Wonderful hotel! Best service we have experienced. Every single staff member we engaged with went above and beyond to make us comfortable and exceed our expectations. Tysm for everything. Also super comfy beds and the robot 🤖 just topped it all.

My son just returned. The hotel is nice, but the service was terrible. He was forced to walk in his room on water soaked carpets, and bathroom was leaking. While taking the shower the drainage was not good, and the room was flooded.

High class service, professional nice staff, very modern style, we enjoyed company of the little robot, definitely we’ll back again.

We wanted to get out of the house for the weekend (and for Valentine's day) and Monville had a great package promo including the night in a beautitul deluxe suite (very clean), an amazing diner for 2 at La Chifa restaurant, nice little Lise Watier gifts and a cute breakfast from a coffeshop nearby. The room was on the 18th floor and the view was stunning (downtown Mtl), the bed was super comfy and the shower was huge. We were also able to interact with their robot in the lobby as well as in the room via their chat — no need to call the front desk for info. Thank you Monville we had a great time!

The staff here are wonderful. They go above and beyond. The robot service gave us some much missed joy during these trying covid times. The magnificent view offers a great experience. Perfect hotel! I must mention Kade, Shant, and Genevieve who sincerely did everything to make us feel safe and welcome. Thanks ♥️

I stayed at Monville and enjoyed the technology in customer service. The staff are warm, attentive and really helpful if you encounter a problem. I love the atmosphere of the bar and restaurant that surrounds it, not to mention the ready-to-eat that you can bring with you. The rooms are functional and hi-tech. Everything is designed for comfort and efficiency. I loved the library in my room, as well as the selection of books. It's a great initiative!

Very nice room and adapt very well to the disabled (barrier free shower with large bench, recessed ridau electric and big bathroom) Perfect! Beautiful view and the staff really cool and helpful.

September 2018 ~ Room was very clean, quiet and bed/pillows were very comfortable. Loved the colour scheme and uncluttered look. Electronic room darkening shade was a nice touch. Lighting/light switches great configuration — nice to have all the various lighting options, nice to also have the option of shutting all the lights off with one switch before leaving the room. Housekeeping service was spot on. Love the Terrace on the top floor. Great location within walking distance to downtown and Old Porte access and more. Tea bags, electric kettle, coffee pods and great quality Nespresso coffee maker, sweet touch. Nice to have a room safe and refrigerator and various glasses/mug. Elevators were great, no long waits. Loved coming back to our room after a full day of exploring. I would book Hotel Monville again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is perfect if you’re working a show or attending an event at the Palais de Congres. Less than 1 minute walk. Rooms are clean and modern, but a little stark. Had a suite which wasn’t huge but had two 50” Smart TVs. Robot room service is cool, but the food quality is poor. Prepackaged sandwich was stale. Overall the staff were helpful. I would stay again mostly because of the convenient location.

Hotel is very modern, clean and had a nice view from our room! Awesome location with many things to do around! Staff is polite and nice! We read before other people’s review and they said the room was small. Personally we thought it has good size, with one chair in the corner. The only thing I missed was some drawers.

It’s a nice hotel. New and modern. However rooms are extremely small. Only offer valet parking because there’s a lot of construction everywhere. The drop off for valet is very limited as there is a high volume of traffic due to construction. Room smelt a little like old food. Front desk staff upon check out was friendly but had a lot of side conversations unrelated to work during my check in. Upon check out, I checked myself out on the computer. I forgot something up in the room. The gentleman standing there was not pleased when I told him I had to go back up to the room. He gave me a card to go back up. The card did not work so I had to return back down. This gentleman came up with me the second time around, during our awkward walk together you’d think being in the hospitality industry he’d start a conversation by possibly asking how my stay was. Nothing came out of him. He let me go in the room and left immediately. I came out not long after and asked him to hold the elevator. He did not do so. It was a very odd experience considering it is supposed to be a hospitality industry.

Nice boutique hotel that was accommodating and friendly. Bed was super comfortable and helped with a great night's rest. It's perfectly located and makes it easy to access many attractions within downtown Montreal.

My husband and I stayed the night of our wedding. We had a great experience! The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and modern. Abir, at the front desk, was amazing and extended our check out to get some more snooze time. We will definitely come back!

Loved everything about this hotel! The contemporary / modern style, the friendly staff and the interesting little things like sliding doors and electronically controlled curtains. The bed was the best thing about my stay, I had the most amazing sleep on it! Will definitely come here again.

Small room but fantastic decoration, nice and clean. Good foods and drinks. Very good services, high speed Wi-Fi, Love it. Only thing is on the other side of the street there is a construction site, but l still love this Hotel.

