Great experience at the balmier restaurant. Excellent meal with regional flavours! The balance of flavors was just perfect! Excellent service.

Extraordinary table with Nordic flavours, use of 100% local products in a style of two avant-garde and innovative chefs.

Worst place. No service. Restoring lunch. Ah ah. We don't even have lunch. We waited 1:30. And we didn't get anything. He only had 2s ds the restaurant. No one at the front desk. Hey boy. A zombie. Go to the boréalis hotel for less and more beautiful. I mentioned at the front desk all the negatives. And the only answer: looking down. I take note of that. Yes, I do. I just spent 400:00. In two days. And that's the answer. Go somewhere else.

Very disappointed. We took the trouble to call before booking to find out if everything was accessible despite the COViD. We were told yes. Finally, spa closed. Restaurant closed for renovations. Only possible (and bad) lunch. Extremely humid room. Cheese chips among clean towels. And above all, a staff that is not courteous and does not offer a quality service. I approached all this with the welcome but not receptive. Very poor value for money.

For$ 350 + for two nights at 4… floors properly finished, paint peeling off, door to swimming pool non-functional, toilet bite to eat at the RC, and our sink in room blocked… I have been in hotels in Mtl a lot cleaner and better looked after for the same price. A chance that the staff is nice.

Very good service at the front desk however very disappointed that the restaurant was closed and for the pool/spa there were no towels available. We can understand that we are out of season but we would have liked to have been notified for the restaurant. We still had a nice weekend.

Concierge was wonderful and very helpful. Just finished dinner, very satisfying for both of us. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Very disappointed by the service offered at the end of the week at the hotel. A group of 13 room of a hockey team with young people from 8 years … a problem of chlorine to the pool to distress, young people and adults yesterday evening … so everything was closed, and today also … this morning at the restaurant, more than 1 hour 30 minutes before to be served at breakfast, due to lack of staff … some customers have even cancelled their lunch. Several appeal to the director have been made, eventually to offer a$ 10 per room compensation… don't forget that the service today is very important. Next time we will encourage a different hotel.

Unprofessional and very rude receptionist. She's very bad in communicating and does not make you feel welcome at all. I would highly recommend the hotel to work on this because it's not pleasant, nor good for the reputation towards their customers.

We chose the hotel Garden for the reception of our wedding. The cover of ladies Lili Fournier and Karine was impeccable during the preparation and during the evening as a whole. The food was excellent; our guests came up to us talking about it several times. Thank you to the chef Sébastien for his professionalism and his food decadent. A big wow for us! Thank you! ’

Rooms were very confortable, but the shower was small and the shower curtain always ended up sticking to me no matter how hard I tried to stick it to the shower side. There was only 2 accessible power outlets and the outlets themselves were very loose and sometimes chargers would pop out. Service was pretty good, except it was hard to understand the receptionist over the phone, for some reason.

Good hotel. The rooms are a bit noisy with air conditioning that should be renovated. The food is not exceptional but the micro brewery beer excellent. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

The hotel was great. The bed really confortable. The restaurant was ok. The staff was nice.

Breakfast was delicious jacuzzi was amazing swimming pool water was a little bit cold but acceptable.

From the outside we do not expect a hotel of this quality. Excellent Service and comfort.

The room was very nice and bed super-comfortable but I was warm all night. No way to regulate the temperature. The service of the dinner was really good, the waitresses had to listen to, and the food great, but this morning, the waitresses were beasts, didn't we. (Misery has to have coffee, toast, to pick up our assisettes) but the food once again excellent! Especially the omelettes cuitent! Would have to miss breakfast pastries such as croissants, muffins and pain au chocolate. The pool water also very cold … And no service to the room was what you remarked. If we wanted something it falait down at the reception so a bit of a shame.

Excellent Service, KIM at the reception really nice and courteous. Perfect Room SPA Super and only misses a few degrees to the pool water!

I really like the rooms its own several services offered and very good food the staff is fine.

I was brunch and nature was generally good, but nothing exellent.

Nice hotel spend a nice evening of entertainment a bit expensive but have micro beers.

I like to go there to eat on Fridays or Saturdays for their buffet at will.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They go out of their way to help; customer dryer was broken so staff used kitchen dryer to dry our clothes.

Even though we went there for drinks on a Tuesday night, the bar was closed and the only drinks available were at the front desk and choices were very limited.

I loved my tour and the food was delicious. The only negative point. The small hotel bar was closed… it is nice to not have to leave the hotel to have fun.

The rooms were very nice and the hotel itself had everything we needed, a little different than we expected from the photos and the website, definitely a place that is geared towards and perfect for families especially since the zoo is nextdoor. The restaurant however we had really awful service. The food itself was excellent, but it became clear to us during the evening that because we were struggling with French (but obviously doing what we can, as tourists visiting from Germany) the servers actively avoided us. Running past the table without checking in to refill water or wine, we had to stop them as they ran past to even ask for table bread after waiting for nearly 30 minutes for appetizers, one of which was forgotten entirely. When our main courses did arrive after another 30 minutes, despite the people seated at the same time to our left then finishing their desserts, our sauces had skins and the French fries were wilted, it was clear they had been waiting to be picked up for some time. The waitresses seemed very talkative and pleasant spending lots of time checking in with the other guests and especially the ones with children, however we were very obviously second class guests due to our language barrier. Very awkward, and unfortunate.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the Wi-Fi works very well and is free. It is very close to the Zoo Sauvage of Saint-Félicien.

Luxury hotel was great.

Very comfortable, perfect for the family. If you like to eat Italian, a few steps from the Hotel, the TIFOSI. I am a native Italian and I have travelled extensively in Quebec, this unpretentious restaurant is one of the most authentic, if not the best at gourmet level. If it's eat Italian you want I you recommend.
