Pilgrim Inn

Not very fancy-but a great stay! It was cheap, clean, service was great, and the breakfast was delicious! The showers were decent, they were hot and had good pressure! Overall was an amazing stay and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a cheaper, quieter alternative.

If you are looking for fancy, this is not the place for you, but it is clean and won’t break the bank. My husband and I stayed here (on recommendation from a friend) while traveling from Winnipeg to Edmonton. We would usually stay in Saskatoon but due to events there, hotel prices were very high. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. My husband had breakfast which wasn’t huge variety like a bigger hotel might have, but he was satisfied with what he had. They do not have rooms with king sized beds, so we got a room with 2 queen sized beds which worked out fine for the one night we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my 2nd time in a couple of months staying at the Pilgrim Inn, but this time it was a multi-night stay has I had business in Moose Jaw, but didn't want to pay those prices. The Pilgrim Inn was a clean, cozy and affordable place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was decent, and the rooms were clean. I would highly recommend the Pilgrim Inn if you are wanting a rest while travelling down the TransCanada, or if you have business in Moose Jaw, and are looking for something a little more value forward.

If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would!
This place is absolutely amazing. I truly loved it. The rooms are spotless and very well maintained. Each room has a mini fridge, microwave, and TV.
The reading area, the complimentary tea and coffee available at all times, and the guest laundry facilities are all very thoughtful touches.
The staff are friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.
We have been traveling for five days, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. I highly recommend it to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding hotel and a great price. I spotted this hotel on Google and flagged it as a potential stop. As we were passing through Medicine Hat and saw a friend, our friend suggested this location. He said he has been here many times as he passes through. Jordan checked us in at 10 pm and she was such a joy! Breakfast is light but doesn't matter as there is a bakery just down street that has the "best cinnamon rolls" per Jordan. Breakfast at hotel is waffles and other continental items.
The room was quiet and comfortable. Lighting was dim but the light on headboard was super bright 🌞 😆
Would highly recommend stopping here, super friendly and comfortable. They even had games to play but we got in so late we opted out.

We booked a two night stay at this hotel.
The price was great.
The place is clean. The bedrooms are comfortable, free Wi-Fi, nice size bathroom.
The continental breakfast was satisfying and there were lots of fruit.
The waffle station had whipped cream and fresh strawberries yummy.
There is a public bathroom after the reception. It is clean and easy accessible.

Great spot! Very clean and quiet. Nice continental breakfast as well. Would come back for travel stays.

Clean and spacious rooms. Great value. Stayed here when road conditions were bad. Staff were excellent.

We were on the road for over 3 weeks and stayed in over 15 motels/hotels. This was the best accommodation and it was very affordable. Thank you for a great service and a good free continental breakfast.

Great place to rest your head for the night or two. Room was very clean, linens were nice and fresh. Stayed on a Friday night and was still fairly quiet. Highly recommend this place if you are travelling through. Felt very safe. Breakfast was good. Waffles (with all the fixings. Mmm whipped cream), bagels, toast, assortment of cereals, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Also, if you need there is a complimentary laundromat. All in all a pleasant stay.

This place is amazing. You can tell the owners are proud of this place. Everything is so well maintained and clean. Rooms are large. Staff are so friendly you feel right at home. The breakfast is very nice with strawberries and whipped cream for your waffles. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This little gem sits right off the highway and is located 2 minutes away from a Subway, Gas, and Convenience store. They have complimentary guest laundry and a continental breakfast. It's clean, well attended and a nice spot to stop for a night. It is 25 kms (west) to Moose Jaw.

Great stay in a collage town.
Clean comfy rooms.
Only issue was hot water took forever to start getting hot I'm the morning.
Great staff good little starter breakfast.

Hotel was great. Staff was great. Pet friendly room was great. Being charged 2 extra times for days that we did not even stay there, was not so great. However, I called and got my money refunded in about a weeks time.

A Safe & Pleasant Stop for EV Road Trippers — Set Charging Current to 24A (Amps)
We stopped at the Pilgrim Inn during a long road trip in our EV. Our goal is to find nice, value-conscious hotels with an EV charger, and this place was a very pleasant surprise.
The room was clean, smelled fresh, and was perfectly quiet for a good night's sleep. While the decor is a little dated, the room was well-maintained and definitely exceeded our expectations for the price.
What stood out most was how safe we felt. We didn't feel nearly this secure on our last stop in Regina, so this was a huge plus. The other hotel patrons were all very courteous and respectful, which isn't always the case these days and is something we appreciate more as we get older. While there isn't much within immediate walking distance, the area is perfectly fine for a relaxing evening stroll.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. It was surprisingly robust for the price point, with a waffle maker, various toastables, danishes, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, fruit, cereal, and more.
Important Tip for EV Drivers: The hotel has a Tesla Gen 1 wall connector. During the night, the unit sensed the outlet was getting hot and automatically reduced the charging current to 15A. As a result, we woke up to find our car had only reached a 50% charge.
Whatever the underlying issue, we found the simple solution was to manually set our car's charge limit to 24A.

Good location. Fair cost. Rooms large enough, but no chair or desk to sit at to eat or relax. Comfy pillows. But… beds are worst I've ever had to sleep in at a hotel/motel. 3 nights of this may break me. Other hotels too far from my destination to move to so Ill have to manage.

Our favourite hotel between Winnipeg and Calgary. Excellent location and town setting, friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms, very clean, and quiet. I personally like the fact that the rooms have windows that actually open — unlike most of the sealed, stuffy, new hotel-builds. Great value. I highly recommend.