The room are a bit small but very modern. The lack of space is easy to forget when the staff is so nice and the rooms are so clean. Then again it's a new establishment, so it hasn't accumulated all the dirt that older hotels can't easily get rid of. There is also a robot doing room service and I find that super fun and amazing, but I understand that it could irk some people off. All in all it's a great experience and I will certainly be tempted to come again. The location is great: it's right in the downtown and next to the congress center!

Good price for downtown Montreal and close to the Metro. The room was a comfortable for two people. The view sucked from our room (pretty much the wall of the building next door) but what can you do?

Great new hotel. Perfect location that is close to everything. Rooms are on the smaller side, but perfectly appointed. The hotel bar had great cocktails but I have to admit that the cheese plate to snack on was a bit disappointing. Overall though, a great hotel.

Our room was small but perfectly appointed. The shower was delightful, and we enjoyed having Nespresso in the morning. While we were unimpressed with the cheese plate, the bartender made absolutely perfect cocktails. Everyone has been very friendly and we would definitely come here again.

I just returned from Montreal and am very satisfied with my time at Hotel Monville! The hotel was located in a great area and the building itself was beautifully decorated with a modern, contemporary feel. The room service robot was a convenient bonus and very efficient and the food was reasonably priced and so delicious. Also the service was wonderful, the front desk staff were so pleasant. I hope to return again soon! :)

We got waken up by an alarm because someone was smoking in their room, I can accept that idiots would do that and get to wake up out of my vacation hotel at 06:00 in the morning BUT what I can’t accept is the staff absolutely incapable of getting a door open in our level that lets us access our room. The staff wasn’t able to address the public that was concerned and explain them what was going on. The staff took half hour to unlock that door for me and my wife to finally get back in our room, the worst experience I have had in any hotel in my life. The staff should receive propre training on customer service and how to handle an emergency for the sake of this hotel. Good luck.

Hotel Monville is an unpolished experience wrapped up in a stylish container. The good: — The rooms are minimalist, making good use of sliding doors to save space — It was quiet on my floor — The rooftop terrace is a nice place to relax — The complimentary tea is good quality — The room service food is good quality — The service robot is a cool novelty — The staff speak English and are friendly The bad: — At check out, I waited an hour for my valet before someone came to give me my keys. Apparently my car had been on the street for a long time. — The hot water kettle in the room had mold in it — The TV (which is the exclusive means by which you order additional services) had no idea what my name or room number was — The tablet kiosk (for checking in/out) couldn't find my reservation on checkout — I have yet to receive the promised email receipt for my stay.

Our first room was incredibly small so they moved us the next day for additional money, well worth it, staff was fantastic — and we loved the robot who delivers food to your room!

Love the location! The hotel is super new (March 2018) and model design — — we may steal some ideas for our own renovation. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and we are in the heart of downtown so we could walk to many of the attractions! Price reasonable too, so I'd totally recommend it!

Amazing new hotel located in the best part of Montreal. Automated check in as you walk in and great facilities. The hotel bar is great and wonderful staff. The room was well designed and decorated. Automated blinds and you can use the TV to order room service from a cute little robot! Nespresso machine for a great wake up. The view was also great. The breakfast was quite tasty. I would definitely stay there again on my next business trip!

Nice new hotel, almost too new (only a few weeks), so not everything is working (elevators, Wi-Fi, televisions, etc. ), as more floors are being brought online to the hotel each week. Massive construction project across the street (7 days per week) with three tower cranes makes privacy in the rooms difficult. Papaya at the front desk and Robin as one of the managers are a top notch crew trying to make everything right by each client. This brand is new to me, but feels like Aloft, trying really hard to be fresh, new, and funky, but possibly at the price of practicality. Being fresh out of the construction "eggshell" just makes it even tougher to be there without hiccups.

The staff went above and beyond what I expected. The valet service was worth it. They gave goodie bags with chocolates and soaps. Also their downstairs bakery was amazing and had the best croissants. I have been eating croissants my whole life and I never had a better one. The room was spacious and the hotel was so gorgeous I didn’t want to leave.

Brand new. Rooms are very nice, beds are super comfortable staff is super hospitable. It might seem like a little thing but they have Nespresso in the rooms instead of coffee makers or Kuerig, love that! I would stay here every trip to Montréal.

Great stay overall. My only complaints are that the bedsheets were kind of uncomfortable, and the hotel restaurant is only a cafeteria style snack supplier. Everything else was excellent, gorgeous, and technologically modern.
