We do not have the possibility to talk to someone to make a simple overnight reservation at the hotel.
Wait more than 3 hours and still no one answers us!

It's an ice hotel! You can chill here awhile.

Very beautiful and magical for children!

Amazing service, room very nice, a lot fun stuffs to do, pretty good food places. This hotel was my favorite til now and it will be my favorite hotel. I would love to bring my friends later.

Our 1st night was ok. We had a room with a king size and Murphy bed. Lots of room to lay our stuff out. Our 2nd night, we splurged and got the family suit with hot tub. It was perfect.

Amazing service all day long! The beds are some of THE most comfortable in all of the hotels I've been to. The decorations are modern and very pleasing to the eye. It's a great hotel really!

Really nice and well designed hotel. Right next to both water parks. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend. We enjoyed ourselves, and will be back.

Superb hotel and very nice large room but poor service! Waiting for the room and full price for 3 hours of swimming because the room is only available to 16 and the cleaning is done from 16h to 17h…

Stayed in the family suite to go to waterpark. It was truly top notch and the access to the waterpark made it even better.

The Room was very clean and we received a excellent service. Nothing more to say that it is a most for a family and enjoy a perfect time!

Good staff, everything was really good. The unique issue was the fact they haven't a manual in room with information about local and intercom phone numbers, any information about breakfast and about how order food in the room.

Nice hotel but the food is poor and pricey. Safari restaurant serves a 20$ brunch with mushy waffles and not fresh pastries. Same with Country sport restaurant.

After several minutes of argument, telling me that we refuse any compromise that would allow me to see my family enjoy it, I have to pay even if I do not profit… Yet I was well informed about it before the trip, no problem I was told there is A place to watch them… at best I have to pay 109, $22 per person per day to enjoy the Bora park for the duration of my one night stay. I come here only for the water slides. Room $270 Water Park 436, $88 Total. For one night! 2 Adults 2 Children of 9ans 707, $10. I did not include meals on the site…
So instead, 4 passes for evening slips Wednesday I do nothing and stays at the bottom of the track and restaurant, even if I paid, I have a condition and a disability so we forget the slips and I have to pay the total anyway. The mother accompanies the girls, it snows too much the slips no longer slips, mom is taken at the bottom of the runway with the tornado she is asked to bring her back to the attendant alone with two nine-year-old girls who pay by passing the adult rate. Until then it's alright I left the arogance and the conflicts I had at home because I am with children and I want to avoid seizures.
Thursday morning 1h40 Year there is a small party on the floor fasts scream and run… I arrive from the reception they will see… and then the noise of the street, operation of snowing obliges it is now 3:45 am, end of the operation.

We had a fabulous experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a fun time. We did not use the indoor water park but had a look and wished we had brought our swim gear. Oh well. I guess we will have to come back and bring friends!

The rooms are just beautiful. On the other hand the people behind the counters are really very very ordinary. This seems an effort to inform us: (

Lack a Room service for meals (especially lunches that are absent). In addition, the doors of the rooms can not be kept open, the time to retract the luggage and strollers. Otherwise the rest is impeccable, the Bora Park is exceptional.

Had an amazing time with my wife for a week of fun and relaxation. The staff here are nothing short of amazing, especially Catherine at the front desk. She was totally on top of her game and set the tone the very first night with her very cheerful & informative welcome. She always greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions throughout the week. We'll be back again, hopefully soon!

Suberbe hotel, facilities young and in very good condition. Restaurants, spa, tobogganing, skating, arcade and convenience store directly accessible from the hotel website. Very busy during the day (residents of the hotel + visitors = a lot of people! ). Possibility to put everything on the account of the room (spa, activities, restaurants) and pay it to the output, it avoids lugging the purse around.

We had an amazing experience at Hôtel de Glace! We took our 10 month old baby along and slept a good 7 hours in our ice room. Would have slept longer without him. It was fantastic. We had fun with the games and ice carving too. Appreciated the very nice and clean showers and bathrooms in the Valcartier right beside. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Not one negative thing to say!

This place literally sucked. I visited the ice hostel for 21$ + Tx. And the ice hostel was extremely incomplete. They said the ice hostel opened sooner this year due to the great weather. However, it's a total scam. The rooms aren't finish and you'll only be able to visit the lobby and the chapel. The self-guided visit will be extremely expensive, disappointing, and misguiding in terms of what they sell as being an ''Experience''. The staff is unfriendly and couldn't answer my questions even though I stayed respectful and they are not answering emails through customer service. I highly suggest to avoid the Village Vacance Valcartier and the ice hostel. They seems to care more about the money than about the clients who are paying the full price. Overall, extremely disappointed by this company.

Hotel is new and clean, looks great. Inside tje hotel was somewhat cold. Water park is fantastic, hotel de glace is very impressive and the tube slides are very plentiful, it's a huge sliding area. The hotel is very nice modern and has a Large arcade that the kids enjoyed. No street fighter or any fighting games, mostly racers and shooting games. The only somewhat downside is the restaurants, the safari restaurant wasn't very good but was pretty expensive and a lot of our stuff was cold. Breakfast for 4 was 80$ and no bacon! The other food areas are mostly topical junk food so eating healthy is a challenge.

We complete our second stay in the hotel and it confirms that this is our new family foot in the Quebec City area.
The suites are perfect for our family of 5 with young children (1, 4 and 6 years old). The variety of activities nearby allows us to move everyone and not feel encabané.
A few things for quiet supper, we make children eat at the Safari restaurant earlier and when they are lying we order in the room; It allows us to have our wine.
For the outdoor park, if you are here more than two days, take the seasonal pass, it's worth it.
For the Bora Park, indoor water games, with children in the mornings are normally quieter and therefore less expectations for the little ones.
Suggestion for suites, add a tablet in the family room which is 5 feet or more from the ground so that an adult can place a coffee or other without having to wear very small people.

Very bad reception. The reception is to be revisited from a @ Z for the price we pay one expects to have an outstanding service worthy of a 4 stars and more but I am very disappointed and I stay with a bitter taste. I will never come back to the Valcartier hotel I will do 15 mins drive and go to Qc to have a service up to my expectations… I am hard with my comments but the disappointment of the bad reception and service on arrival my so disappointed…

Very courteous staff, several things to do directly at the hotel. Lots of fun at the Bora Park, especially during the week when the school is started. You could count about 40 people on a capacity of 1000. So we were able to do everything and redo… Negative side: The price of everything that is exorbitant… The bill goes up fast.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are well designed especially for winter activities with places to put your snow gear. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. A nice touch with the floor heater bathroooms. Te service for Check in and any assistance was incredibly slow though.

Great Family fun!

Very nice hotel, less than a year old so everything is brand new. Only complaint is that prices at restaurants and stores are high, and… the flies! Flies in the lobby, flies in the restaurants, flies everywhere. The only place I didn't see flies was our guestroom. The kids loved the indoor water park though.

Spent a couple of nights here with the family. We loved the spacious and modern look of the hotel. Indoor water park was great with all the same fun of an outdoor water park but without the sun burn. Great time was had, we loved it.
