Very nice receptionist, parking, large clean room
Small TV But Cable works
Wifi Microwave and fridge. Nice bath to relax. Good price for the price I'm very happy Miss Smiley Face.

Our reservation was badly taken in note by the staff of the establishment which made it so that when we presented the waitress/receptionist/Maitre de Hôtel coldly told us that we had made a mistake of booking until we Shows him the number and date of confirmation.
We got cold reply that the hotel was full and had to wait almost 30 minutes without being offered consumption/food/bench in the restaurant so that the waitress in question and the manager find a solution.
The manager referred us to the Motel Laviolette, Lac-à-la-tortoise, to which there was still room, telling us that we were lucky because it was cheaper. Well, I think the Laviolette Motel (I wrote another opinion on this place) was even worse than the Econo Comfort. We therefore referred to a facility so messy and of poor quality that we had to resolve to pay a suite at the Comfort Inn, being the only option available in the area at that time.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service of this establishment, and at the very entrance of the hotel, there was a strong smell of bleach and moldy.

Can you imagine a shabby, dirty hotel? Go to the Econo confort
An address to avoid is dirty, bad reception, WI-Fi Internet not working, broken electrical outlets, musty smell,.
I'm not sure that the sheets are changing between the occupants.

You get what you pay for? La chambre était propre, sans problème. L'arrivée et le départ se font en allant voir la serveuse au restaurant car il n'y a personne à l'accueil. Il n'y avait pas de cafetière installée — — j'insiste sur "installé" car il y en avait deux au dessus du garde-robe d'entrée, ainsi que deux plantes décorative, le tout semblait "rangé" pour utilisation future… Comme le lit d'appoint qui semblait rangé dans la chambre jusqu'à ce qu'on arrive. Humidité dans les couloirs, probablement dû au Spa, mais la chambre était correct. Climatisé fonctionnel. La femme de chambre le parlait pas français et "màchait" un anglais à peine audible. À $54 la nuit, en haute saison et en plein Grand Prix (Trois-Rivières, les autres hotels étaient plein), faut pas chercher pourquoi.

Looks like the room was never vacuumed, VERY sloppily made up, coffeemaker did not work at all and was not replaced (they told me that there was no coffee service in the room), bathroom and sink had slow drain, light bulbs were deem. Nobody even bothered to ask how do we like it there.
