BOOKING CANCELLED THE NIGHT BEFORE CHECK-IN!
Be careful booking here.
The host cancelled my confirmed reservation the night before check-in because they overbooked, then handled the situation with an incredibly rude attitude.
I was left scrambling to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute and ended up paying significantly more out of pocket. There was no real attempt to help, only dismissive responses and poor communication.
A confirmed booking clearly means very little to this property. Completely unreliable and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had while travelling.
Location is clean and quiet. Closed to all amenities. Closed. To metro. Im coming in several time.

The host was very irresponsible for cancelling our booking right before our departure. We were totally shocked and worried when we found out. It was such a short notice (less than 24hours) that we had to look for another hotel on the way to Montreal.
They didn’t even care to apologise or explain why it was overbooked. The only response we got from the host was a disrespectful “No”.
This was infuriating and disappointing because we had to pay three times more (over $500) for a new place to stay.
