Especially 'e not book via a tour operator. You are given the least good rooms that are located in front of the main building and where you feel like you are sleeping on the 132. You will be told to contact them beforehand but I think we all pay a fair price and we are entitled to each the same treatment. You just have to renovate and soundproof this style of building.

Great place so see the rock and the sea. Nice rooms and good service.

Great view staff is welcoming and ready to help, really good restaurant in the hôtel easily accessible. Rooms are on the small size though.

What a lovely place to visit and I honestly love this town compared to the big cities like Toronto or Montreal. It's peaceful, quiet, see the St Lawrence River and you got a awesome view of the big rock and a Island.

The view was great but the room had such a musty odor that I woke up in the morning with a sinus headache. Got the room closest to the street so it was noisy. Very overpriced.

The sober marine décor is embellished by the view of the pierced rock which is a natural beauty! The terrace that connects all the rooms and the restaurant allows a very nice view of the rock! Quality service and comfort!
The outdoor jacuzzi is pure luxury but a real experience!
Very good table and nice service. Lobster and will package (in season) and poutine of the sea are recommended!

The room was clean, but expensive for what it was. It's also hard to accept that such a place would have breakers that flip if you use air conditioning and a hairdryer at the same time. Weird and loud banging below the room throughout the night, maybe from kitchen or other similar room. However, the view is great and the place is conveniently located.

Nice view of the Percé rock and adequate room but dinner at the restaurant was disappointing: service in a hurry, dishes too cooked and high price for quality (although it is expected in these tourist places). Wi-Fi was also not functional during half of the stay.

Great Hotel And the view is WOW!

Room small and not very well soundproof but very comfortable and well located. You can fall asleep at the sound of the waves. The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant are well garnished and delicious.

Affordable, very courteous and friendly service. I recommend!

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at the Riotel Perce. This is a beautiful hotel with a great location on the highway to Gaspe. The best part of the hotel is the amazing view that some of the rooms have of the famous Perce rock. We stayed in the room on the second floor with an incredible view of the rock and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy but it would have been great to sit on the balcony and take in the beautiful scenery! Thankfully the room was comfortable enough for that. As for the room, it was huge and a great size for two people. Our room had two comfortable double beds, a small sitting area, and a desk. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We didn't spend much time in the room but overall I found it to be comfortable and cozy. The View was amazing and I loved leaving the curtains open just to admire the view! The Wi-Fi worked great and parking was easily accessible. At the hotel there are a ton of amenities like a restaurant, hot tub, fire pit, and access to a large Beach. The location of the hotel is great with tons of small restaurants, shops, and a grocery store nearby. I definitely recommend staying at the Riotel Perce if you're planning a trip to Gaspe and looking for somewhere to stay nearby. It's especially a great place to stay for whale watching and if the Perce Rock is the highlight of your trip.

Seen impregnable on the rock pierced. But with common balconies, there are often people in front of the windows. Delicious food, welcoming staff. Only big downside, checkout is only available from 7 a. M. Which is late when we have a long way to go. As long as having a night watchman, as well have an employee who can noua charge.

We had a beautiful view of Perce Rock from our room, I believe we were in an older part of the hotel. It was ok, but dated and was disapointed our room had no a/c. The room was vlean and the staff were friendly.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great view. The only thing was a peeping noise I heard all nights from somewhere inside the room which I reported but nobody came to fix it. Nevertheless I loved everything else. Also the delicious clam chowder at the restaurant.

Room is dated. Had to carry luggage up outdoor stairs. View is spectacular.

I would give no stars if I could. The stench of dirty carpet or dirty mop was so intense when we opened the door from the stairway into the hallway from the main lobby. The stench was also disgusting in the room itself particularely the bathroom. When we had to wait upon check-in as the staff were busy taking phone reservations with future clients, we were told the bar was closed and would open only at 4pm so we couldnt even just relax with a drink while waiting to be served or to get our room. There were no chairs to sit on out back to just relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. The breakfast forfait I paid $34 for 2 people was not at all worth it and when I wanted cheese on my omelet I was charged an extra $4 for a slice. Seriously? We cancelled the second breakfast forfait and ate at le Normandine for $12 each, a buffet well worth the content and price. Will never recommend this Riotel, we however would highly reccomend the Riotel Matane!

We stayed here one night while on a bus tour. The staff was very friendly. They hosted a welcome party for us when we arrived. The room was very comfortable. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and filling.

Arrived at the hotel, we had not seen on sea. The restaurant to ask twice for water and the server we had forgotten, ask for mayonnaise and butter to garlic and the server forgot about us. Finally we got our dessert but spoon, ask the server but never came to wear a spoon. We did eat with our knife. Room very very ordinary.

I loved this hotel which allows to have a splendid view of Percé rock. Y' was my visit a spa which gave an incredible view while relaxing.

Comfortable hotel with beautiful views of the rock and the island. Beware the geolocation by GPS address is totally false. We reported it to the hotel and it seems that the problem is known.

Loved this place. Stayed an extra day on motorcycle trip. BTW to go on boat to see the rock and island, skip the $$$ tour place just down from the hotel and book the $20 boat right at the dock.

We stayed in mid May, so pre-season and not much open in the area. Hotel is nice, great beds, mini fridge, and oceanside balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The outdoor hot tub was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

Wonderful place, the amazing view we were in a room on the corner of the 2nd building the view was superb we just were to rate the water and at night with the sound of the waves! with a great view on the rock :) One of my best time is life.
