Read Before You Book. I called in January of 2018 to book two condo's for July 8th of 2018. The sales person said they book up very quickly. I was told that there is a $50.00 charge for each unit if I did not give enough notice of cancellation. I called back 7 days later to say I could not keep the booking. I was charged $50.00 plus tax for a total of $114.98. What a windfall for Tremblant Sunstar. Regardless what Tremblant Sunstar thinks they have the right to do, this is very wrong.

Went there during Fall, probably the best time of the year as the beauty from Tree Colors is spectacular. Consider reserving a room during the weekdays as prices are cheaper and less crowded. Very peaceful place and well located close to the village of Tremblant. Condo Country type room, nothing fancy but quiet and comfortable to relax and enjoy nature or ski. Great view and you can see often.

1520-12 — Etoile du Matin. This unit is a disappointment and an extremely costly one. It is mismarketed as a 4*. This allegedly houses 8 people, but of our party of 6 family members, 2 had to sleep on the floor our first night. We asked that they replace or do something with the beds and they brought us replacement sheets — — possibly the idea was we make a hammock. They eventually brought us a blow up mattress to sleep on. The other beds were made up by someone who did not care to take the time and offer no skills in that department — — I had to remake the bed, and in doing so found stains of a disgusting nature on the underside of the brown comforter. The pillows were of a dollar store quality. A ridiculous affront to comfort. The naughahyde living room suite was literally in tatters, the surface ripped and worn out and looked/felt dirty. The sofa housing a pull out bed was of such disrepair that it could not be put back, and was bowed 30 degrees at both ends — thus the sleeping on the floor. Given the proximity of the floor, one notices that the carpets need cleaning, probably critical last season. For the week anyone sitting on the couch enjoyed a metal bar prodding into their legs in a most uncomfortable way. It took 2 days to figure out the TV sound cable service was basic, offering no programming of value. At such cost, one would expect much more.

Wonderfully place. Stayed at the Equinox. Are reservation was checking at 1600 we had elderly parents with us. They told us it was going to be 1700 and Sebastien the manager would talk to us, he never did we were only able to check in at 1730 with elderly parents they were very tired. Once in our condo we were stuck outside coming back from the pool the key would not work nobody came to to help they said they would take care of it today. Someone finally came out a visitor that let us in after 30 min outside in the cold wet. Management at Sunset are is awful.

A winter condo, unfortunately no air conditioning is hot on the construction holidays. It's expensive paid to have a ticket in our parking number which is included with accommodation, a nice ticket of $189, fu. Where…
