Very quiet and chilled atmosphere. Nice staff and close to Bathurst hospital.

Nice hostel but the music that sets to return is too unpleasant for a 5 out of 5

Decent rooms, somewhat thin walls that you can hear what want going outside your room. Nice continental breakfast. Pool was nice and well maintained, could have used more towels and facecloths.

Great place. Clean and large rooms. Very friendly staff.

Went to the Auberge for a therapeutic massage and Morgan Jagoe was an absolute charm. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Even gave tips to help with my pain long term. I look forward to booking another session.

The place to go in Bathurst if you want to relax after a long day at work. Quiet place and relaxing.

Everything at this establishment is absolutely fantastic. A beautiful change from your typical, "cookie cutter" hotels. The continental breakfast includes scrambled eggs made with real, fresh eggs. The service is very friendly. The food at the restaurant is top notch. And the room… WOW! We stayed in chalet The chalets are a bit more expensive, but worth every penny! The entire place has a charm rarely found anywhere else. I highly recommend it!

Don't hesitate to book this place. A jewel in terms of comfort.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and the staff very very kind. The rooms are clean and beautifull. A special mention to Nathalie in the Kitchen. :) I recommend this place and would return anytime I come back to Bathurst!

This motel was such an unexpected gem! Front desk was efficient and courteous. We hadn't noticed when we booked but there's a nice pool, sauna and hot tub! Recommend!

Beautiful place, with amazing and professional staff and owners. Perfect place to relax, enjoy delicious food from their bistro and take in the beautiful surrounding scenery while enjoying a swim in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub or taking advantage of the sauna. This place feels magical and I can't wait to go back.

With a fire pit outside this place would have been a 5 star. Nice people and atmosphere. Very happy to have visited.

The room we booked didnt have AC and was apparently way too hot. They upgraded us to a cottage room for no extra cost and were very very friendly. We were going to stay in a small one bedroom, but our upgrade had two beds, dinner room, kitchen, and lounge. It was awesome!

We booked with the intention of spending the whole day there on our mom's birthday. We were told the hot tub and pool would be available in between the three services we each booked. They called us a day before to say that the pool and hot tub would not be available and would not reimburse us or offer anything to make up for the fact that they ruined our full day at the spa. We will NEVER return there again. Small town dump.

I've stayed at the Auberge with my girlfriend and we had a great time. We really liked the room. Calm, clean with our own jacuzzi. Can't ask for more than this! The staff was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

It all started with the welcome, the hostess was smiling and gave me all the explanations of the services that the hostel could offer me.
With time, I decided to have a meal in the Bistro, the service was friendly and complete in the description of the menu of the day. This special day was tasty, delicious dessert. It is well recognized in homemade.
As a result I took a care "a facial" at the spa, that tell you about my condition: I was weightless, on another planet. The treatment lasted an hour; an hour of relaxation, relaxation, of de lacher release total catch.
I say again thank you for this moment and I recommend it to everyone.

I would definitely recommend this Spa hotel to nature lovers and those who want to spend a week or weekend away from the noisiness of the city in a relaxing setting.

Rebecca rocks… fabulous facial and pedicure.! RMT that did my hot stone massage was terrific. Lovely meal in the bistro, then a swim and the hot tub! So nice to just go upstairs to our lovely room, after ; rather than having to drive home. Can't wait to go again!

Very good hotel in plain nature and friendly stuff. I loved modern design and fireplace in the romantic room. My day started with delicious breakfast at French bistro. I enjoyed spa and massage therapy.

I stayed at the Auberge with 3 of my friends! We had such a great time. We had dinner at the restaurant there and it was delicious. We also had treatments at the Spa and all of the treatments were perfect. All of the employees were very polite and did a great job. The owners were always there if we needed something, they were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and we will come back soon.

Terrible. Room was not equipped properly — no soap. Male Manager was distracted, rude, and not customer focused. Fan was so loud could not sleep and there is also ZERO soundproofing so you can hear all the goings on from downstairs. Poor breakfast choices (old cereal). Would definitely NOT return.

My new wife and I stayed at this place for our wedding night and we were very disappointed. We had booked weeks before, but when we arrived the doors were locked! The concierge had fallen asleep. Luckily he awoke and let us in. He was very rude, the only real words he spoke to me was, "Do you speak french? " Not very well. So I guess we weren't worth speaking to. The room was small, there were loose tiles on the floor, a very loud ventilation duct that stayed on all night, tiny windows, no view of anything special. We awoke on Sunday to find the dining room was closed and there was no spa services available. This place fails as a spa and fails as a hotel — the owners need to put more effort into customer service and hire people who care about their business. It was terribly overpriced: we paid $160 CAN for our room for one night — we would have been better off staying at the Comfort Inn, or some random motel on the side of the highway because they offered about as much decent service. STAY AWAY if you want any kind of special night. SAVE YOUR MONEY and get something worth it for your hard-earned dollars. Thanks for reading.

Our son was married this past weekend in Bathurst and our family took over all the cottages and rooms at the Auberge. The cottages were huge and the rooms nicely appointed and it was the perfect setting for all of us. The staff at the Auberge were wonderful and you no sooner mentioned something and it was done. They did everything to make a special occasion even more special. The restaurant's chef, Michel, helped us with a BBQ we hosted for over 50 people and this allowed us to enjoy our own party. And his 'fish and chips' luncheon the day of the wedding was great! Having the spa on the premises gave us the opportunity to pamper ourselves with massages and pedicures etc. Joanne and Emilie and Charlene were a great help to me in the planning ahead of time and we truly felt like we were among friends. Thanks again for being part of the memories of our son's wedding. We may plan a family reunion in Bathurst just so we can come back to the Auberge!
