Nice place but horrible service and don't respect the package they sell.

Worst service I’ve seen in years. At the peak of Covid, hotels were doing better than this. They use the labor shortage tu justify everything. Had to wait 35 minutes to finally check in. Got into my room and had dirty pillows and floor (underneath the couch I found chips and cereals…). Told the front desk about it. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it, and that they would « try » to bring a new pillow! They brought the pillow but didn’t even take the dirty one away. The restaurant and bar at the hotel are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so had to order delivery. Asked the front desk for plates they said I had to bring my own! When they finally agreed to bring me plates they brought them with dishwashing soap asking me to clean them! Didn’t have large towels in the bathroom, asked for big ones and they told me they weren’t sure they had enough for my room! I spend more than 80 nights per year in hotels and this was the worst experience ever. The staff was rude and looked like they were over any critics, they don’t care about their guests at all. They think their pool and nice pictures are enough so they don’t need to take care of their guests. This looked like a cheap motel on the border of a highway. Do not recommend at all.

Bad service. No possibility to eat. In short, a big zero!

No answer to the reception when we call from our room and absolutely must book at the restaurant and we are presenting it at the restaurant and they said with pleasure we take you! We don't have room!

It’s in construction — none of the outdoor facilities are available as promised — they charged full price — manager ignoring my emails — this one person is giving this place a very BAD reputation!

Very ordinary service. Lack of communication at the staff level.

The reception staff is welcoming. It is pleasant to be received with a smile (in the eyes) even with the mandatory mask. The hotel is usually quiet. The rooms are clean and the décor is simple. The catering service to the rooms is a plus after visiting the "Noah Spa" ideally located a few steps from the hotel.

I went to eat at their restaurant for the first time and not the last! Very nice menus, the cocktails are excellent and the staff is super small mentions to Karine and her two colleagues at the bars. They are passionate people, super friendly. I loved my experience 😉 See you soon.

We just had dinner but what a nice menu, very affordable. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly waiters. Only downside, the placière… we asked for a table other than the one proposed and she did not really appreciate it.

We know La Cache à Maxime well having stayed there more than once, either in a room or in the chalet. Their rooms are beautiful and especially adapted for people with reduced mobility. The amazing chalets beautiful, spacious clean, there is nothing missing.
The impressive Spa, the décor of the rooms and chalets both inside and outside is magnificent.

We went to the cache in Maxime last week and we had rented one of their Chalet. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very spacious and very beautiful. It was missing something like a roll of paper wipes everything extra for example but otherwise everything was ok. The place is really beautiful and the staff were very nice. Here are my few negatives: I was aware that there was no place to make a fire at the cottage but our stay would have been so much more fantastic and I would have felt even more on vacation if we could have made it. A cottage without fire I think it's flat. It was also a point that made me hesitate to choose this place. Also, I understand that the site does not want a very family place, on the other hand, I would have liked it to go to the least a little corner — park — for them to pass the time. 2-3 swing, a slide and turn would play! If you go with your family, think about bringing what keeping your children busy to go to the hotel pool, on the site there is nothing really to amuse them! So much for my negatives! We're all love it and the cottage was really great! we were 2 adults and 3 children and we had mass of space!

I organized this little stay in secret from my spouse so that we could spend a relaxing weekend Hotel-Spa before the arrival of our baby.
It was great, the staff at the hotel and Noah Spa, the masseurs, the waiters at the Greg restaurant, a big THANK YOU! the beauty and calm of the place a relaxing weekend 100% successful, our batteries are recharged. I keep this place warm to come back later, we can't wait to go back!
