Confederation Inn

Food was really good and the workers were really nice. Its pretty and child friendly. I personally enjoyed my stay!

We have Saturday breakfast at Fusion Cafe and the meals are delicious. The service is above and beyond their job descriptions.
It's a very pleasant and quiet atmoshere.

Overall the hotel was good. The staff was very accommodating, they cleaned a lot. Bitbwas nice that they checked who came in and out.
It was good food too.

Friendly service and a decent meal for price. Left full and satisfied. Did not stay in the hotel, came for breakfast.

First thing I notice when turning the light on near the bed was blood, severely outdated building. Will not be staying more than one night.

So im here for one night. When I got here I was kinda upset with the black mold on the walls and in the bathroom. The beds are rotting. I got bit up by bedbugs and I found a dead roach in sink. There are dirty blankets. Front desk service isnt good. And they have failed to provide a safe healthy environment for my child no heat in the middle of winter. So freezing with my 2 year old we are both sick food tasted nasty. I give it zero stars. I got bit all night from bedbugs there was a girl yelling for help banging on wall. Couple was arguing down haul music blasted all night room service took 5 hours asked for another room they gave me 10$ extra on my food voucher their food is gross so I didnt care 5.00 for a can pop lady at till said 2.50$ then changed it to 3.00$ and then she said with my remaining 5.00$ I can have 1 pop. Not child friendly when management showed up I didnt answer.

Worst experience ever. Didn't even have coffee pot in my room, rooms are old and out dated Rooms smell like old musty cigarettes, smoke holes on bed sheets management isn’t very helpful. Or no one picks up the phones at front desk to get the Wi-Fi password for my grandson for he can go to sleep with his tablet and the whole time I was there had a bad headache from the smell of 20 years of smoke build up and my grandson has asthma I had to keep giving him his puffers but I have to choice to stay because I'm homeless and no where to go other then here 😭😭😭also no phone in the room to call front desk.

Attended a wedding event and airconditioning was so bad. All the guests were sweating. The wedding halls had very tight spacing and the lighting was not bright. I felt very congested.

No stars for such a bad experience there. Idk why jordans principal puts indigenous families in this place when they don’t even treat native ppl nicely there. The staff gathers with their friends & families late at night with their kids included and they party around the pool so I couldn’t even sleep well most nights. The manager was so mean to me over the phone when I called to tell them I wasn’t coming back there. They still own tube TV’s. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and the rugs in the bedrooms are moist, I’m sure mold must be sitting under every single rug. The toilet seats ain’t attached to the toilet, the door was broken so we couldn’t lock our rooms so my son’s medical bag was stolen during my stay there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. Rentalsmen should go there and inspect the place because it’s a health hazard. This place is completely disgusting and needs a full strip & renovation! It shouldn’t even be open to customers at this point!

Went for breakfast, cook couldn't get our orders right. The server was pleasant and provided good customer service, but the rest of the experience brought rating down to 2 stars. Flies were buzzing around our table trying land on us and our food. The cook was dressed in a T-shirt and a ball cap, and you could see his hair was not in a hair net. He added peppers and onions to the food despite a direct request to omit them, and argued about how a menu item was made (previously we went to the restaurant a couple times a month and had no problems, the other cook looked professional and provided exactly what we ordered). We won't be returning unfortunately.
