While we couldn't find any empty room all the way from Quebec city to Ottawa, this motel had 3 available. So they technically saved us after 10 hours drive! The area is super beautiful and nice and the receptionist was friendly. But the quality of the room was not that good. It smelled like cigarettes, old furniture and bathroom. Weak internet connection. No shampoo in the bathroom! The water smelled like iron or minerals and I don't think it's drinkable…
This motel was a quiet welcome retreat after a long drive. It has a very seventies look but was relatively clean. Although in need of updating it was value and gave us the rest we needed.
