We just spent the night there last night along with many from our hockey team and other teams and the experience was awesome! Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! They went up and beyond to make all teams staying there accommodated and have a lot of fun! Thank you for the great experience!

Travelling across Canada and the states with a dog, and the hotel in Estevan was th best in embracing me and the dog I was travelling with. Often times it feels like having a pet with you is a burden to hotels, NOT HERE! They not only took care of me but my dog as well.

Decent rooms, good breakfast, good location near all amenities in walking distance.

The hotel was above average, internet was fast, bed was comfy but the pillow need to be replaced as they are starting to beed up and brake down. Also the room was not as clean as many others I have stayed at but all and all a decent stay. Great breakfast and awesome customer service at the front desk!

The rooms are really nice and spatious, the service is good. — 1 star for the limited equipment in the fitness centre.

My husband and I stayed in the Best Western Estevan on our way to the States, and our experience was excellent! Jameson at the front desk was wonderful and informative — he told us about a 24 hour Border Crossing that we didn’t know about. We were able to get through the next day without any hassle. I booked our room through Aeroplan, and was pleasantly surprised that we had a full suite with a stove, sitting area and king sized bed. I would definitely recommend the Best Western in Estevan to friends.

Really friendly staff. There is this one lady that cooks and cleans for breakfast and man is she grumpy. She cant smile and she is not friendly AT all. Besides her the rest of staff is great. Clean room. Clean hallways. Parking lot is clean. Great place to stay.

I was there for 2 days for some relaxation and time with the hubby. It was fabulous. The staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was AWESOME. The cook was very friendly. All around great people. Thank you.

Great stay and is now my new home away from home when in Estevan for extended business. Great staff, clean rooms and the huge pillows and comfortable bed makes for a great sleep. A good selection for breakfast starts your day off right. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was great. Waffles and bacon. What more could you ask for.

Spent two nights with novice age hockey team in your hotel. There were other teams in the hotel, lots of kids, busy hallways, pool area and lobby. The staff was fantastic, let the kids play and the parents visit. Lots of comments that the kids memories from that weekend will be all about the time spent at the hotel and nothing to do with hockey! Thanks.

Stayed four nights on company business. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was upgraded when I called to register, so had spacious room with kingsize bed, desk, sofa bed and a nice kitchenette (good sized fridge, microwave and small electric range with oven). The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Exercise room has elliptic, bike, treadmill and weights — all equipment in very good condition. Pool and hot tub are well kept, but pool is too small for swimming lengths. Free breakfast with a cheery good morning from the preparer who makes sure the tables are cleared and clean. I am health conscious and a strict vegetarian, so the choices are limited. Bananas, oranges, apples, thawed frozen peaches and a strawberry sauce (last two are a nice touch, but intended for the cook-it-yourself waffles). Good variety of juices. Brought my own cereal and soy milk. Other choices: Three sugar-laden dry cereals and Kellogg's raisin bran, as well as instant oatmeal. Yogurt. Cow's milk. Standard high-fat high-cholesterol scrambled eggs/omelet and bacon/sausage, as well as a potato product. Breakfast sugar pastries, muffins, bread (white & brown, but no whole grains), white bagels.

Special shoutout to the ladies in the kitchen in the morning! Bringing fresh cookies, they are beautiful souls. Much love to the housekeeping who gave me extra kcups because I didn't like the coffee downstairs. We were in town for a funeral and I don't think they knew it, but everyone was so kind and lovely, it really made things easier.

The front desk staff was amazing in getting me everything I needed, will be staying there for the next couple weeks for work. The room was nice and clean, and there was a mini fridge which was a nice addition.

