Perfect atmosphere and great room!

Excellent environment for work and relaxation! Excellent food even in times of confinement!

Came here for my lil sister wedding. Good. Location, Wi-Fi free, I liked the bookshelf in the lobby offering different type of books to visitors, that was really a plus. I liked the inside lobby but in between floors, I would pay a bit attention to details. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice place. Clean newly renovated rooms. Still under construction at the time of this review but it didn't affect the quality of my stay. Staff was very friendly. New rooms are very open concept. Not recommended for sharing unless you're really friendly with the person you are sharing with. Shower is glass and in view of the entire room. Also the rooms have cool led color changing lights for those late night dance parties in the glass shower.

Very clean and modern rooms. Great menu at their restaurant. Close to Timmy's and gas. Only a few minutes outside Montreal. Other shops and restaurants close by. We will stay there again next time we're in Montreal. First time ever my son would willingly take a shower (fancy bathroom).

Nice rooms, clean, service was friendly. Hotel is near a lot of restaurants and we just walked to a different one every meal for three days! Convenience store nearby to grab beer/drinks. One hour bus ride to downtown Montreal though, which surprised us. Kids loved the small pool and hot tub.

Beautiful clean Hotel… Great service and nice rooms. Hotel gym closes at 10pm… Don't understand why… Other hotels either have 24hr or are open until 11 or midnight.

They gave us a room, where the bathroom ceiling was leaking, and the AC was not working as expected. Giving 4 stars as the staff are really good. Also when contacted front desk about our room, they switched the room next day. This hotel is about 15-20 minutes drive from old Montreal or downtown so plan accordingly. Other than that food was awesome in the restaurant, and hotel is located in a quiet place. Had a good stay.

Cool location not too far from the action! Clean and comfy beds. Still under minor construction, will be beauty when finished.

Perfect for the 2 days of training but I have not stayed there. The restaurant is really excellent.

I have been going there for several years and it is very good as a place. Very large rooms perfect for congresses. I was disappointed by the restaurant though, they totally forgot us. Several tables have been served before us. Luckily, I was in very good company. I imagine it is an isolated situation. On the food side, the beef tartare was good.

I attended the Hotel Mortagne for a convention. The hotel staff was great and the service was impeccable. The location was great too, as it has a few restaurants around.

Contemporary and very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for chatting with friends or couples. Gastronomic meals at a relatively affordable price.

Ask to be in the renovated part of the hotel! The other rooms are disappointing. They agreed to change our room once we got there. The new room was contemporary, funny designed with a shower in the entrance.

The extremely nice employees to inform us help impeccable service always used with a smile. In general very clean.

Ask for the renovated part, the rooms are really beautiful, contemporary and to the taste of the day. On the other hand, the mirror is very far from the sink, very unpleasant when we have needs. Good food at the restaurant, not too expensive (for supper, however the lunches are expensive) and a choice nevertheless diversified.

Very up to date rooms made with good taste. Staff was very friendly and helping. Good insonorisation. Pool is great, gym is ok. Only downside is the hotel was unable to provide me with a fridge. Altogether, great hotel for the money.

Place is beautiful and clean. Hotel Service not so good, Not very welcoming. Expensive. But nice.

Professional event at one of their spacious rooms. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and on-site catering service. Very large parking lot. Easily accessible. Ten minutes from downtown.

The front desk service was very friendly and prompt. The room was quite dated, although the bathrooms seemed more modern. I was too hot at night and couldn't figure out how to set the heat lower than 20C. There were no paper cups to make a coffee to go in the morning. The pool was closed for maintenance, unfortunately. I used the gym and it was well equipped, although a weight bench would be a nice addition to the dumbbells.

Impeccable telephone Service for the reservation, nice welcome to the arrival! Accessible environment for elderly or handicapped people! The rooms are very nice and clean, quiet, quiet environment:)

Perfect place to celebrate an event. Several rooms of different size to suit the number of guests. Very nice inside.

