Nothing extravagant, but good facilities and quiet rooms. Very good Restaurant.

Excellent hotel for conferences. I've never had a chance to stay there at night, but I can't testify at that level. The conference rooms are large and well maintained. Bathrooms are largely inadequate on demand when the conference takes a break and several hundred people rush at the same time.

Check in was 2 hours late and no real apology. Room was OK. Buffet breakfast was not edible (bacon looked like it barley hit a pan and eggs had water all over them). Pool is heavly chlorinated and burned the kids eyes. But nice that there was a life guard. Front desk staff were not overly helpful and it seemed every time we walked passed there was a hotel patron making a complaint. Will not stay here again and would not recommend. Sad as other Quality hotels have never been this troublesome.

Pir hotel a lifetime to commancer card to open my door walks not after his elevator so long that take the steps its less long not able to go to the pool the card of my room does not so I ask the girl of the service tells me what more card in. Ur the pool so we forget its after its a single shower towel for two person the light swich walks very badly fades in the dirty bath does not work and to finish $454 for two night and I scratched all night almost to blood be bug d e bed or abuse detergeant tk all its to say that motel at $55 a night would have been 1000 times better tk I never come back here again.

Great hotel, has all the right ameneities. Staff is courteous and welcoming.

Clean room. Helpful hosts. A good night sleep.

A bit pricey, but the rooms were nice.

The room did fit my ŕéservation, the bed was not comfortable and the pillows uncomfortable and the hunting defective I will not recommend this establishment.

We found the old fashioned room and especially the bathroom which is to redo. The recessed sockets in the headboard were poorly fixed which seems to us to be a risk to our safety. In addition, there was only one chair (armchair). At the price of the room, it should have a lunch included.

Our rooms had missing towels and the front desk wouldn't give us the towels. Didnt hear a single apology for their mistake. If it wasnt for this mishap, its not too bad of a a hotel to stay for a night.

I soot go to the regular mother's conference, fine. Looks very beautiful. I didn't visit everything, but very clean. Comfortable chair. Not very big, but there are pt of bigger rooms I imagine.

The room was nice but the pool area was in need of repair. The staff were great though and handled the rush they were faced with in a professional and timly manner.

Very nice place who underwent a ton of renovations. This place looks very nice and please don't judge by the outside or the previous Gouverneur brand. They have a very complete business center with free Wi-Fi and printers. The front desk employees are very efficient and polite. The only negative thing I encountered was that they had a perfume tradeshow in one of the boardrooms next to the entrance and it smelled like hell. I highly recommend the place.

Rooms and suites are very common, which would need to be refreshed. Comfortable beds. Own. Good service.

It is next to reception that the service is horrible. Ask politely wait long for the service. The staff chial because there is in the world there is no place to pass. We get in in our chairs. It is a party. If you do not like your job change.

I went for a Christmas party. Food was ok but drinks were a little light. From what I could tell it was clean and there is ample parking.

Felix Gabriel Restaurant.
It is located in the hotel but accessible without going to the hotel. It deserves to have a separate mention in Google Maps. It is very beautiful, the menu is of good quality and service and attentive. Here are some pictures of the restaurant. We went for Sunday morning brunch and it was very nice.

No stars, they rip you off, the rooms are filled with bugs, the beds might as well be made of concrete, the staff will think your a terrorist if you go out for a smoke too many times and they are all assholes, also breakfast gives you food poisoning.

Beautiful hotel, as much for the reception rooms as the rooms. The food is exquisite. Very reassuring and secure to know that there is a police station right in front. The service is perfect according to me. The employees are nice and helpful.

Spacious and clean rooms, a bit bare bones, but it's got everything you need. Would have been nice if mini fridge was included. They are undergoing renovations in the lobby but it looks like it is almost done. It looks very modern, should be really nice when complete. There is a restaurant on site with great ambiance, but I don't know how the food is since we ate out. Bilingual staff was very friendly and courteous.

Very good food for the Sunday brunch. Staff courteous and pleasant. I recommend.

The food was just terrible, something taken or of the 80s worst cancer causing fares and the fruits, which should have made the whole thing less depressing, were canned monstrosities full of cheap syrup.

We are currently, no fridge we have a 3 month old baby what are we doing with her milk? And for that clean the underside of the cool shit toilet seat not cleaned.

I just call the hotel. I find it very unfortunate that he n ' have no room adapted for disabled. Is this legal?

I was slightly worried after reading the other reviews online, but I must say, this hotel was amazing. People in Canada must have much higher expectations of hotel chains than in the US… The rooms were great, everything worked, the water pressure was AMAZING, there was a Keurig with three different products per day that made amazing coffee and/or tea, room service was flexible but also prompt (when the guest was ready), the food downstairs was delicious, plenty of beer/wine, wine glasses in the room, flat screen TV, reading lights that bent around in all directions on BOTH sides of the bed… I have no bad things to say about Relais Gouverneur Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (what a name! ). Very nice, warm, welcoming, comfortable place to stay. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! -Will and Kelsey.

I found the service sub par and somewhat unfriendly. Bed linen and towels are not the best of quality.
