We've just returned from our 3rd stay here and will definitely be returning. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent food and very attentive staff. Like everywhere else right now, they are short staffed, and those who show up go above and beyond so guests aren't impacted. Special thanks to Stéphane who is always so welcoming, and to Mr. Roy in the restaurant for his impeccable service, charm, and impromptu piano interlude to accompany our meal.

Excellent stay! The massages are wow! What about the suites… very very well! We went there with the plan to Tuango and it is worth it. A very good breakfast better than previously thought. We will stay there again, it is on! Stay 7janvier the 8th of January, 2020!

To AVOID!
I've never been treated so badly in a hotel! Very bad experience!
1 — Despite going to pay extra to have the Prestige room, the bathroom was tiny, the sink was cracked and we had no toilet paper.
2 — Dinner was BRUTAL. We've been forgotten. My husband had to get up after 45 minutes to ask a waitress to have water (no one had come to see us since we arrived! ). Our dishes were not to our liking, but no waiter was in the dining room to be notified. For dessert, the waitress gave us the wrong dish and came to pick it up after 3 minutes to give it back to a customer from another table. ALLO SALUBRITE? This does not meet MAPAQ standards in any way. In addition, we could hear the waiters in the kitchen complaining about customers in the room. We went to the receptionist to complain about this bad experience, she took note of it and told us that her manager would be on site the next day to take care of the situation. The next day, we ask to speak to the manager: Melanie. She makes no apologies, tells us that she advised her employees not to do it again and that we tipped again so we had to be satisfied. After several minutes, she decides to give us a $50 discount on a total value of $260. We asked to speak to his supervisor because this condescending attitude is unacceptable. Well, I hear there's no one who can help us! So beware: Brome Lake is a beautiful place, but if you go, don't stop at this hotel!

Very nice hotel and very well maintained. Very nice staff in the food was amazing. I wish I had been able to spend more time enjoying the spas outside. The view is breathtaking. the bedrooms of interesting layout that are quite different from traditional hotels; you like it or not.

We got off to a bad start. I have recently gone vegan… which is not easy. I am not doing it to be difficult, I am doing it because I am an animal lover and I care about our planet. Two weeks ago, I stayed at this hotel with my three best friends. Before booking, I asked if their Découverte gastronomique package (which includes three course dinner and brunch for two days) could accommodate vegans. They said yes, no problem for vegan menu. I asked twice once while booking and then again days before our trip. On the first night I was served a nice tofu noodle dinner which was actually quite good. The only thing they could make for a starter was a salad but it was a sophisticated one. The dessert was a cup of fruit… which isn't dessert. That's all I am going to say. Then, Saturday brunch was disaster. They didn't even have non-dairy milk for my coffee. All I could eat was the basket of toast they plopped on the table. I was pretty pissed and I let the manager know. The reason why I am giving them 4 stars is because the chef really pulled up his socks after this. Saturday night dinner was probably the best vegan meal I have ever had. For started, the chef made a vegetable tartare finely chopped stacked together with a refreshing and relishing green sauce. He prepared a mushroom risotto which was beyond amazing.

Well maintained, “lake-view room” is totally misleading. You will not see the lake from the ground level! Rooms are maintained well but it feels cheap somehow. They do have a little place by the lake where you can swim and relax. The hotel is not lakeside, it is on the wrong side of the street.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel suites lac brome le 15 juin dernier, car nous avons reçu un forfait détente en cadeau. Premièrement, Stéphane à la réception nous a offert un service exceptionnel, très souriant et à l'écoute des besoins de ses clients. Nous avions une chambre prestige avec un lit king confortable, une galerie, une magnifique vue sur le lac, bien décorée et fonctionnelle. Deuxièmement, le souper au restaurant de l'hotel, la brise du lac. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, c'était bon quoi qu'un peu cher, mais le service que nous avons eu était médiocre; 2h30 pour un souper 3 services, notre serveuse ne venait jamais nous voir tandis que les autres tables qui prenaient du vin avait un service plus rapide et agréable. Par contre, notre déjeuner érait très bon, peu cher et avons reçu un excellent service. Ensuite nous avions un massage d'une heure, j'ai eu droit à une masseuse d'expérience qui m'a fait un excellent thérapeutique, mais ma conjointe a eu une masseuse qui lui faisait mal et n'écoutait pas ses besoins. Pour finir, nous avons aussi profité des activités gratuites de l'hôtel, magnifique ballade en kayak sur le lac brome ou dans la réserve faunique derrière, piscine et l'expérience thermale. Cette dernière est en fait 2 spas, un sauna sec, un hammam (brisé), 2 douches froides, 1 foyer et une zone de détente. Rien de grandiose mais très agréable tout de même. En bref, une bonne expérience si on exclut le souper.

Helpful and courteous staff. On the other hand, they do not say the good info on the phone, reserving we were told that we had a credit on the restaurant, finally it was close?! The following morning continental breakfast at the cost of $20 per person! That's what we call stealing in my opinion. Bye! On the phone we are also told that there is a spa pool and aesthetic care center. Finally just the Spa is open… and besides on the roof there is an infernal noise of ventilation which according to me will break or explode in not long, not very relaxing. The only strong point we've found is the kayak! The scenery is beautiful and there is tranquility!

