Overcrowded and underserviced, worst camping experience ever! The tenting sites were so small relative to the $35.00 nightly fee. The sites were so incredibly small that there was no room to install the bug tent over the ridiculously small picnic table. Campers have to walk directly through other sites, often uncomfortably close other tents or people sitting down to eat, just to gain access to their own site. This created a noisy environment which lacked in privacy as we could see and hear what everyone was doing. Although, one could enjoy a campfire without actually building one as we sat only two metres from our neighbour’s campfire. The comfort station, was seriously inadequate for the number of people who needed to use it. There were only two shower stalls and two toilets in each of the ladies and men’s room to service the dozens of sites. Often there was only one functioning toilet and the showers are expensive at $1.00 for four measly minutes. Just one minute extra to shower would have made a huge difference thus minimizing the need to spend another dollar for an extra minute or two. During the evening we could never shower much before 11:00 pm due to the long line up at the showers. The “free” Wi-Fi was a joke. I logged on for 10 minutes and logged out, then back on a few minutes later and I was prompted with a message telling me that I had exceeded my Wi-Fi usage for the day. This happened each day whenever I tried to access the Wi-Fi.

The pitches are literally on one another, one eats on the feet of his neighbor, no privacy. I had to park the car several times away from the location as no place nearby. The toilets are too small and SALES. (2 man showers for the whole campsite, 2 toilets when they are not too dirty or clogged to be used) I would not recommend this campsite to anyone and would not return.

We had an amazing stay here. 6 of us stayed comfortably in a two bedroom cabin with a pull out couch. Cabin was clean and provided everything we needed for cooking meals and relaxing. Very conveniently located for access to Les Dunes park and main Street in Tadoussac. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

Very high price for the can of services available. No price for low season either. Wi-Fi and shower pay. I advise you.

Our kids want to go back — the ropes course was amazing. The sites are well maintained. Spotless bathrooms and facilities. The artists during the art weekend were very friendly.

The place is fine overall, but at 10am everyone sleeps, it's complete silence. I felt bad eating chips so I wouldn't wake anyone up. Little disappointment.

Excellent stay, well maintained place. For more privacy, rent sites on the mountain. They have hot showers for coins.

Going up and down the dune is great for cardio. Breathtaking scenery as a gift.

We are a family of four and wanted to stay for a few nights. Since we travel with two small two-person tents they insisted on booking two sides for 70$ per night. We left and stayed at a very pleasant camp ground with friendly staff up-town.

We stayed in a cabin at Camping Domain des Dunes. It has one bed room, and a loft area with two beds. Each cabin has a fire pit in front. The kitchen is small, but manageable if you need to make food. We had a nice stay.

Very disappointed, the location are sticking on the other and we've awakened a 1 o'clock in the morning by people who are coming and have set up their tent in forwarding a hellish noise just rate us. Covers fire 11 hour my eye.

Great place. Clean, charming, close to town (Tadoussac), close to kayaking (the reason for our trip). Plenty of room for three guys (hence we dubbed it "Domaine des Dudes") and lots of wet kayaking gear to dry. We were there two years ago for four nights, and we are returning there this weekend for three nights.

We just came back from a week-stay at the campground of Domaine de Dunes, and it was great! One of the cleanest campgrounds I've ever been to, the bathrooms are spotless at any given time of the day. The sites are smaller and closer to each other than on the campgrounds of the provincial parks, but they are still very nicely nested in a forest. I'd go back there any time!
