An impeccable hotel, I recommend it during the pandemic.

A colony of ants in the carpet of my room and when I talked about it at the reception, I had the answer that it was the season of the ants… Video in support and show at the reception… No excuse or compensation for inconvenience. There were some even in my bed in the morning! No service, I strongly advise against this hotel!

They don't care about their guests by renting disgusting rooms. What we rent on the internet is not even the same real queen thing, it's not the same room it's completely disgusting, I had the impression that the cleaning had not been done, very zero customer service. We were told that if the room was not to our liking we would be refunded, perfect we return to get a refund and more the same story. Employee Jade refuses to pay back and even told us that if we continue to harm her, she will kick us out without a refund. I just can't believe it from the shit department. Soundproofing a big 0, starts to make the turf in front of our room at 6am, no lunch while it says it's included when booking, dirty room, bad smell. The worst hotel I've visited!

The service service is welcoming, the hotel is well located along the highway for travelers, near a Cora for good hearty lunch although lunch is provided. Also close to shopping centers, 24h convenience store and several succulent restaurants less than 300 meters away… I go there for my work. Although there have been some minor changes in this time of pandemic the organization is still very good. I recommend it.

I went to spend Saturday with my daughter and son. Great nice pool and great service. Staff doing everything they can in a pandemic situation. So many smiles.

The receptionist replied " yes of course. We went for a swim after 15min just about the manager of the hotel, we had to expel her rudely (you and you out there pointing the finger) in front of our children, it is an act racist and discriminatory. We went to another hotel, and we are welcome.

Have were treated poorly in front of our children because of our burkini, however, have asked it to the receptionist before you return to the hotel, in addition there was no mention of prohibitions or on the site or in the hotel. If was shocking To my children, in short, a racist behaviour.

The rooms are a goose size, they are clean and the temperature is well regulated. The hotel has several good restaurants close by, st jerome has good facilities and is well situated to explore Quebec. I would recommend the hotel and area to anyone.

Average hotel with free breakfast. Room was well cleaned an organised and the staff was kind.

So clean spacious and quiet. Staff were polite. The breakfast was good too. Coffee was mediocre but great place overall.

It's been several times that I go back to stay and this is, in my opinion, the best value for money place in the area. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable. Each room has a DVD player and it is possible to rent dvd film at reception. Lunch is good and the hotel even offers eggs and saussice, which is nice. There is a gym, great indoor pool with children's slide and water pool for fenent and an outdoor pool a little outdated. Have a good time!

Clean and large Hotel room with good amenities. Perfect for sleeping at night with family. Nothing extra special to give it 5 stars but still really good.

For a professional meeting it was very good. There is cold water at will and it is very clean.

If you don’t speak French don’t worry. The staff is bilingual. Great new breakfast lounge. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. Stayed several times and will continue to stay there.

Perfect location, Hotel sublime. Clean and well decorated rooms, very comfortable bed. Quality breakfast. Pools and spa Superb and in beautiful surroundings!

4 out of 5 because the Wi-Fi is fragile on the top floor. Be careful the gym contains only 3 stationary bikes. Clean and comfortable room.

It is a bit confusing to get to when you arrive from the highway the first time. Just take the alley between the Tim and the gas Station. Then you have to go up to the top. When one arrives on the other side on the other hand it is not complicated at all.
The room I had was very large and it smelled good when I walked in. I liked it.

Ask not to be facing the boulevard is very noisy but in general nice hotel.

Very good hotel to spend the night, there is a swimming pool and a Spa. The rooms are clean and there is a nice view.

Basic. Its an ok place in a pinch. Really basic and correct for the last minute.

Greetings was good. Got our room on the 2n floor beside the elevator and it was ok because we didn't hear any noise. Good restaurant in same parking but no rebate for the clients hotel. They have Nickels, Scores, Tim Horton and also a Steakhouse. The mall is 3min drive and the highway is also 2min. The hotel is well situated in the city of St-Jerome. Continental breakfast is included but not to healthy. Lots of cheap cereal (lots is sugar), no bagel but white or brown bread, hot meal was egg powder and saucissage. Lots of room for parking.

Clean rooms provide with good enough comfort. Friendly staff. Provided breakfast offered a lot of choices and was refilled often!

Adorable, for my part it was clean, warm, welcoming, the swimmingpool was perfect with the big Tobocan, the breakfast included in the morning, even if we have to cook ourselves, we ended up eating free anyway ^^ the price, it is in the least expensive that Jai Lou Er. I Recommade.

Very well. Own. Closed pool for renovation. Breakfast until 10hrs am not another minute. Well as a whole.

I went there with my fiancé; they have the best pillows to do pillow fight. I recommend highly.

Very very uncomfortable bed! I've never slept on a bed that the springs are almost up you're… But what can I say about the horrible views out the window! Don't know how to post pictures but it's a garbage container at the next door restaurant.

Really rude front desk ask 2 credit cards for deposit never happen before to any other hotel last time in the area 2 time a year well best western just got my business.

Phoned and she said a double bed room. Got there and it was a double bed in the wall that came down to floor, with a confress table in the room : (I went to front desk to ask for another room they said all we have is a suite at 170 I am a elite dimond member and stay here often and this is like the 4th time I have at issuses with them at the front desk. Very rude. Never give them your card number until you see the room. They are dishonest people. I only gave one star because I had to to post — 1 star for me. (For the other rooms, clean, comfy bed in other rooms just (Not the one I had in confrence room)

Proximity to restaurants, easily accessible via exit 43 of the highway. Correct room, quiet place, friendly staff :)

Car window was smashed in the parking lot. Front Desk staff seemed annoyed that I asked for the local number for the police dept. Beds are uncomfortable. Rooms are dirty / moldy. Bed bugs are evident by the traps left under the mattresses.
