Very good report… quality-price… The staff is smiling and welcoming.

Clean Rooms, Comfortable beds Friendly Staff, and great location.

Great central spot in valleyfield for walking or biking. Many trails and a lovely park across the road. We also are dinner at the restaurant and it was very good and affordable.

Clean. Good amenities. They have a pool and pool tables. Free continental breakfast which was very tasty. Staff are courteous.

Excellent service. Clean room. Great historical site. Nice area at night.

There was sale on perfumes so I went der 90% of their perfumes r Fake with original packing wasted my time and Fuel to go tat Far … recommend all not to go lolz.

Just at the parking level a little rough, and the 2 main entrances, a little dark and full of little dark and hidden corners, less reassuring in the evening for a single woman.

It's pretty average. No atmosphere is rather dull.

Le service à l'accueil a été impeccable ainsi que la chambre exécutive. Cependant, la piscine et le spa proposés sont dans la partie "complexe sportif" de l'hôtel et ne sont vraiment pas attrayants. Peinture défraîchie et spa non-commercial. Nous avons rebroussé chemin. La salle de réception très grande et belle ambiance créée! Petit déjeuner continental bien. Somme toute, belle nuitée.

Friendly staff, clean lobby and common areas, situated right in the heart of the adorable town. The minor issues we had were quickly corrected. The continental breakfast had options for any dietary restriction.

Our overnight stay was very good. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean and organized with all the essentials included. Over all a very good place to stay.

An old factory newly renovated into a Hotel a couple of years ago. Definitely one of the coolest Hotels I've visited. Clean, comfortable rooms!

I had a wonderful dining experience, for my appetizer I had the sautéed scallops with olive tapenade. The scallops were beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. And for my main I had the duck with A maple honey demi-glaze. The duck was perfectly pink and the demi-glaze was delicious. The servers were polite and attentive, all in all I had an amazing dining experience and I look forward to returning and trying other dishes they have to offer.

Salle de conference tres bien ordonée, le service etait tres bien. La decoration interieur est tres impressionante, tournant autour de l'histoire de Valleyfield.

As the only hotel in Valleyfield, it does not offer much to be compared against but from personal experience, this hotel looks great, especially the renovated ninth floor (few years back). The view can be amazing from certain rooms where you can see the city and water from your bedroom. The rooms are mostly clean. It's quiet and quite sound-proofed from the room I was in, even with the music on. Great reception rooms and it also has a restaurant, gym, spa and pool.

Nice spot rooms are nice but no way of "cooking" I work on the road and I use a microwave to heat food these rooms Do not offer a microwave.

Checked in ar. 2pm on June 18th 2016. Just left couple of bags in room 708 and our family went to Montreal downtown. Paid 109+tax and it seemed reasonable but after returning back ar. 7pm we discovered that our room has no fridge, no microwave, no hot water to make tea for a 8 y. O. Kid (does not drink coffee). Swimming pool closed at 17:45 : ( (. No ice machine on our floor. Only on the 4th floor. Some power outlets out of order. Most TV channels for french speaking only, screen size ar. 30''. AC worked but jet noisy and AUTO position worked as always ON. No pizza flyers in room. Were pissed off. Finally fridge problem was solved later. Bed was Ok but bathroom looked worn. Breakfast on veranda was good. The personnel is nice & friendly. 3 stars out of 5.

We changed rooms 3 times. Piss and shit on the toilet seat even with the sanitized label on the toilet. The best they could do was refund our money and let us leave. Really! This is the only Hotel in town. At night with a baby now we are on the street no place to stay and had to drive back to Toronto tiered and frustrated. Although the drive is better than staying in an unclean room covered in piss and shit. That was Saturday April 11, 2014 — we where told we would get a call Sunday from the manager. It is now Monday — No call from the Manager.

I've spent 3 months! December — January and February and 3 day avans to leave we my informed that I did not have the right d have a toaster! Except his. Its check mark on all :-).

No curb slide for suitcases, parking is always full, must go in lower parking with lots of outside stairs, no automatic doors, kind of hard to get in hotel with suitcases. No mat in shower, I actually slipped and fell in the shower, I really hurt myself, asked for a mat in hotel and was told that there were non available. The bath tub has no ingraved bottom to prevent slipping, In superior room there is no small fridge, I travel everyday and even in the cheapest hotels there is a small fridge. Great hotel if you don't shower or have luggage to carry.

Kai love to have stayed for a night.
