The staff here is extremely helpful and very polite. Rooms are great! Pool is amazing!

Bad customer experience I had to pay costs following the state of the hotel which in my opinion is half renovate it is an old hotel and some things are watch. I advise you not to go to this hotel there is a very nice hotel in Drummondville other than Best Western.

Wrote 2 times before arriving with questions about hotel, never responded. Very rude young girl at the reception.
Wanted to complain, manager Michael answers on walkie talkie that he can’t come because he’s busy giving a new employee a tour! (Didn’t ask the nature of the complaint) When I threatened to leave the called assistant mgr Audrey who came rapidly and saved the day. They should promote her to manager and kick Michael out so he could pursue his love life on his dime!
Room was average, sheets looked slept in before
Tiny simple basic bathroom. No TV extras or movie rental.
Ate at Paccini, good food, good service.
Only used this hotel to sleep in after le Village d’Antan

The Best Best Western I’ve Stayed in so far, and I’ve stayed in Regina, SK, Dryden Ontario, Sault St Marie, Ontario, Kanata Ontario, they were good but this one is the best! Nice restaurant, clean!

Clean comfortable hotel. Beds are memory foam and super comfortable! Beautiful pool with glass enclosure. Great breakfast buffet for $12.95. We got a $10 off coupon with our room. Close to all amenities and Costco with gas bar.

This hotel is a very convenient location. We stay every year on the way home from a yearly road trip. The hotel lobby has undergone a beautiful renovation since last year and it makes this hotel feel much more elegant. Some complaints I had were that the elevator seemed like it was on the older side and the bathrooms in the rooms were quite small. I like how you can have a room that opens up into the pool which makes it easy to access. The hallways are brightly lit and the staff can speak both English and Français. Great hotel.

After a long day of driving, this location was great for us and our 2 children. We had a room that opened directly onto the pool area, which was open until 10pm and opened again at 8am. The room wasn’t super nice but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom was a little cramped. The buffet breakfast was very good but the dinner choices were very eclectic (though probably representative of the region) and not as appealing for kids. All that said, though, if you’re on a long road trip and looking for a good place to rest and enjoy a nice swim before turning in, this is a good place to stop.

Water issues… weren't allowed to drink the water. The elevator needs work and only can take 6 passengers at a time. Room was very nice and overlooked the indoor pool. Other amenities were good. Breakfast wasn't anything decent and we had to PAY. The serving staff at breakfast was incredible and friendly!

Wonderful hotel. Great service. The beds were comfortable and the pillows we're so soft. And there were lots of pillows! There was lots of places to take the dog for a walk. Fantastic stay!

I found insects in my room two nights in a row. The staff at the front desk and management staff did very little to remediate. They basically accused me of making this up. I will not book there ever again.

Just off Rte. 20 — Great sleep, Room 217, King Size bed, 2 upright wing chairs, coffee Machine in room, beds were comfortable as sleeping at home! We paid $112 CAA discount, they held $180 on my Visa at time of check in, Restaurant attached, staff friendly at check in, Pool area — open 8am till 10pm, great atmosphere, temperature 92-94 degrees, hot tub there but not filled, Rooms 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, 116 & 118 have patio doors directly off the pool area. Gym available. Definitely keeping this hotel as a stop on the way to the Maritimes!

Big mistake. I was moved to the same room as a colleague and we do not recognize the error. I will even have to change rooms for the second night of a two nights stay. Really very disappointing. BW just lost points in my eyes.

Hotel OK close to the main roads of Drummondville. Large parking lot, including one reserved for residents. Very friendly Staff. Free and fast Wi-Fi. Only downside: The sound insulation could be better (hallway noises can be heard too well from the rooms).

Good brunch with very varied choices, however the coffee is cold and tastes the water… go for food but not to direct a good coffee! The staff were very friendly and nice.

Hotel it self is great. Clean. And the staff are super friendly. The restaurant though is only good for breakfast. The waitstaff are amazing but the dinner food is terrible.

The hotel was great and the staff even greater, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and our two Chihauhaus during our stay and even after the checkout until our conference finished! I have another show coming up in April and I will definitely be staying at the closest Best Western Hotel.

Such gracious polite staff despite my poor French skills! The young lady who checked us out was the same one who checked us in our last stay and she is the reason we came back the second time — what a lovely, funny young lady. The hotel room was very clean and the internet connection was great. Will definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Drummondville.

I loved my experience. Great welcoming and friendly team. Alone or as a family you will love, more than we have access to the gym, swimming pool and whirlpool for an unbeatable price.

Nice Hotel. I am from Ontario and can’t speak French. The people on the desk were very pleasant and quickly changed to English when they realized I was Anglophone. I would stay here again. It was very clean and high end but very competitively priced. Martin.

It's ok, wouldn't stay here again to be honest. The room rates are inconsistent with what you get. Our room shows a lot of wear, bathroom is very tiny and the heat doesn't work. The appearance of a great hotel… jacuzzi bath, extra large room with king size bed is offset by the constant noise. At the risk of sounding dramatic… it was like a herd of elephants stomping around. We've just driven 11 hours and to be kept awake with kids racing in the halls and whatever that stomping sound was, not awesome. You're not getting anything here that you can't get at a more reasonably priced hotel, in my opinion.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are on Rt. 20 and want to stop either before or after Montreal. The room was well laid-out, good amenities, excellent bed and bedside lighting, excellent shower and bath, could open windows if desired, excellent price. Within walking distance of shops and good eating options, if one chooses not to stay inside. I will definitely arrange to stay there on my next trip.

