I stayed here during a conference because I needed a kitchen. I decided to leave a review because they just ignored my request and don’t care about you.
They promised to fix and never did.
2 stars for the price and location but that’s it. Lack of proper maintenance both front and back sides of service.
Hair and dust on sheets, incorrect order of bedding. I even explained them how top sheets need to be layered under those unclean looking blankets. I had to arrange them in the middle of the night after a long day. I doubt the cleanliness in general.
Main entryway carpet blocks the door. Window in the bedroom doesn’t close fully allowing noise and wind coming in.
They also ask you to pay deposit (when I already paid the whole stay) but couldn’t figure out how to send a correct site link.
Not expecting a Ritz service but keep basic clean and maintenance at least.

The room was good for the price. It included various amenities including cookware, stove/oven, etc. The beds were comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay. The A/C was very strong. The room even includes a patio. Unfortunately, the downsides are parking, internet and TV. The internet provided was very unreliable, and went offline often. Had to resort to using mobile data, which is very unfortunate. The TV provided did not work, and there was also no instruction manual on how to use it either. There is also very limited parking available, therefore we had to park at a private lot down the road, which charged $18 a day (at 1031 Rue Anderson Parking). Most of Rue Anderson is reserved for permit-holders (aka residents), and if you do manage to get a space, if you leave, you have to go searching again.
