6:00 am only to come out to find a dumpster fire.

My family and I recently stayed at the Confederation Inn for a few nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff (Mr Yasin) here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which instantly made us feel at home.
What we loved most was how convenient everything was. The on-site restaurant serves up seriously tasty food, and the swimming pool was a massive hit for a fun, cool-down session. For the adults, having a bar, VLTs, and a liquor store right on the property was a fantastic bonus. It truly is a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

I was impressed by the price, as rooms in Saskatoon can be notoriously difficult to find at any price. The facility has seen better days, but the new owners are working hard to restore the Confederation to its former glory. There are several improvements in progress. It is a concrete build — rare in a low-rise building, so sound transference is minimal. My 2nd. Flr. Suite had a relatively new floor, the amenities all worked well. Everything was clean. The plumbing fixtures were worn, but were functional, and probably will be addressed in the coming months. Upon Check-Out, the Manager gave me a friendly greeting, and a great send-off with the complimentary, generous breakfast in the Coffee Shop.

The place was over all really great they had very friendly staff and they were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food was amazing at the resteraunt and very reasonable prices. It also has also all the surrounding amenities that you need and I would definitely recommend this place to those needing a nice affordable place to stay.

Love it! New owners have taken this hotel up a bunch of notches. Rooms are newly renovated, Restaurant serves both the old classics and a fantastic new east indian menu.
I went there for a group meeting and was pleasantly surprised at the changes. The staff is still as friendly and helpful as ever. The prices are undeniably affordable whether you are staying the night, renting some space, or just eating out.

I recently stayed at Confederation Inn for two nights, and I had a fantastic experience. It’s honestly hard to find such a great facility at this price point (around $100 + tax per night).
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and welcoming, especially for families, which is a big plus.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—it was excellent and had a great variety. The customer service was also outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, value, and a safe environment. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—conveniently situated close to key attractions and easy to get to, which made getting around stress-free.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and it was the perfect way to start each day. The quality exceeded my expectations.
The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of comfort and service provided. It felt like great value for the money.
What truly made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay with excellent service.

I recently stayed at the Confederation Inn and was really impressed with the positive changes happening there. You can tell they’re putting in real effort to improve the place. The old carpet has been replaced with updated flooring, which makes the rooms feel much cleaner and more modern. Renovations are underway, and the beds have been upgraded with cleaner, more comfortable bedding.
What stood out the most was the staff. Their hospitality and courtesy felt genuine, and it made a big difference in my stay.
It’s great to see this kind of turnaround. I appreciate the improvements and had a much better experience than expected.

I stayed here for one night with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel receptionist was very kind and made our stay peaceful and comfortable. At the restaurant, the older lady and her daughter were incredibly warm and welcoming—truly lovely people.
We really enjoyed our time here, and both my kids and I would be happy to come back again!

Meeting room might be the best spot to stay in that whole hotel the first night it smelt like cigarettes and just didnt smell great which caused trouble of sleep, not a lot to choose from breakfast. Lots of disturbance from outside and other rooms such as loud talking and cussing. I wouldnt recommend staying at that hotel.

For CA$150.00 per night and $200.00 deposit for a dive. Roaches in the room and drug addicts hanging out outside. Over night stay was enough.

Very run down rooms, miserable staff, and cockroaches in halls and rooms, they even came into our room without knocking. Would not stay there again would not trust my credit card number to be with them either.

Food was really good and the workers were really nice. Its pretty and child friendly. I personally enjoyed my stay!

We have Saturday breakfast at Fusion Cafe and the meals are delicious. The service is above and beyond their job descriptions.
It's a very pleasant and quiet atmoshere.

Overall the hotel was good. The staff was very accommodating, they cleaned a lot. Bitbwas nice that they checked who came in and out.
It was good food too.

Friendly service and a decent meal for price. Left full and satisfied. Did not stay in the hotel, came for breakfast.

First thing I notice when turning the light on near the bed was blood, severely outdated building. Will not be staying more than one night.
