I actually really like this hotel. It has a very comfortable decor that welcomes you warmly. The beds are quite comfortable and allow for a great sleep and the prices are quite reasonable. That's pretty much all you can ask for.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Large breakfast area. Breakfast included hot and cold choices. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Asst. Manager was very professional and dealt with us very nicely and solved our problem timely and efficiently. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service.

Good quick hotel stop in town. Comfortable bed but smell of cleaning was strong and some dust on surfaces. Fine for a night.

Location was very easy to find, right off the Hwy. Rooms were simple but nice and clean! Cost of room included a free hot breakfast the next morning. All in all, we would stay again, staff was also very friendly.

Room was clean. Staff was fantastic. The bed was comfortable although the pillows weren't all that great. The parking lot accommodated our moving van with vehicle in tow pretty well (around 50' total length), not something we usually consider but it's something we constantly struggled with throughout our move. Overall a great experience and value.

I was satisfied with the room. Clean and comfy. I reserved it online but still took a long time checking in.

Can't complain with the price. The breakfast here is GREAT. I literally come back only for that haha. Location is decent. Rooms are decent. No complaints… I keep coming back so…

This place does not have a pool or fitness room but the staff more than make up for it. Every time I'm in Saskatoon we stay at this hotel and the front desk staff are wonderful. Polite helpful and kind. Plus it's driving distance is close to all areas of Saskatoon.

In the winter time, theres a balcony or a large window that you can open that isn't fully closed which makes the room extremely cold. Overall everything else is nice, just bring something warm during the winter time.

I had a great stay. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. I look forward to staying there again.

Our stay was great for the price we paid. We stayed over for the night for a concert and it was great. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very delicious and was unlike other continental breakfast. We had both strawberry and vanilla waffles, doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, ect. No other hotel had that much variety for breakfast! It was a fantastic stay.

Great place, easy to get to off of circle drive. Near airport and shopping. Also close to many different resturants. Clean, nice staff, lots of parking and quiet.

Nice clean rooms. Easy check in/out. Decent free breakfast (traditional cold cereals, waffles, eggs, toast, bagels etc). Excellent price.

Very disappointed with customer service (Broke). Was traveling with husband on business with commercial transport truck. Asked to have a 10% truckers rate and he refused could only do 5% he even left the front desk to walk to the other end of bldg to verify if we were indeed in a transport truck and still refused to give us a better rate. I've been traveling with husband for the past six months and never did I encounter such behaviour from this hotel chain or any hotel for that matter. All this to say I returned to the truck and booked my room through Expedia for which I got the room for $20 less than what they were asking for. Very disappointed with Broke and his attitude will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Stayed here for two nights and every night around 11:30 to midnight was noisy. The plumbing can be heard from others peoples rooms and gave me serious paranoia. The sheets were scratchy and cheep, had to have the room heater on all night. Quiet during the day, terrible view of a car lot from the room and rude desk staff. Never going back.

Rooms were nice, most staff were friendly. Raman was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The reason for a 3 star is the breakfast, it really needs an upgrade. Too many days of Turkey sausage and scrambled eggs.

Staff was very friendly. Room was basic but very clean. Had a fridge/microwave which is handy. Breakfast was included and fresh. Would go again.

Amman at the Front Desk was awesome. My experience there was LEGENDARY. Thanks to amman.

I called ahead and reserved for a couple of nights because I was taking my dog to the vet college for surgery. I was quoted $97. But if I had choice rewards membership it would be $92.15 per night. It was an extra $20. Total to have my dog there. I arrived there and it had suddenly changed to $99. Per night. I gave her my membership # to get the discount and she said "We don't do that here". WHAT! She also said $20. Total for my dog which was true. So I booked in because I had to be at the College. I was at an end room with a patio door and the person beside me was using the patio dooralot. I didn't have my dog here so I was terrified to be here alone. They changed the towels and garbage but nothing else. I received the bill and I was charged $20. Every night for my dog. This place is gross, not accommodating what so ever and the girl at the front desk needs to smile and be nicer to people. I will let everyone I know about my experience here as this hotel should not be in business.

Disent place with amazing breakfast bar. Best breakfast ever I have had comparing to all of the hotels I have stayed in and I have to mention I stayed at meny different hotels. Friendly staff to. Good job guys. Keep up and good luck.

Older hotel. Good breakfast. Not alot of other areas to eat within walking distance. Dog friendly.

Just checked in for our first night of 2. So far not very happy. Asked for a non smoking room and the room smells like it's been smoked in every day for years and just covered up in febreeze instead of properly cleaned. Thankfully we got a 2 bed room too since one of them has blood and bugs in it! Hopefully we get actual clean bedding for tomorrow. (Sheets changed but blanket dirty).

