The Inn is beautiful and clean and inviting. The staff are like family. The Inn is so helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable, close to beaches. Would come back in future for sure!

The hotel its self is a little dated but it is very comfortable, clean and in today's world, has good Wi-Fi. Staff were great, very friendly and approachable. Breakfast is continental and has frozen omelettes which are ok, just… ok.
To sum it up out of ten, we'd give it an eight.

For one night it is worth it. This is not a luxury.

I stayed here one night as I was working in the area. The place was clean upon entering. I found the beds slightly firmer than I would have expected. The free breakfast had the normal things and also frozen omelets which you nuked. I found them quite tasty. Reasonably priced too.

Terrible room. The breakfast is not worthy of the name.

I had an outstanding stay at the Inn. Wonderful hospitality and very comfortable accommodations. Excellent location that has great beaches nearby. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very friendly Inn that will make you feel at home.

Conveniently located close to beaches (one famous for its' seaglass) and the sweet little Town of Souris, the Rollo Bay Inn is a charming place with real Island hospitality. The staff is so wonderfully friendly and accommodating!

The inn staff were great and the rooms are nice. The carpet is old and has stains and the rooms are simple. If you are looking for a clean and simple place to stay for a good price… I recommend it!

The hotel is clean enough and easy to find as its right beside the highway. My room was okay but the beds are small (doubles) and the mattresses are too hard for my liking. The room itself had lots of space. The bathroom was clean and looks like it was recently redone. The TV is a small 24" RCA with really bad sound but there's a cable box with lots of channels to chose from. Breakfast is a pot of coffee although you're only a few minutes drive to Souris where there is a Tim's and a few other small local establishments for breakfast and a few nice restaurants which are reasonably priced and have good food.