First time staying at this hotel. Visit is for business purposes and everything from the room to the meeting space is top notch. Food service is great, on site restaurant is very good. Staff is very helpful and pleasing to deal with. Hotel currently undergoing some renovations but noise level is almost non existent and with minimal disturbance to the hotel stay. Will definitely back here in the future.

Wasn't suppose to stop at a hotel that day but got sick in the car and I'm almost glad I did! Nice room and bathroom. Huge shower! The bed was really comfy and even if not in a good time for me I appreciated the place!

This hotel is awesome! Friendly and courteous employees from the front desk to housekeeping, you could not ask for more! Book the room with the jetted tub and you will not regret it! You might want to stay in that gigantic tub all day! They even provide you with bath salts to relax! The only bad thing was that I had to leave! Location is great!

Amazing rooms, great location. Overall very fancy and expensive feeling place, definitely great if you want to spoil yourself.

Rooms are a fair size and clean. There are some renovations going on where the reception area is. Finding the reception area would be challenging if it wasn't for the signs to lead you there. The hotel pool is cold, but the hot tub is warm. There is also a sauna that is nice and hot to relax in.

Decided to stay here for two nights while visiting Montreal. Hotel was undergoing construction and finding the entrance was a pain. First room we got had a old mold smell, changed to another room which was slightly better. Someone was stuck in the elevator the first night so everyone was stuck using the remaining one. Free internet was nice and bed was comfortable. Will be much better when construction is completed.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights as we attended a convention in their conference centre. The front desk reception staff were unwelcoming and not particularly helpful upon arrival as we were in need of a pharmacy and they told us there were two in the area and to look them up. Our room was tidy but the two armchairs smelled and had dark stains on them. The ironing board was broken so we used the desk to press our dress clothes. There were also unsightly wrinkles in the carpet and moth holes in the blackout curtains. However, what was most alarming about our stay is that on the 3rd night my husband forgot his key card in the room. When he approached the front desk (a clerk that he had never seen before) to obtain a replacement and volunteered to show them his ID to prove he was the actual guest in the room they said it wasn't necessary. The two stars have been awarded to their friendly cleaning staff who greeted us in hallways and routinely inquired if we needed anything in our room. This hotel would be nothing without their tenacious cleaning staff. It should also be noted that the hotel was under extensive renovations while we were there.

Beautiful room. Great service. Room service food was fantastic. Highly recommend! This fat American tourist would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. No mini fridge. Renovations are ongoing and took away from the experience. Clean room, good Wi-Fi, strong shower. They wanted to change for 2 bottles of warm water left in the room.

Everything was great except that we stayed while they were making renovations. Rooms had all expected amenities. Best part, the shower was fancy. You could select the temperature in Celsius before turning it on. There was a pool and fitness center. It was nearby many restaurants and shopping centers. Construction made no noise, but would be 5 stars without it. No free breakfast.

Very clean room. I would have however enjoyed a mini bar instead of a fridge with only 2 bottles of water. Although they are getting bigger, cleanliness and services do not suffer at all. The SENS restaurant is really excellent. Any staff we meet is really courteous. I recommend without hesitation.

The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the steak from restaurant too and very friendly staff.

Rooms were spotless and big! The staff was very nice and helpful even for us non-french speakers… They even helped us grab our taxi so we could explore downtown Montreal… I'd recommend to anyone :)

Very nice room. They were having some trouble with hot water, but I think that was because of the construction nearby and not the hotels fault. Very nice pool area.

Dinner was very nice, customer service on point and a very beautiful place and decoration. Perfect for first date or special dinner with a loved one. Would recommend.

Nice hotel, comfortable. The room is pretty good. Lack of computer convenience such as USB plugs. Mini Congress, I used the nice big bathrooms. The food was beyond my expectations. Staff at the bar and at the front desk are very friendly.
