Major renovations, nowhere announced (not even on the hotel website). Gravel, dust, untalented service, non-existent signage and heavy equipment all around. Apart from one room, don't expect anything else. In short, a Super 8 at the price of a Marriott. Not that I have against the Super 8 of this world, but simply I would feel taken for a gourd if they made them to me at 200$ a night!

Very easy to get to from the autoroute. The hotel is right next to the St Lawrence river so we have a great view of the river. My room is super nice, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom very modern. I arrived in the room and I did my clean sweep with a wet ones cloth and there was no surface dirt on any of the bureaus and none in the drawers. The hotel is being renovated but there are no real inconveniences. The staff are very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and suggest the hotel to my friends.

Very good location, near restaurants, pubs and touristic places. It's going through a renovation right now and it's a really good hotel.

Lots of little annoyances about the construction quality. The shower door in the room I stayed in didn't stay closed. It would slide open all the way unless you wedged something under the wheels. The toilet paper holder is positioned awkwardly behind your elbow, tightly by your side. There's no fan in the bathroom, so it steams up easily. The brand new curtains don't slide very well in their tracks. The closet is tiny. The conference halls are pretty small too. The location is great though!

Hôtel est présentement (mai 2018) en grosses rénovations avec le genre de compliquations que ça peut parfois apporter. Le staff de l'hôtel à été très professionnels et super attentionné. (J'ai déjà été dans un autre hôtel en rénovations et le service en souffrait). Mais pas dans cet hôtel. Ils m'ont aidé avec une carte perdu etc très tard dans le nuit. N'ont pas hésité à nous amener plusieurs serviettes d'extra alors que nous étions plusieurs dans une chambre avec un lit double. Etc Bref, un bel événement qui a été facilité par l'hôtel.

Les chambres etaient tres beau, les renovations letait moins.

Currently in renovation, but it is for the best. Comfortable rooms, renovated bathroom with glass shower, very large T. V. Small fridge, everything is there.

2 visits to this hotel and disappointed in the service: 1st visit = taken in the elevator, awakened at 7am by the renovations, fire alarm and when we call the reception no response.
2nd visit = awakened at 7am by the renovation, no restore for dinner and supper and no reviews During my reservation kind in red. And to fill everything with hammer noises all the time of the diner. And when I phone at the reception Ben it was marked there is nothing to do.
I invite you to go elsewhere at 200% and I am not a difficult person.

Despite a huge construction site for a convention center in place for months, the Delta Hotel in the city centre remains very welcoming. For a private family party, a large deployment such as an annual lounge or obtaining a room, the Delta is one of the friendly hotels in the square.

I went with friends for brunch and it was very good. Courteous and fast service.

It was under construction! For the book Fair. There was a lot of people but it was well organized.

Good hotel. But still don’t understand how they don’t have snacks you can buy at what ever hour.

Fair rooms, pleasant stay overall. Very pricey for what you get. About 1200$cad a week.

The hotel was under renovation but we were aware of it. The room was perfect with a view of the river and 2 huge TVs practically next to each other. The bathroom is nice but the toilet is funny positioned (stuck on the wall). The service at the reception is perfect, at the restaurant too. The only annoyance is that we got woken up early by the maid who only waited 10 seconds before entering the room. Please, when one of your customers takes only one night, do you want to wait until he does the check-out before he wants to do the room!?!?! Please make a list of the rooms to your employees.

The renovated rooms have more than enough rooms and are modern in design. Very clean and carefully prepared. The staff is lovely and helpful. The only complaint is that the insonorisation is below par, which makes for noisy mornings when other guests are loud. Also, if you attend in the next few weeks, be aware of the renovations currently taking place which are fairly noisy too, sometimes early in the morning on weekdays.

The rooms have been renovated recently. The room was clean. The rest of the hotel is in major renovation. The pool is closed. Parking is much smaller because of the work.

Simple and efficient Menu for supper, eat well. Comfortable and well equipped room, well slept and well received for the meeting the next day. Well, lunch and dinner. Renovated hotel to the taste of the day.

I reserved this hotel a few weeks in advance and put my credit card to secure my room. When I got there at 10 pm, they told me that they are sorry but they gave my room to someone else and that the hotel was sold out. When told them the room was suppose to be secured, they told me since I got there late, they sent me an email around 7pm and since I didn't respond to the email, they gave the room away. I told them I drove over three hours to get there and I was not to check my emails while driving. Today, I tried to make another reservation in two weeks and I told the story to the person on phone trying to avoid the same situation, and she told me something very interesting. She said they overbook the hotel and these things might happen anytime without any remorse or apology. So if you don't want to stock without a room, don't book this hotel.