Not quite as comfortable as the pictures, carpets are either on their last legs or dated, can’t tell which. The window that opens has 3 panes to open to allow fresh air. I guess 3 are needed for Saskatoon winters. Standard Comfort Inn though, no serious complaints, good value for money if you book online. The only thing that activated my OCD was their use of the wrong coffee packages in the coffee maker. If you like really strong coffee and don't mind a mess it works great, otherwise they should consider using the correct sized packages of coffee.

Decent breakfast. No sound proofing on the doors though. Can clearly hear through the door both ways. Just some simple weather stripping around the door jamb and a door sweep would help a ton. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Was shocked at how nice it was when seeing the room. I was able to get a cheap price booking through Expedia and was quite impressed with how well kept the place was. Excellent breakfast.

Clean enough… but when they tell you breakfast available from 6 til 9 in the morning… they should actually mean it. Rather frustrating as we plan our trips for business and make the best use of time … so coming in for breakfast at 616 and told not til 630 … rather rudely… well time to leave and not come back…

The electric heaters had no thermostat. It was on or off. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best but the room was cheap. Not paying for the Ritz and not getting it. It's a fair deal.

Great inexpensive place to stay in town.

If you could give zero stars I would. We arrived and went to check in at the desk, the employee working was very inexperienced and had no clue how to find our booking. She then informed us that their 'systems were down' so she needed to photocopy my credit card. I felt very uncomfortable with this, but all other hotels were booked and we couldn't stay anywhere else. She took a copy of our card, I did not sign anything authorizing a charge, or a hold. She then gave us our room cards, breakfast vouchers and Wi-Fi password. We went to our room door, where the cards did not work. Returned to the desk, and she took the entire pamphlet, including Wi-Fi password, and breakfast vouchers, and gave us new room cards. Returned to our room where the cards worked. In the morning we were disappointed after realizing out vouchers were gone. The man at the front desk was very slow, and when I demanded I have back the copy of my credit card he was reluctant to give it back. We decided it wasn't worth the fight to get our vouchers back and decided to eat else where. When we arrived home j check my credit statement, and I was charged twice for the room. When I called the hotel the employee was blaming me for the double charge, first she accused us of not showing up for our booking. Then said using Expedia was the reason I was charged twice. She told me she would call Expedia and 'maybe see if we could do something about it'. Needless to say I am still not given an answer of why.

Front Desk girl was the worst employee I have ever encountered in many years of Hotel stays. I travel all over Canada and the US and have never had such a rude, disrespectful person treat myself and my group so poorly. I will never stay at this hotel again. When people spend multiple nights and pay full price they should be treated with respect. If this girl who signed her initials AR keeps talking to guests like she did, many more people will not stay there. There are many hotels in Saskatoon, I will never choose this one again and pay a high price then be treated very very badly by the front desk staff.

$140 per night and it isn't even worth $50. Breakfast is included but it sucks. You're better off going to McDonald's. The staff don't keep anything stocked either so if you show up after 7:30 expect whatever the roughnecks staying at the hotel leave you. Oh and if it's winter I hope you like being woken up by them slamming doors and starting their trucks at 5:30. I needed to use the printer in the lobby but it ran out of ink. I told the girl at the desk and her reply was "We don't have no more ink. " Not even a fake apology. Internet is slow even when you're just browsing. Terrible bandwidth. Suck it up and spend another 50 bucks for a good hotel. Sandman is literally across the road and is multitudes better. This place can suck it.

Booked room at different price and they charged something different. Room service is poor. Front desk staff is not friendly as well. Very bad experience.

For the price of this hotel, (180 a night! ) you would think they would have decent Wi-Fi. They don't. Also, the walls are paper thin and I could hear yelling. Not pleasant after 12 hours of driving.

They got bed bugs so no freaking way I'm going back there. Front desk. They don't know wat they doing there.

Gostineca not vprincepe not bad but not really them breakfast. More accurately it could. For the price it is possible it would be to give more generous breakfast. The Internet is also very slabinkij.

Man! We spent a nite the left!? beacuse they where under construction?! It was a mess! Main office was in a room! They didnt have the free breakfast or anything ells!? Dont go! At lest till there finished the construction.

For Work I travel alot and am used to a lot of lower end hotels. With this hotel however for the money and name associated with Comfort Inns I was unimpressed. The service was lacking respect for the customer. The rooms were small, only the rooms on the main floor had microwaves ans fridges. All rooms had air conditioners, however all of them leaked on the floor inside your room. I was fortunate not to place anything beside the unit, but my coworker was not and as a result some of his luggage was ruined. Talked with hotel staff and they recommended turning the air conditioner off. Well that was unacceptable as it was in the 30's during the day. The walls to the rooms are paper thin, I do not think this hotel has any sound proofing between units. The main floor rooms have sliding doors to the parking lot. I did not like this as people were smoking right beside my door. The smoke came in through the air conditioner and I had to turn it off so my room didnt smell like smoke. The hotel sees alot of business from CN workers that work at all hours of the night, With paper thin walls you can see how this is a problem. I would not stay here again, and I have usually always liked Comfort Inn hotels. This one however is not up to par with the rest of the chain.