I loved the room, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very nice and very clean.
When I arrived at the front desk I felt like I was disturbing the employees who did nothing. One without a way, no smile, the other employee in training asks her questions and she always responds by looking up at the sky. Not very pleasant as a welcome.

I had a good night at the hotel the only snag is the elevator that smells old and vaguely smoking… I guess it's from that age when smoking was allowed inside.

Own suite Datan of the years 2000 bath a little too small on the other hand despite it is swirl.

Was a nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights rest. A little more on the expensive side being it was during the middle of the week. It was convenient for walking to different places though.

Hotel is right off the highway so it was a great place for us to stop on our way to New Brunswick. Despite its proximity to the highway, you do not hear traffic from the hotel room. Staff was bilingual and very friendly and we had zero issues with booking a room online only a few hours before arriving. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Drummondville Best Western was a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, the room was well laid out, clean and the added touch of a secure parking area made our visit a positive one. The hotel's location, close to the highway was a blessing as we had been driving since early morning. The signage along the highway was a wonderful help as well. We would highly recommend the Drummondville Best Western to any of our friends should they be travelling in the area it is in or if they would need a hotel to stay at before continuing on their holiday. As we stayed on the ground floor, having patio door access for unloading and loading was a big plus as well. Overall our experience was extremely positive.

The hotel is not new and the room was a bit expensive… but it's reliable. The Internet is good, the pool is appreciated, the room was OK and the hotel is well located. I recommend it as a stop between the natural parks and a return to Montreal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the room, it smelled so fresh when I entered. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet which I appreciated after travelling for 12 hours. Room service was very accommodating. It was right off the highway, easy to get to. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were traveling home from a mini vacation. The hotel was clean and neat, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was to die for so comfortable. The bathroom was a little on the small size. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

Hotel in renovation and too expensive for room style. Nice large swimming pool but the hours of swimming are not respected. No check-in before 4:00. For family groups in sports tournaments, this is a very big disadvantage.

Very nice hotel, very nice room, very nice pool! Summer in Drummondville for my child's competition. The only thing is the mini fridge that works more or less well especially fruits and vegetables. Almost everything was frozen the next day. Hotel pretty central and close to everything. Good service at the reception!

Great all round with both staff and service, as they are bilingual. The pool and area was good, but the hot tub was not filled up properly and was one again disgusting and filthy!

For professional meetings, there are several rooms available and the restaurant is great. The hotel is well located. Near the highway, restaurants, etc.

They call me in full conference to ask me if I was a night or two nights… I had put up sign handle… Women household like home… The noisy night in summer…
The second night. I left at 10: 00 PM as I guy down loud… And I could hear him Rotter!
Slept two nights… And you charge me them full price!

Deceivingly fancy lobby. The lady at in the lounge was super nice however the ladies at the desk were not too friendly. She seemed frustrated that we did not speak French.

I'm on a cross Canada road trip from Whitehorse to Charlottetown and this hotel was the nicest on my entire trip. Comfiest beds, quiet rooms, really nice everything. Highly recommended for anyone passing through. Spectacular stay and staff.

We have been stopping here at the end of every summer for years. Great location and reliable. Only issues are political conventions and weddings. Otherwise as good as can be expected. Pet friendly.

Nice hotel. We stayed in June while a wedding reception was going on. The bass noise of the band penetrated our room and made it difficult to sleep although they did quit at a reasonable time. The hotel itself is lovely. Not really sure why it is a "plus" hotel as the rooms are very standard. The hotel does offer a coupon towards breakfast in the adjoining restaurant but the prices are on the high side. We decided to eat elsewhere. Probably would not stay here again.

I booked through Priceline Wednesday for a Saturday night. When we arrived, the reception answers by: ON is COMPLETE for this evening. Me: what. She click the computer, and told me that he has a room, and if it bothers me is a smoking room. Me: yes I do. I understand that by Priceline, I can get the rooms of 2 beds or 1 bed. But right now, make me say, one is complete, and wants to give me a smoking room. It's too.
We had good service at the hotel bar. At a time of positive.

I walked in the Hotel without a reservation looking tired and they screwed me on the price. They asked $150 and I bargained them down to $125 and got a small room that would not have been worth $100 in a large city. Still it was clean and quiet. I did not verify the quality of the Internet. (surprised that Google does not make this a category. ).

Very friendly staff. The hotel is a bit outdated for a Best Western Plus. The rooms are also a bit outdated, old night stands and lamps and no flat screen TV which only got 1 channel. The a. C. Is on a timer and would automatically shut off, I had time get up 4 times throughout the night to turn it back on. But overall Im pretty easy going and enjoyed my stay.

Impressive hotel at a fair price! Friendly staff, excellent beds and pillows, indoor pool area is awesome. If breakfast was included I would give 5 stars for sure.