Very bad service from people on the phone when we called to book. Information given with a tone of impatience to finally be told that we can cancel if we are not happy. We had booked for a room and brunch for the next day. We followed Geneviève's good advice and cancelled everything!

I gave them only 3 stars cause it was never mentioned that they were under construction and for the price you should get parking included. Their breakfast are expensive and nothing to rave about. The waitresses are very pleasant. The room is clean modern and I must say the beds are comfy. The girl at reception when I fist got my keys she was rude and unpleasant and I was put off by her. The next morning she was more pleasant. I guess she had a bad day but you really should be pleasant at all times. I just thought the place was ok for the price.

I stayed at the Delta for two nights to attend to a conference. The room was great and recently renovated. Everything was clean and the service was great! The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that the building is undergoing major renovation, which caused most of the underground parking lot to be inaccessible. Also, there was a lot of construction noise during the conference. Many rooms are still being renovated. I understand it is temporary, but it was a negative point for me during my stay.

Great hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. I asked for a late checkout and got it until 4:00PM. The Wi-Fi connection is fast! I would book there again anytime.

Rooms newly renovated and beautiful. Bar closed 9.30 on a Saturday night — disappointing. Otherwise great hotel.

The room was very nice and new. The morning brunch didn't have a big selection but it was very good. However, my room was poorly isolated and I could hear every noise coming from the hallway. Also the hallway carpet was very dirty but this was to be expected since they are currently renovating. To conclude, my stay was very pleasant.

The Delta hotel was ideally place one block from the center of town. The room was spacious clean and very nicely upgraded. I will be staying here again.

The hotel is well located in the city centre, tons of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, the rooms are comfortable and the staff very welcoming. On the other hand, we were there during the Festivoix for work and the hotel was refurbished with hammers from 7 am in the morning. A little silly to be forced to call the front desk every morning to ask them to warn the construction workers to stop.

Meeting for the Volunteers of the Trois-Rivières Festivoix. The room was fine. The pay parking machine was broken and did not accept the cards. No indication except on the machine itself and on the margarita but in the direction of the exit … A bit ordinary.

Hotel quiet, well positioned, friendly staff… Rooms a bit défraichies, restaurant ok, Wi-Fi very poor even if the signal returns strong!

I booked this hotel, thinking being a band under Marriott would guarantee some quality. However, both the room decoration and facility was very old, and it did not have any sign of a above-mid hotel. I can not even adjust the temperature in my room! What the hell! Then I realized Marriott just purchased Delta in 2015 and it would be a long way to improve its quality.

Wifi was spotty, appetizers were okay at best during the event. Staff was helpful and smiley. Expensive for what it was.

Hotel is a bit overpriced and hasn't been updated for a while. They price the rooms as if they were new and is not the case. Try a different Hotel you will get a better value.

Very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly have felt welcome. Near several nice restaurant. The pool water was hot, the gym is really above all expectations. It's a complete gym, several residents of nearby subscribers so nothing to do with the gym that have usually seen in hotels. A $ 10 per car for parking predict, no-breakfast ($ 15 per person). No fridge in the rooms.

I visited this hotel as part of a conference in a large room followed by a workshop in a small group. So, I can say that the professional meeting rooms are very well suited for several type of meeting.
Also, the restaurant of the hotel offered two buffet options: soup meals or "total".
the food was good and the price of dinner was honest. However, I found the price too expensive breakfast, even if it was very good.
I keep a very good experience of my visit to this hotel and I can only warmly recommend.

Nice hotel, quiet and very comfortable beds. A bit expensive if one holds that there is no fridge in the rooms and that lunch is not included. $ 10 by. Night for parking (inside). The room was great except some noise due to construction. Really well positioned into old Trois-Rivieres.

Ok hotel. Standard room with a degree entry bed. However, the room needed some TLC as the wood counter where the coffee maker was is coming apart. Room service was prompt and the food (club sandwich) tasted good until I noticed that the corner of the toast was a bluish grey color because of rot! Breakfast buffet was fine with made to order eggs. Would I stay again… Maybe but I wouldn't order room service again.

Location is great. Right by the water. I stay at Delta's frequently and it's just like any other, except for the fact that it's a bit outdated compared to others. Bed is comfortable. Very nice place.

Frankly ordinary! Booked a massage on February 16 and the day planned for April and not be on the schedule of the day! Nothing! Not even an error of hour, day or even month! My details were there: names and card for the payment… But no appointment noted. I probably called and left information for fun!
That'll teach me to be too planned! Finished for me this Center Tonix.

My (pregnant) wife and I we received a one hour massage that we rank both among our best. Therapists who deserve their title.