Very nice family, large room with fireplace and beautiful decoration. The only problem is the lunch at the restaurant at $20 per person but does not offer much choice for the price… The only eggs were all cheesy, in the cold side for cheaper a little, little choice too. We were reimbursed because my wife only had potatoes on her plate…

As for the hotel, the room was very clean, large with a nice fireplace and well located with a view of a pond where you could see a small pond.
The only downside was our experience at the restaurant for lunch. For the price we did not have much choice as it is on the hot side as on the cold side but otherwise the staff is very nice and understanding.

We came on January 20. Very good restaurant, original chef table of succulent host in any point. Renovated room and hard view of the Lake. I recommend it to all. Friendly and friendly the spa facilities are small but well. The check out has 11hrs… seems to me noon c better now…

Welcoming. Good table and comfortable room. Cold corridors but blankets available everywhere. Around the foyer, in the dining room. It's a nice attention in cold weather.

We have eaten here and enjoyed our meal. Service was professional and dining room very pleasant. Relatives who have stayed here have been very happy with their choice and the Spa is an added benefit.

Different sizes of rooms obviously, with different equipments depending on the one you have (fireplace for example). Mine although modest in size and not early youth, was very warm and impeccable on cleanliness… I imagine myself coming back with my wife one day.
Little detail that my wife would have appreciated, the shower is with a hose instead of just a pommel attached to the wall!

We decided to try the restaurant as they advertise a French chef. During the reservation we had asked for a table with a view of the lake. Apparently this does not mean a window table; although one was available we were shown to a table in the middle of the room. The high point of the meal came at the beginning when we were served complimentary truffles. We made our choices and began to wait… and waited. Finally the entree arrrived. I had chosen one with scallops and was very disappointed. They were small and tasteless, totally unlike any scallops I had ever had. No taste at all. I actually felt they must have come out of a frozen bag! My companion had some fois gras and it was cold, as if it had just come out of the fridge. Fois gras should be served at room temperature. The main course arrived. I had chosen the bavette du bœuf. I could have used a steak knife it was so hard to cut. The carrots were almost raw and the knife would have helped there as well. Here I figured a wonderful meal would be coming! My companion had duck and that was good; however, in a fine restaurant one thinks all choices offered would be exceptional. Our dessert was a tale of two reviews. One was burnt and one was frozen. The proliferation of sauces with the plates was overwhelming, and in this instance there were too many to really enjoy the food. In conclusion, for a very expensive dinner we were more disappointed than pleased.

It was an amazing place to stay. The room was quite lovely. Speaking no French I was happy to be able to communicate with the bilingual individuals that work there. The view is awesome. Nice style to the place, well done.

The service folks should be a little more pleasant and make a greater effort to better accommodate customers. I'm coming winter this is probably not as fun as in the summer. The sauna and steam room are good but the spa and the rest area are very small we took the wine tasting to taste only one wine to finish the bottle wins in the cool of the wine cellar. The sommelier and the waitress, so replacing it has done a very good job contained of these skills, however for the price that it cost was expected to be an expert and a tasting significantly more elaborate. The food is good but for a good eater the portions are small and it is expensive.

Beautiful hotel. Relaxing spot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is good, but expensive.

Spa, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Supper 6 services at the restaurant of the hotel was very good, but my wife took the entry of salmon and she has been sick in the night.

Dinner at the restaurant was super good and the staff very nice. The room is comfortable.
However the place for the spa, sauna and hamman was too small. A single 4-seat spa and only 4 chairs to lie down and rest. By 4pm we were way too couple to be there for it to be peaceful. It's still nice, though.
In addition, our room was located on the first floor and our balcony overlooked the parking lot. We had a row of cars 2 feet from our balcony. Far from being the view of the lake promised. We had to close the curtains to get privacy and that the people in the parking lot didn't look in our room.

It is a beautiful place in the heart of the Eastern Townships. Romantic, luxurious and warm. It's currently the feast of my girlfriend. Everything is perfect! Thanks to the owners to make an exceptional place.

The people are very nice. Comfortable bed. Wi — Fi stable and fast without password. Very satisfied.

I booked a suite with a sofa bed for my son and a king bed for me and my spouse. $ 300 with taxes for a night. We will never pay that kind of luxury, but we wanted to indulge a little.
Entering the suite decorated to the taste of the 1980s, with his furniture in melamine, his old worn carpet and his fake paintings in pastel tones as my grandmother had 30 years ago.
First surprise: the sofa bed was broken. The head collapses to the ground or remains very elevated. Rather than bring us another extra bed or offer us another room, they send us a lady who up 2 pillows under the head of the mattress, so it sags, but less. She leaves the room and tested the mattress. I am sure that this mattress is at least 30 years old. You can feel every spring. An air mattress is far more comfortable than this mattress.
Second surprise: by pulling gently on the chain of a lamp to turn it on, all the top picks up and jump me.
Third disappointment: the air conditioning indicates 22 degrees, but the temperature is at least 28 degrees. It's hot in the room. Attempts to reduce the temperature, without success. Can't go lower.
Fourth disappointment: 2 big skylights are on the ceiling, without store or ability to block the light. Result: everyone woke up at 5:30 in the morning, the light of the Sun in your face.
Another disappointment: in attempting to close the shower curtain, my spouse stayed with the pole in hands.

Beautiful place to stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the inn and grounds are beautiful.
