Service impeccable, all the staff are smiling and their work has heart. Bedroom one of the first hotels that I see as clean. No negative point has to say, hat's off to the staff and thank you for the awesome stay. A reference for my next trips.

Wonderful property. Beautiful resto-bar, with awesome lighting. Front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming and were very fluent in English. Breakfast area was very nice as well. Neat and clean with everything you could possibly want. Tons of parking and the rooms are very nice. Extremely comfortable beds, huge screen TV, refrigerator, and all of the amenities. I would love to spend many nights here.

We stayed at Quality Inn & Suites for one night. We booked this hotel because it said that it was "pet friendly" but when we checked in, we were told that the cats had to stay in their kennels. This was extremely disappointing as we had just driven 12 hours and had to drive another 6 hours the next day. Other than that, our stay was great. The included continental breakfast was amazing and the staff were great.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Comfortable room with a nice double bed, plenty of pillows, and good bathroom. Had a comfortable night stay. Continental breakfast was great quality and was a great addition to our stay. Room was affordable and I would definitely consider returning to this hotel should I find myself in Campbellton again.

Great clean room, the bed was comfy. The only complaint is we asked for a quiet room and we were across from the electrical room plus our room faced the Hyundai car dealership which had bright lights. The room was warm and we couldn't turn on the air conditioning because the drapes would blow and then the bright lights would be shining in the room. Good selection at breakfast and the staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Our server at dinner was great.

Amazing hotel to stay in while your visiting matane! The beds are comfy really nice rooms too and the hotel is amazing very well kept clean very cozy the free breakfast is amazing! The workers are very freindly! Everything is amazing in this hotel! I recommend this hotel for anyone looking who is looking for a nice place to stay while visiting mataine my family and I stayed here over night in December 2016 since we were coming back from our long trip from Halifax NS!

Excellent all you can eat continental breakfast with looots of variety of fruits, warm and cold food, drinks, etc. Very comfortable, modern room. Location nothing special but great for an overnight stay. The staff was very welcoming, especially the young waiter at the dinner that was just unforgettably delicious. Great value for money :)

Good place for an overnight stay. Location leaves a lot to be desired. Seems to be in the center of an industrial zone with a cement plant and fuel tank farm across the street from the hotel.

For family vacation this year, we drove from Portland, ME to Labrador territory in Canada (now part of Newfoundland). On the way, we stopped in Matane to spend the night before the 5:30 AM ferry to Godbout. This hotel might be one of the nicest hotels we'll stay in on this trip. The rooms were very comfortable and looked quite new. The lounge was clean and well appointed. Plus there was a bar with a big screen for the World Cup, and a nice restaurant with what might be one of the best steaks I've had a hotel restaurant (that wasn't a five star hotel / spa). Or maybe it all just seemed so nice because we were expecting so little. All in all. This is a great place to stay for the money. Oh! And they've redone the swimming area (though as a Floridian I can't understand wanting a swimming area in this climate) to have a tiki hut / las vegas feel.
