The air conditioning didn't work and the beds a little too soft. Hotel a little viello! Small simple breakfast.

Despite the accident we suffered less than 300m from the hostel on arrival, quiet corner, good for the family, decent service, welcoming, but we force a little too much hand for tipping;. We had breakfast at the hostel restaurant and the bill was already drawn up with the tip, I didn't like it. I know I have to do it. Same the housekeeper who tells me that this (tip) is given every time she does the cleaning in the room.

Expensive prices for the quality of the rooms. You'd need to get back to the taste of the day. Shower bath more or less functional. Very dusty room, carpet in the rooms.

Clean room, well air-conditioned and good natural ventilation despite a heatwave weather. Courtesy and warm welcome, excellent service at the restaurant.

The staff was not friendly and the shower was hot! (Dangerous for children). We have reported, but the staff is not occupied as of the seminar!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. However, the staff probably lacked spontaneity and the breakfasts were expensive and limited in choice.

Nice view, decent room but I would have preferred a breakfast included or more affordable at the price level than about fifteen towels which I do not know what to do. That electricity is complicated to operate the sockets and the lampshades days.
By the way, quite rare in Quebec to be reported, the staff at the reception were not very friendly when we arrived, nor the next day for breakfast info. The waitress she was cool. It had to be the owners and as it was a couple there had to be water in the gas…

For the price, the Parasol is really an excellent motel. With a superb view over the Saguenay River, the rooms are comfortable and even the products supplied are of good quality (soap and shampoo). The walls are a little thin, but you can't really hear the noise from outside. And the Wi-Fi is fast. The service is very good and the hotel is friendly. I highly recommend this hostel.

The hotel is like a giant motel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy but the noise insulation is a bit on the weak side. Furniture and deco is a bit outdated. However, the breakfast is excellent, especially the pancakes and fresh orange juice.

Room was good but smelly. Bars and restaurants are a little far from the hotel. Bath tub was blocked. WI Fi reception in the room was not strong.

Great view of the majestic Saguenay. The room was very clean. Staff polite but not super friendly at the desk. A quiet place with a beautiful view.

Very nice location, small room, staff at the beast and no way at the restaurant, the maid is walking with her trolley has 8.00 in the morning. We went out on Saturday night and when we got back to 10. Our Motel parking was occupied by guests of the restaurant and we were several people who were arriving. We had to move our car on Sunday morning to put it in front of our door. In general very disappointed, we will never return.

To expensive and you dont get very much in quality.

The rooms are very neat and clean. Pretty good location. Great view of the river here. Having no issues yet and I've been here a week so far.
