Midway Motel

This place is a mom n pop type place that was in the right place at the right time. We were exhausted and it was welcoming. The mismatched furniture is charming and beautiful, the desk help was very friendly and funny, the rooms were very clean, and tho I like my bed a bit softer the mattress was in very good condition and was very supportive. It reminded me of my Serta posturepedic from my youth. Unless you need bourgeois, this is a great place!

Good spot on 16. Truck parking and reasonable prices. Rooms are clean. One of my go to spots when traveling this way!

Mattress was soft, room was very clean, modern washroom with a walk in shower. The family that runs the motel is very friendly. I would recommend staying here if you are tired and need a place to stay. It’s right off highway 16, but the sound is not noticeable.

This is a wonderful little motel. Staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean and quite homey and the motel was very quiet! Slept amazing! There is a nice little common room with kitchen and sitting area. Grounds are nice and lots of room to go for a walk and places to sit. Would 1

The rate is comparable to city rent, we liked Langham hotel better.

Clean fairly quiet other than the odd train or truck as it’s along highway but don’t let that deter you. It’s a good place to stay. Clean and comfortable for a night stay. Outside sitting area. Pleasant person on checkin. Good parking area and use of kitchenette if needed.

Like many other posts. Nice convenient place off the highway for a good night's sleep. Not much else.

Great motel. Rainshower shower spring May flowers in the garden of my heart. Global selection 4 yr TV viewing pleasure, everything frm Punjabi movies to Aussie Rules football to, well, purty much anything you can imagine. Me, I want hed the ncut version of SHOWGIRLS & a great black comedy with Pierce Prosnan about an assassin going thru a mid-life crisis called MATADOR. Mn-fridge but No micro-wave in room but there's 1ne in the kitchen/lounge area, alng with a washer/dryer combo machine, and a hi-tech stove. Wish I could stay another day, or year, or decade. Oh yeah, & the RR tracks are waaaay on the other side of town. Note to antique freaks: there's a classic antique store in downtown, on the other side of the highway. Also: Very friendly & helpful proprietor. No complaints anywhere.

Travelling with my Husky can be challenging.
I was generally inclined to tent camp but the weather was rain, and I was no enthusiastic about packing up the following am.
They were nervous about potential for noise as Husky breed can be very vocal. But they were nonetheless very accepting.
‘Zhora’ and I had an excellent sleep in a real and comfortable bed.

I just checked in… wasnt expecting much, but WOW was I ever surprised! The room is immaculate (very clean) — especially the bathroom. Floors super clean, unstained carpets, everything clean and folded perfectly. Owner was super kind and accomodating to my late checkin and large truck / trailer combo in his lot (even lent me a cord for my block heater. TV is modern with all the streaming services available. I NEVER give reviews, but felt this 5 stars was well deserved!

This is one of those gems you must experience. Away from the city, it is quiet and peaceful. The host is wonderful and very friendly. I just told him my name and he knew who I was and made the check in easy and fast.
The Mid Way Motel in Radisson, SK is a "must stay" kind of place.

Excellent and kind service. Clean room comfy pillows and love the whole self serve kitchen area. Staff was very kind when we arrived late and in bad weather. The room are big and bathroom are nice. Very homey feeling when you are staying in one of the rooms.

Great place to stay the night or weekend. We stayed for a hockey tournament weekend. Nothing fancy but great price and clean rooms. Great hospitality/breakfast room for team/parent gatherings during downtime. Has everything to cook a meal or warm up pre-made Meals. Would recommend to anyone that is thinking of driving back to Saskatoon for an over priced hotel room.
