I would recommend it for the pool and the breakfast. There was only one of the three hot tubs working. There was no heat in my room and it was cold. I finally called down at 5am to let them know. Front desk tried to get my heat to work and then bought me another blanket. I let management know in the morning and was given a coupon for a suite upgrade next time I go back. My throat is sore and I caught a chill.
I had learned from this experience to check and make sure everything work before unpacking my suitcase.
Came down for a funeral and was so tired the next day not a good sleep. Felt management could have done something more. I don't go to North Battleford often and if I do it is just for a night. Not evenough time to enjoy a suite upgrade.

This was my top place to go love customer service, front desk workers breakfast cooks. BUT I haven’t went since I experienced a cleaning fee out of my deposit due to my kids fingers prints, but to my opinion I should have not been charged that. Due to Coronavirus everything should be whipped down with out question. I never went back to this place since hard to find a nice room to go have a lil vacation away from home. : (scared to even go back there because of how the janitors argued with me that time.

We were in town for a family wedding and met our grandchildren there. They loved the pool!

It’s a hotel but a great hotel with big fluffy beds and pillows likely won’t sleep there tonight… hahaha, letting my hair down, kicking my heels and going out on the town… ok, that’s a bit more info than required.

I booked this hotel over the August long weekend because we had a family reunion at the near by provincial park. I wanted to book in around 2pm like any other hotel hotel on the planet but was forced to drag my bags around with me until 11pm when we finally got back to battle ford. The hotel was clean and no further problems the first night so that’s why I’m giving it two stars. The second night however consisted of trains blowing their horns all night every two hours. When I asked the front desk for a discount they refused. If I’m paying almost $200 for a hotel room I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect to be able to sleep without disturbance. The poor front desk service really left a sour taste in my mouth and I have no intentions of staying here ever again.

Nice hotel, a little loud a night (other guests) and nice pool area.

The bed was comfortable but the breakfast left something to be desired. If there was a main warm protein it would have made for a much better morning of work.

Worth the money. Great beds. 5 star for the area. Good free breakfast. Could of used some hard boiled eggs.

Decent hotel with clean rooms. Loud AC and taps but everything still worked. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast buffet (toast, cereal, breads and yogurt).

Rooms were very clean and modern, staff was friendly accommodating and very quick (even though the hotel was booked solid) we got a $10 voucher for the casino. The continental breakfast was really just coffee and cereal and toast though.

Me and my dear stayed in this hotel for the night not bad thought they would have a microwave in the rooms but nope had to used the coffee pot for my noodles. Other then that its clean nice rooms quite and its close to The casino which is a plus. Idk about the people here not one person said hi or anything o well.

Great spot! Huge rooms! Really clean, bathroom was HUGE! Salt water pool! Continental Breakfast included free. First hotel bathroom in years that was big enough that I didn't have to walk out of it just to change my mind! Not a gambler so never partook of the Casino, but I highly recommend this hotel! l.

Hotel itself is nice. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as I was only here for one night, but it looks pretty cool, with 3 seperate hot tubs. Room itself is average, but the shower wasnt great. It was jammed and wouldn't switch from tub to shower, and would squeal like dying seals while switching over.

First impression was good, Grand entrance and nice decor but after that it fell flat for me. Beds were nice, little to firm for my liking and the rooms were clean. Weren't able to check in until 4:00 which was not convenient. Continental breakfast was blah, bread in all of its various forms, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast and some fruit in syrup, yogurt, cold peeled hard boiled eggs (didn't taste right). Cost for our short 1 night stay was $145. Value for what we got not worth the money. I've stayed in hotels all across Saskatchewan with 6 kids in various sport and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. There was nothing here that stood out or created extra value that would make me want to go back. Can get the same quality of stay or better from any of the other economical chain hotels and keep the extra $35-45 in your pocket. Was hoping for something better. Sorry Gold Eagle only a small 3 stars from me.

We stayed here last night and I was very pleased with everything. We stayed in a suite and the room was very clean. Overall the entire hotel was clean! We went down to the swimming pool and were asked to shower before entering pool! Great idea! The staff were very helpful getting all of our bags upstairs for us. The breakfast in the morning had a fantastic selection of cereals, muffins, toast, waffles, juices etc. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a place in the area.

Check in was quick and easy, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was sufficient. It was all good.

The staff is pleasant and happy every time I see them. Clean quiet rooms and huge pool area steam sauna and 3 hot tubs.

Stayed in the penthouse at the gold eagle Lodge in North Battleford. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with an equally beautiful penthouse suite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area as the amenities in any of the rooms are perfect.

Very comfortable, clean, with friendly staff. Our room had two queen beds, mini fridge, flat screen, microwave, Keurig coffee machine with complimentary pods. Large bathroom with a second sink also outside of the washroom. On main floor they have a pool, 3 hottubs, and a steam room. Complimentary breakfast is served, no eggs or bacon but decent food. Overall very impressed with our stay I would highly recommend.

Rooms are very nice and we'll kept, continental breakfast simple and light. The pool with the three hot tubs was honestly the best!

Was a nice place to crash! Lol got there late. Reception said he was getting worried about me cuz I had a room booked and I didn't check in till after one. (He was lying! He wasn't worried! ) haha jk rooms were clean and spacious. An excellent place to rest. I recommend Gold Eagle Lodge!

Spacious, comfortable room and beds. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Pool and 3 hot tubs plus stream room and dry sauna and fitness room — all clean and well maintained. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. A couple more proteins available for breakfast would be nice.

I recently stayed at the Golden eagle Lodge and enjoyed the stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the great staff. My only wish is that they would have had a hot breakfast.

Terrible, awful front desk service. This hotel gave away our room even though we had booked with a credit card. Then they lied about having it. Excessively rude front desk people. Never stay here.

My family and I stayed here for a dance festival. The whole place was well-stocked, clean and very comfortable. We found the rooms to be fairly priced and LOVED the three hot tubs an dry sauna plus steam room. Overall a great stay and we would highly recommend! Thanks Melissa.

Awesome muffins at breakfast but if your with Rogers cellular service is awful if you even get any service at all.

The room is massive. Good sized bathroom. The tub is a little small for sitting in. The TV is horribly outdated for such a new hotel. No HDMI port. Most other hotels in North Battleford have new flat screen tv's.

Super nice hotel, and a great staff! Heather at the front desk is an angel! The engineering staff is great as well! We have stayed in this wonderful hotel 4 times now, and look forward to returning in the near future. Keep up the good work.
