Great spot, great view. Comfortable condos. There is a beautiful beach on the lakefront with jacuzzi/sauna for hot days and indoor pool/jacuzzi for colder days. Near the bike paths and lots to do nearby. Family friendly. Only downside are that the condos equipments are a bit lacking or kitchen basics which can be a challenge when cooking but nothing too drastic. Strongly recommend the place.

The hotel gives the wrong impression from the outside. We were welcomed by Isabel who was a real gem in checking us in and providing all the information we needed. We got a room on the highest floor and had a very nice view on the river and the church. The room was very nice with enough charging stations and a kitchenette. There are some shops and restaurants in the direct neighborhood. Unfortunately the weather was not so good, so we did not go out. Breakfast was surprisingly served at the table by a nice young lady at her first working day. There were 2 choices and the dishes were very tasteful. The gym had some basic equipment as a treadmill and bikes and some loose weights. We also loved the interior and the decoration of the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights.
While my car was parked in the hotel parking lot, it was shot at with what seemed to be an airsoft gun. The bullets went through the paint and caused large dents on my car doors. The hotel refused to review security footage since they "are not detectives", and would not give me the security footage to review myself. They took no responsibility for what happened in their own parking lot.
Only after persistence on my part did the hotel offer a single night's stay free of charge as compensation, which does not come close to covering the damage to my vehicle.
Very disappointed in the customer service offered at this hotel.

Just ok we booked through Expedia. There was no mention the beds are at least 2 feet off the ground and not handicapped accessible none of the room. Our family had to change hotels but they were still charged even after cancelling the reservation. Hôtel has no services. No housekeeping. The room is dated. Chances are you need a stool to get into the bed so high! No other option rooms. No full length mirror. Bathroom tiny plus there’s a fly/ bug issue in the bathroom. Our family switched to OTL governors same price built a dream. Their coffee was excellent but that is where it ended. Just not acceptable for the price.

We stayed here for a week. The bed and room is comfy. The free laundry machines are great. It is a nice drive to the sister hotel which you can use the beautiful pool and hot tub and beach.
The breakfast is nice which is included but hey should explain nicely that you are not aloud extras. There was a bit of confusion and one waitress made us feel like criminals. The waiter at the breakfast was super friendly and did an amazing job and the guys at night were also wonderful and the front staff.

We rented a room for the night of May 9-May 10.
They recently renovated their hotel. I was happy the room was clean. Excellent service at the front desk. I had my dog and the hotel is pet friendly. They charge $40/ night for your animals.
I also liked that it is close to everything.

Staff were great and helpful and also spoke English. Short walk to river front and downtown area but it is on a hill.
The room we stayed in was very innovative, had a hot plate, microwave fridge, crockery and dining space with 2 chairs. Also had a Murphy bed that revealed a sofa and foot stool, unfortunately we were told ours hadn’t yet been completed so there was no electronic lifting device installed — if this is important for you, I’d check on booking that you get a finished room.

Disappointed with this hotel. It definitely did not live up to our expectations. Check in was pretty clinical/cold no real welcome from the reception staff and when we asked about dinner we were advised the hotel restaurants were both closed on a Sunday and directed to find somewhere on the street.
We had booked through our travel agent a ‘superior’ room. Our room did certainly not look or feel superior. The bed was a fold down bed from the wall with cushions in the cupboard to make it into a sofa when up. There was a kitchen area but no table or chairs to sit at if you did want to prepare food and eat in the room. The room servicing was also suspended for the duration of our two night stay.
We complained at reception but were advised this was the room type booked. All rooms had been restyled recently kitchens added and classifications changed. Looking at the revised website I suspect we were in a mini definitely not superior in our opinion.
Overall not a great experience and a hotel to be avoided.
