Not a complaint but something to watch for, there are ramps and even stairs along the hallways which was unexpected till you recall the hotel is built on a street that goes downhill.
My first actual negative remark is that the photos on the hotel website are vastly different from what you get. The photos online show bright spacious room with a wall of windows in the alcove queen room. Our alcove queen room had just one window, maybe 3 x 4 foot which was above the coffee maker. Also our room had a sloped wall making it feel like we were in an attic yet were on the 3rd floor of an 8 floor building so I don't it… maybe it was an older section? The room was very small… the main room has a bed on the left side, along the outer wall is a single piece of furniture that acts as the TV stand, writing desk and counter all in one with a chair you can pull out. There's maybe 3 feet of space to the right of the bed before you're at the bathroom door… and that's it. No couch, no tables, dresser or drawers to store clothes and no place to store away luggage. Again, I get it's an older smaller place but yikes. Despite the size the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, modern and had an amazing shower. I just expected a slightly nicer room at these prices.
My only other complaint is being handed an $80 bill for breakfast after spending almost $500 on the room.
