Overpriced, dark and old decor room. Service and view are ok. You can stick in the middle of tourist buses that seem to stop by a lot. There's another hotel in town, I'll try this one next time and would advise you do the same.

The people who receive us are very friendly and the places are to delight. A beautiful atmosphere of yesteryear! Thank you for your welcome.

Charming but not near worth the money.

Best place to stay in this part of Quebec! We enjoyed every moment from delicious breakfasts till the late nights party at the bar.

Excellwnt customer service. The rooms and the view are spacious. Great place for a wedding reception or simply a weekend in love or with the kids near a park, trails, game etc.

Great place, nothing to say about the comfort of the rooms, but will not eat at the restaurant on site near the reception. Slow service and our dishes had to be returned as not warm enough. Service OK. 2 experiences at this restaurant and it was our last.

I was wrong about the booking date, I called 24h in advance and I change my + 50% of the price of my two nights. (1 night per room) I seldom felt so much STEALING and RIDICULING! I do not advise this hotel to honest people who earns their money hard.

Clean room with possibility of a beautiful view of the river. The style of the manor gives it its charm.

We go back every year. This hotel is really worth discovering. The warm welcome, the terrace on the St Laurent, the kitchen and a very nice team.

The view is simply breathtaking. However, the service is rather disappointing and the cleanliness does not exceed the expectations say. Being an old building, the insulation is far from optimum as much for the cold as for the noise. The restaurant however, quite a different story. Impeccable service (blonde with braid) and what to say about their cod, definitely worth the detour!

Charming upscale inn located on the St. Lawrence in Baie-Comeau Quebec. Historic building in a beautiful setting, offering great accommodations. Excellent dining options on-site as well.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views.

You can't beat the scenery in Baie-Comeau. The hotel offers multiple rooms with a stunning view overlooking the Bay of Comeau. Being as old as it is it doesn't come with some of the creature comforts that I've come to enjoy at the newer more modern hotels. Examples being outlets in convenient locations for all of our technology that we must have. The bathrooms are rather small as well. With all of that being said they've done a great job with a very old historic building that used to be a somebody's mansion. The restaurant offers exquisite plates but you will pay the price. They go as far as to use plants and flowers in their dishes grown around the grounds. The workout room could use free weights but otherwise enough to keep your fitness up. The place is very rich with history and you could almost feel the people of the past when you stay here. I would tell anybody when visiting Baie-Comeau to stay at hotel Le manoir.

Ive stayed here many times. It is the best hotel in the area. The only reason I only gave it four stars is that they don't offer a free breakfast to the guests.

Excellent hotel, a must for the region! service simply outstanding, home more warm, in short, have feels well received and it feels good! In addition to being excellent food has nothing to envy to the restaurants price and even less quality! :)
Anyway have fun if you stay in Baie-Comeau, stay at the Manor! that's what I do and will continue to do on each of my visits!

This is a bautiful hotel, on the edge of the St Lawrence River! The river view is amazing. The nightly room rate is reasonable, and the free breakfast offers a good selection of hot and cold food!

Room is definitely worth the price. Staff is nice, restaurant food was good. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

We stay here every time we are traveling through and absolutely love it. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the hotel is quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning before we hit the road again. Highly recommend it.

Definitivement le plus bel hotel a Baie Comeau. Une belle vue, tout pres du traversier. Jai trouve un peu cher le resto de lhotel pour le souper, sinon vaut le deplacement. Un magicien est meme venu nous faire quelques tours sur la terrasse. Tres apprecié!

Very nice quaint Hotel. Remember its a very old building but the modern rooms make this place the best hotel in Baie Comeau, I've tried most of them! The beds were very comfortable, modern amenities such as big flat screen tv, mini-refrigerator, keurig machine, A/C, and very clean. Very nice view on the Terrace overlooking the St. Lawrence River and Dock area. Free continental breakfast is a perk too.

You didn't like it because its one of the hotel ceul who accepts the dog and cat and we the. Animals are part of our family, but I cannot comment on the food because we na ps eat the.

The building is beautiful. But the service is very poor. The bathroom was not clean. It was very hot in the room without air condition: it was 35 degrees in the room so that the temperature has the outside was 15 degree. We were not served very a the dining room and the food not gutais nothing. The spaghetti of my wife arrived already cut into his plate, have felt like have served us the rest. There are even wrong in our order and the waitress has ignored our complaint. We had also had a power failure and has an evacuation at 3: 00 in the morning to a false fire alarm.
