We spent an absolutely wonderful morning at Natur’Eau Spa with my mother, my sister, and my wife on a Thursday, enjoying the facilities and treating ourselves to a relaxing massage. All four of us loved the experience from beginning to end.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm, friendly, and very sociable team. The staff genuinely contribute to the calm and welcoming atmosphere while remaining professional and attentive. We immediately felt comfortable and well looked after.
The massages were exceptional. The massage therapists are highly skilled, attentive, and clearly very experienced. A special thank you to Pierre and Bruno, whom we strongly recommend. Their professionalism, technique, and ability to adapt the massage to each person’s needs made a real difference. We left feeling completely relaxed and very impressed by the quality of the treatments.
Visiting on a weekday made the experience even more enjoyable. The spa was peaceful and quiet, with no children and no distracting noise. All we could hear were the sounds of nature, which made it easy to disconnect completely from everyday life. The scent of lavender combined with the smell of the wood fire created an especially comforting and relaxing atmosphere.
The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited to a morning of complete relaxation. Everything encourages you to slow down, breathe, and fully enjoy the moment. For a few hours, it truly felt like we had escaped from the outside world.

Mountain retreat away from any city noise. It's a bit of a splurge, but I sure feel relaxed after a massage and access to the pools. There are several pools; one cold pool and three heated pools. The hottest is 101 F. I would like to see one other pool at about 104. Also the pools use chlorine or some other similar chemical, just in case you are sensitive to it. Not quite like the natural filtered pools of some other spas. This is a place for silent relaxation, which I really appreciated. They also have several other facilities including a dry sauna and a steam bath and an aromatherapy room. Add to that a nice cozy outdoor fireplace and you have a wonderful experience.

Natur’Eau – Spa and Chalet is located excellently at the Réserve faunique Mastigouche. The combination of untouched nature, high-tech accommodations, and a focus on wellness seems like the perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The thoughtful design of the spa-hotel, with its smart wooden houses and several alternative options for heating, is made for a cozy and comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and build natural strong relationships with guests, that's really enhance the overall perfect impression.
The limited cell and internet connectivity sounds like a blessing for anyone looking to truly disconnect and recharge. And with the stunning views from the outdoor pools and the relaxing Turkish bath, it is a perfect place to unwind.
It's wonderful to find a place to listen to the silence, reflect and feel like a part of nature itself.
I will definitely return back.
