I was there for a photo session with Average Jane With A Nikon (Lina) so I didnt personally stay there but the place is absolutely beautiful, also who greeted was very kind. It seems to be am amazing spot as I hear nothing but great things!
Hope to get to stay there someday.

Beautiful house full of charm and Victorian furniture. They welcome is warm and inviting almost like coming home. It is convenient to the Harbourview and all the restaurants as well as the historical part of town.

Amazing B&B set in a victorian mansion built in 1888, the decor is exquisite with beautiful antique furnishings. Enjoyed incredibly gorgeous seaside views of Lunenberg within a short walking distance to downtown/harbor. Helpful friendly staff walked us to our room to settle us in. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during our visit to Lunenberg! Highly recommend this B& B!

Great location — easy walk to the restaurants and shopping!

We stayed in the honeymoon suite and enjoyed the Inn, the meals, the walking tour around town, food, sights, etc. Highly recommend the Inn and Town! Lovely!

A little loud but not unbearable. Quite pretty. Recommended good restaurants, which is more than I can say about other B&B's I've recently visited.

The Boscawen is our favourite place to stay whenever we are in the area. The owners are so welcoming and kind, the rooms are lovely, and the breakfast is delicious! Do yourself a favour and stay here if you’re in the area! You won’t regret it!

Inkeepers were as gracious as any hosts could be… Worked with us diligently as our plans changed at the beginning of our vacation! Great staff, great location and the delicious breakfast was a plus… Experienced different rooms throughout our stay and one was just as clean as the other … Beautiful views! Already planning an extended stay for next year!

A beautiful hotel with a history. View over the lake is amazing. Inside Is furnished and decorated with a collection of South African antique furnitures and expensive Persian rugs. Very friendly staff.

We stayed in the honey moon suite and were a little disappointed. The room was beautiful but advertised as being much larger, the bathroom did have a two person tub but not as nice as it should have been for the price, description said two fireplaces but neither could be used so why advertise as such? Breakfast was unexpectedly included which was nice and the room had a water view which was great but again not as nice as expected based on everything we saw online. Wouldn't stay again based on what we actually got for such a high price tag.

Absolutely lovely. A charming beautifully cared for Inn. Our stay could not be better. Our room is lovely with a view of the harbor and very quiet. The deck is a relaxing and great place to have a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the water and boats. The owners are fabulous caring people totally committed to providing a memorable experience.
We just love it here and highly recommend it.

Our wedding was held at the Boscawen Inn this past Saturday, May 14th 2016. It had rained all morning, but luckily the clouds broke just in time for the ceremony to be held on the deck. We chose this location because Lunenburg and the Inn are absoultely beautiful. We loved that the venue was large enough to accommodate our closest family and friends (80 ppl). It was so much fun having our immediate family and bridal party stay with us right at the Inn for the weekend. Friday night we sipped tea and chatted in the parlour! The owners, Jon and Judy are the sweetest couple and their staff were very friendly. They use Sweet and Saucey for their catering company. They were so easy to work with and accommodated all my requests. The food was DELICIOUS. Still dreaming of the pan fried haddock with heirloom tomato salsa! We had an amazing weekend and will certainly be back!
