Location is clean and quiet. Closed to all amenities. Closed. To metro. Im coming in several time.
He let me check in early and check out late so I didn’t have to wait at the airport all day. Very good host. Would use again if I ever come back to Montreal.

The host cancelled my confirmed reservation the night before check-in because they overbooked, then handled the situation with an incredibly rude attitude.
I was left scrambling to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute and ended up paying significantly more out of pocket. There was no real attempt to help, only dismissive responses and poor communication.
A confirmed booking clearly means very little to this property. Completely unreliable and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had while travelling.
