First time we stopped at this hotel and not disappointed at all.

Came here for a quick work trip, the room was extremely clean, Brandon gave me excellent customer service. I forgot to bring some products, and he came through fast for what I needed in seconds.

Perfect for long stays!
The suite had everything I needed — a full kitchen, very clean, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable.

All the staff is there to help you with your check in process. Youssef, king and Lisa all gave top tier service.

The lobby bar was our go-to at night during our 4-day business tradeshow and meetings. Bartender Nicolas stile the show with his friendliness and professionalism behind the bar.

Ms Emery at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Her warmth and kindness made our stay so much more enjoyable.

We stayed here as we had a concert at place bell and it was close enough!
Rooms were decently clean and the complimentary breakfast was a plus.

I have no idea why this inn has any negative reviews! to each their own, I guess… I’ve traveled a lot in my life and stayed in more hotels than I can count, and this place is a hidden gem.

We were on our way to Montreal and arrived in Laval pretty late. We needed a place to stay on short notice, and the Best Western was the perfect choice.

Maybe it's because there is a team staying together on that day, and it's a little noisy. But in general, the hotel is not bad. The breakfast is also very good, and the staff service is also good.

I stayed here due to the value of the motel, and it exceeded my expectations!

The staff were all amazing, kind, thoughtful, helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff were glad to answer questions and help with requests and accommodating special needs.

The hotel rooms have been recently upgraded, and there is plenty of parking available. The only issue I encountered was that the internet was down during check-in, so we had to wait.

We loved our stay a lot. It’s not the Fairmont buts it’s very unique with mirrors all over the room. The staff was cool and friendly. It’s not your average scene and we found that refreshing.

Best owner on the planet. He welcomed us with open arms and he was very generous.

My partner and I stayed here. We did a last minute trip to Montreal. It was clean, safe, comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and kind. No issue what so ever. I will definitely be coming back!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. It looks bad from the outside but the rooms are freshly renovated.

There were 5 of us in 2 rooms. Both rooms were beautiful. Recently renovated. Extremely clean and very nice. The people running it were also very nice and polite, speaking English to us as well.