The process started shaky but ended well. I booked online and had 2 pets with me. When I got there the person behind the desk had some issues with knowing how to charge the card for the dog fee since I had prepaid online through orbitz. The room was very nice and clean. The lady working the breakfast the next morning was clearly in a bad mood and made sure she showed it. We were a little late to breakfast (but it was still open per their posted hours) because my wife was incredibly sick but the kids and I were just grabbing something quick to take back to the room. When she saw me getting orange juice from the machine at exactly 10am she made sure I knew that I was not allowed to use that past 10 then quickly got out her key and locked the machine while I was standing there. Although that is a small thing it has been over a week and that attitude will be a cloud over the breakfast service received. The most unfortunate thing was that we accidently left my wife's new diamond earrings in the room when we checked out. We realized it when we were about an hour down the road and then called the hotel to let them know and to ask them to ship them to our destination. After an email confirmation so they would have written proof we authorized a charge on our card for shipping they told us that nobody had yet been in the room and they would go get the earrings then ship them to us. After no response three days later I called them to get the tracking number.

Staying here as I'm doing some work nearby. Service has been excellent and have no complaints.

Great hotel, excellent service. Only complaint is the ac and heating is noisy, and of course bed is right next to it. Use earplugs or open window (yes they do open! )

It was a great experience for my first time in Estevan. Hotel was close to the office and close to restaurants with good food and variety. Found the bathrooms to be a bit dark and not a fan of the soap/lotion dispensers.

Travel extensively for work across Canada. Have always seemed to have a better experience with Best Western hotels. Tired a few nights in other hotels around Estevan that offered slightly lower rates but gave less than lower service and rooms. After the first night in the Estevan Best Western was entirely sold on the quality and comfort of the stay. Have returned often and will again.

Poor high speed internet. Lacking details in the room needed for business stay — example power plug-ins around desk and on desk lamps. Low lighting throughout room. Continental breakfast is weak compared to other similar hotels. Only one staff member is friendly. The rest are grumpy and have no smile on their face. It's like they are unhappy being at work. It's a clean hotel though and the beds are comfortable. I feel safe staying there and parking is usually available right in front of hotel.

The staff here are the best I've ever had to help with anything we needed and I would come back anytime.

Our parent group just spent a week at this hotel while attending the Western Canada Cup Hockey Tournament. We found the management and staff to be exceptionally accommodating. No matter how many times we walked past the desk there was always a smile. The hot breakfast in the morning was filling and a great place to meet for the day. We found the kitchenettes and BBQ's outback to be exceptionally handy for parent/player events. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more.

The hotel itself is quite nice. The hotel is "pet friendly" but they require you to pay $20 per pet per night, and you also have to bring their licenses and medical history paperwork from the vet. The staff person I dealt with said the paperwork and licenses are required just in case a future customer has allergies, but I don't see how me bringing my pets' papers will affect someone's allergies, isn't it hair and dander that people are allergic to? The staff person I dealt with accused me of being dishonest about bringing my two dogs in, when I was being entirely honest. I told him I brought my dogs in later the previous night when I joined my bf's room, so I planned to let the front desk know as soon as I finished breakfast in the morning and he made a big deal about it saying I wasn't being honest. I told him several times that I understood the pet policy, he continued to explain it over and over again. If you have more than one person per room it is $10 extra per person per night. The hot breakfast consists of potato wedge french fries, sausage, ham, and the option to make your own waffle. The waffles are good, decent toppings. The breakfast selection is relatively good overall.

The rooms are large and cheap. I've stayed in 2 different rooms now, both had a kitchenette. The one room had wired internet, which I prefer. The other rooms wired jack was disconnected. The breakfast is early and modestly stocked. All around a good room with great value.

When I phoned direct to the Best Western in Estevan they quoted me $169/night. I explained the price on the net said $114/night and even when I changed to the following week (date) and it only jumped to $149/night. The desk fellow told me to go book online. So I went to book it online and when I clicked on "book", the price jumped to $169. Needless to say, I was feeling a little duped so rather than try and figure it out, I booked elsewhere for the 4 nights. Hotel may be decent enough but service speaks volumes.

Accommodating staff. Decent continental breakfast and nice room. Within walking distance of Wall Mart and other stores.
