We had an amazing experience renting an apartment from Capreit by Mrs Hajar and Mr Najib. Everything was well-organized, clean, and precise. Their professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. Thank you for this excellent experience.

My apartment has everything I need, and I love the rooftop terrace with its amazing views. The gym downstairs makes staying active easy, and the neighborhood is full of charm and things to explore.

Capriet property manager is horrible. Our apartment door has been broken for 6 months and they haven’t done anything to fix it. Every single email we’ve sent them is ignored. The pool and hottub was open for about a month this year. Renter beware once you’re in Capriet doesn’t care about you at all.
Follow up, they responded to this noting I haven’t opened a ticket, yet ticket number 900712 was opened March 19th 2024. The fact that they responded saying no ticket was opened shows just how terrible a management company they are.
