The staff was very nice, and they did every thing they could to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant and the breakfast were delicious.

We were charmed by this little hotel.

This was my first time visiting this hotel, we came to the restaurant and although it is small the food was delicious and the staff was superb! Great experience.

On our second night staying in the hotel due to the horrible rain we were getting, a small part of the roof began to leak. So we called the front desk, and they happily moved us into the freaking penthouse for our last night! I couldn't be more happier with the customer service the employees at this hotel have. 5/5 Stars!

Best boutique hotel — just a quick in and out for U2 and upon check in almost didn't want to leave — management is awesome — right in heart of old Montreal — will now be the only hotel I stay at when in town.

Great location, within walking distance to everything in old Montreal and about 15 minute walk to downtown. Beautiful old stonework and very good breakfast that was included in our stay. Staff was very helpful. Only reason for 4 stars instead of the is that the floors in the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly and finishes were getting a bit worn and out of date. I think floors appeared a bit dirty in the bathroom because of age. Very good stay overall. I would recommend if you're looking for a hotel with some of the Old Montreal feel.

From the moment been walked through the doors every aspect of this boutique hotel was beyond fabulous especially the unexpected penthouse upgrade — will be back and only ever stay at Epik — location is perfect and wonderful staff — food drinks — don't want to leave!

My husband surprised me by bringing me here for an in-town birthday escape, and I was delighted! The fireplace, the stone walls, the bare-beam ceilings, the pleasant reception, the breakfast, the location where all perfect. I highly recommend!

This is a fabulous hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room was charming, spacious and cozy. The bed was so comfortable. The food was great and the location is perfect! I would stay again!

Centrally located in old Montreal this 200+ year old building is loaded with charm. Staff is very helpful. The continental breakfast in the morning is unbelievable. Great place for a romantic getaway.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of the old city. The service is unparalleled! Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were seeing the best of Montreal and doing it in the most fabulous way. There is nothing more fun than to “come home” from a day of exploring the city and to have the staff greet you enthusiastically, ask about your day, and offer you a top notch Negroni.

Nice hotel, with wonderful, helpful staff. A bit loud, even a room away from the street, because of its proximity to a busy parking lot. The rooms are modest in size, but the stone walls add to their charm. Breakfast (included) was quite good and varied each morning.

Spent a night here with my wife for X-Mas / Anniversary and had a fantastic stay. Room was great, staff was great, location is great and breakfast in the morning was great. We will be returning!

Just spent 2 nights in this tiny lovely hotel. Charming warm rooms, exposed old beam ceilings and comfortable beds with great pillows (oh thank you for that! ). The front staff are warm and inviting with great information on things to do and places to eat and drink. You are steps aways for a multitude of bistros, cafes, shops and great restaurants. Really, quite the perfect location. I will return soon…

Fun lunch concept of Balls & Sides! Four kinds of "balls": fish/shrimp, chicken, veggies, and veal/beef/pork (in a Napolitano red sauce: wow! ). Don't ignore the "sides, " which are no mere after-thoughts. Gnocchi in butter/sage sauce would be a satisfying meal in itself.

Excellent food, drinks and service. Portions were a bit too small. We were both still hungry after dinner. Dessert was also fantastic. La Pera drink was our favourite. Would go back again.

Is actually also a great little restaurant for lunch, hidden away yet close to the tourist places. Tasty, friendly and good pricing.

Such a great hotel. Stylish, well appointed rooms, perhaps a little small for the price. Super comfortable beds, excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast was really excellent, surprisingly so considering it's just served at the coffee bar. We also tried out the restaurant, and were very impressed. The staff are the number one best thing, knowledgeable and helpful, can not do enough for you. Will make you tea or coffee whenever you want, give you advice, directions, book taxis etc.

Great location in Old Montreal within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious with a fabulous modernized bathroom featuring a huge shower. I would highly recommend the Hotel Epik for those wanting to really experience Old Montreal charm.

Four nights of sheer enjoyment in this wonderful boutique hotel on Old Montreal. So charming, comfortable, wonderful decor, perfect location and great staff. Will stay there again next time in Montreal.

Hotel cosy, discreet and polite staff. The rooms are spacious and features, in the bathroom and the shower with Chromotherapy. Excellent no complaints.
