Rooms were great. Waited for at least 35 minutes for scrambled eggs this morning. People were getting very frustrated. Poor planning. Stayed here before and a lot more people for breakfast and never had to wait.

Was made to feel welcome by evening staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Stayed one night two days ago in its Quebec city location, shared a standard room with relatives, a few years old building, nice facilities, good service, will recommend it to friends.

Little gem of a hotel in a perfect location near Quebec without the exuberant prices of some hotels closer to the core. Clean, perfectly priced, and well kept property as a whole. Very well run.

Room was nice and clean staff were friendly and spoke both English and French fluently. The room did have a weird musty smell. The staff brought up a machine to help get rid of the smell and it helped but didn't get rid of it. Bathroom was spacious. Overall a good experience.

The soundproofing there is excellent and the hotel was quiet despite the presence box of many people. Bathroom was specious and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the double shower cubicle. Our bed was very comfortable and it was nice clean. However, we found the pillows too small for such a large bed.
We took advantage of the pool which was not crowded but for lunch we walked on the feet. The choice was very varied. The weekend we would have liked it to be served longer.
We booked online with Priceline and we were billed in US dollar.

Very disappointed. Managed to sleep barely 3 hours, uncomfortable bed, too much noise during the night in the adjoining rooms and corridors, coffee maker not washed with the previous customers pocket, shower that has smells of mold, smell in the room when you stop the air air-conditioned, received a wake-up call at 7 am Sunday morning that we had not asked, in addition to this price normally have on TV in HD but this was not the case image blurs. I knew much better and at a better price in the heart of Quebec City. It's not worth the price paid. I do not recommend.

Said pet friendly but only allows dogs of less than 10 lbs. Couldn't stay, annoyed by their advertising of pet friendly.

Les chambres que j'au vue sont très bien et très propre. C'est un hotel trois étoiles mais qui est vraiment bien pour la cote. La piscine est vraiment peu profonde, c'est bien pour des jeunes enfants mais c'est difficile de nagé aisément. Il y a un spa, mais au moment où je suis passé, la propreté laissait à désirer. Certains jet ne fonctionne aussi tout simplement pas.

OK place to stay, rooms big and comfy, Handy for some nice eating and drinking places, would stay there again.

Had a fabulous stay last night and the best hot shower in a long time… including at my out Home! Lol although my room smelled like I’m not sure that was a bad thing! Great Breakfast too! Tons of choice for a free meal!

Great rooms, clean facility. Free breakfast with great variety. Indoor pool and hot tub available. Nice meeting rooms as well if needed.

Good rooms. But they claim to have semi parking but your parked at a grocer and if you don't leave by 5 or 6 am you could be there a while trying to get out.

My children made noise and instead to warn me with politeness and respect I was entitled to an eviction notice. I didn't even get a chance to talk about it with my guys. In addition the water of the pool is cold but still ok. On the other hand the spa the water is really badly clean. Let's be unwanted. We still pay a good price and I rent for two nights. Lunches are a good one.

The room was fine! The breakfast included is fine! A place to relax as a couple and good for families with the pool and spa!

I stayed here one night on a work trip. It's a very nice hotel for a great price. The bedrooms are a good size with hardwood floors and granite countertops in the bathroom. They serve a hot/cold continental breakfast with a specialty expresso coffee machine. Overall it was a great stay.

For having made several hotels in the area, this is probably the best. It is very clean, best quality price I recommend it.
We go there several times in the year with the children we are never disappointed.

If you are thinking of taking a bath or shower, you should plan a good hour for one as for the other because no pressure is as if the water came from the roof and flowed by gravity.

Always very well received. The staff are friendly and smiling. The rooms are clean and the pool and gym are fine. Cardio and also bodybuilding lunch is good and varied. Very affordable price.

Decent little place. Gets busy with the military base just down the road. Sometimes there are a lot of parties. Stayed here a few times while in Quebec.

Good location but hotel needs to upgrade much. Not worth the $180.00 and parking is very expensive. They should mention this before booking.

Comfort Inn in levis Quebec was absolutely fantastic! Great place to stay. Very welcoming staff, great view and a very nice and clean building and room. Reasonably priced as well, plus included breakfast. Would recommend and stay again.

It is big and comfortable. The design of the bathroom is good and beautiful. Moreover, it is good to have a tap outside. I really like the point that the room has a lot of space. On the other hand, the breakfast is very delicious. It is fun to make the waffel by ourselves. The attitude of the staff is also extremely good. She helped me when I didn't know how to use the machines. But I think that there should be more choices of the food at breakfast. Overall, the hotel is great. However, I think that the Wi-Fi is a bit slow. If it is faster, the hotel will be totally perfect.

Room was great, breakfast and snack areas perfect. There was a security guard which I liked. The pool and sauna were excellent for a quick relaxing dip. Not very deep but enough for kids and adults to enjoy. Very accommodating full restaurant and bar too.

My Sisters and I went to visit our Brother in Orangeville Ontario and this Comfort Inn is about the halfway point. Very clean hotel. Hot tub is hard to get in and out. There should be another railing inside the hot tub. Breakfast was great. Lots to eat. We had rooms with 2 queen bed and they were very comfortable. I would highly recommend. You can walk to restaurants or drive. We walked to Boston Pizza and on the way home we drove to St Hubert for chicken. Will definitely stay again.

This is a really nice, clean hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in! Free breakfast was delicious with everything, hot & cold. Friendly staff, definitely would recommend! Pool & hot tub!

Just returned from holiday May 2014 where my wife & I stayed at 8 different Best Western accommodations & one Comfort Inn. This particular Comfort Inn & Suites was right up their with the better BW. It was clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a car so it was very convenient to old town Quebec. The breakfast was average but plentiful. Seating was the biggest problem as the hotel was full of guests. If I had know the Comfort Inns were this nice, we might have booked. Management should be proud of how well the staff performed. Well done!
